Awesome shoes!

The shoe is great, but let me tell you about the customer service. I got a similar shoe for my son at Christmas but it ha a defect in the sole. The returns at Zappos is so easy and when I wanted the same shoe it was out of stock so They offered me this shoe and even though it was 8 dollars more, they gave me a 8 dollar coupon and my son had his shoes the next day.

The shoes look great, and feel great other than being way too narrow. I don't think I have wide feet, ive never had a problem with other shoes, but these Vans were tearing my pinky toes up. I tried to let them break in, to the point there is no way I could return them. Gave them away and I will look into trying another style of Vans as I really do like them but cant wear these.

The first Vans I've tried on. If all Vans shoes have this width in relation to length, then I will never fit in a pair of Vans. Very narrow at 10.5 men's.

Good looking shoes

So tight my feet swelled to the point I couldn't walk. I've worn Vans size 8.5 for the last 35 years and my old pair still fit fine. Too bad. Nice shoe if it didn't cripple you.

Be careful buying if you have a high instep. I am a slightly wider size 8 women's and have always worn a 6.5 men's/8 women's in vans in the authentic style. The era pros fit well in length and width with even some room for my big toe, but the arch support takes up so much room in the shoe that the top of my foot feel's crushed, even without being laced. Unfortunately if I sized up there would be too much room width wise.

My son has had these shoes for less than a month and the outer white "wall" of the shoe is already separating from the soles. Our shoe repair shop says this is not repairable.

Really wish Vans could make these in all women’s sizes as well. Dear Vans, women like Pro too yo. I wear 7 or 7.5 in Vans so I just missed the boat. I also tried the “Cush” ones in order to get try and get a more comfy women’s size 7, but the added insole thickness makes them way too tight on my feet. And then the next size up is too long and big. Whaa whoo:(

Why do these have a leather/vinyl around the upper inside where your ankle is? It gives terrible blisters when used with Vans low rise socks. They used to be great until they switch to the shiny inside. I've stopped buying Vans because of this. I'm surprised not many people have commented this.
