Well, I finally got to wear my Uggs for the first time since I purchased them I first purchased a size 5 and sent them back for my regular size 6, with no arch support by the end of the day my feet were killing me. I found these boots so uncomfortable that I am only going to wear them for short periods of time. I was complimented on the style, and I must admit they keep your feet very warm, but comfort for me goes out the door.

These shoes run very small. I'm a size 8, I could not put the shoe on!

I also wear orthotics but I try the shoes without first wearing. I was unaware till it was too late the footbed was molded like those in Birkenstocks and also not removable. I paid a lot for these and are now not returnable. Very disappointed.They hurt!

Even at the recommended 1/2 a size up, this boot was not accommodating for an average wide foot. The image makes the boot look more like a boot than a slipper, but in person it is the opposite.

Ugh, not Ugg. I could not get over how homely these boots were and could not return them quickly enough. They reminded me of the boots that our very, very practical and financially-strapped housekeeper wore when I was growing up. The only things missing were the bread bags that she would slip over her socks in order to slide into her boots.

This is a very stylish boot. I usually love Uggs. However, the outside area of the toe box tapers in height to the point of crushing and pinching the smallest toes. I even ordered a half size larger than what I usually wear. Very disappointing, and excruciating!

Had to return these; they are not comfortable at all. Bought two pairs - one black and one brown. The black ones felt as if they were one size smaller, so tight on my feet. I am rather disappointed.

Being an Ugg lover, I instantly loved the look of these shoes and ordered them. I read the reviews and my arch is neither high nor are my feet wide. This shoe is too narrow and doesn't allow enough room for your foot to rest comfortably in the shoe.

Disappointed -- not an improvement over the previous version. I liked my old boots (these are modeled on the now defunct "Cove" boot) because of the durable sole. They were better for walking than my other Uggs, but the old ones had a finger strap on the back to help pull on the boots. New version is missing this, so boots are extremely hard to get on. They also feel tighter. Too bad.

As I read other reviews by people who love these boots it makes me wonder if we're talking about the same boot. While I liked the style and the comfort of the cushiony sole, these boots leaked dreadfully in even the slightest bit of dampness, such as dew on the grass or a recently rained on street. Forget trying to wear them in snow, and heaven forbid, slush! I tried to wear them in mild weather, but as I said even the slightest bit of dampness and these boots were soaked through all the way around the sole. Maybe I received a faulty pair, but they were absolutely worthless as a boot, or even a shoe to wear in winter, for me. It also stretched quite a bit after two wearings, so my foot slid around in it after that.

I am really disappointed in these boots from UGG. They are rigid and hard and my feet hurt after an hour. The ties are really hard to tie and they come loose easily. I wish I could return them to be honest, but I've worn them twice.

Looks good, feels good, feet stay wet ! The seams leak. Have spent at least 35 dollars treating and retreating for waterproof, repellent. Not worth the price if the seams leak at first exposure to a little rain, let alone winter weather.

The left shoe has less fur at the top than the right shoe, the left one looks like it is missing the fur, not happy with the product.

These boots are everything I expected and more. Put them on and felt great. They required no break in time at all. I hate to say it but I am a big fan of Uggs. The price was excellent. I almost bought them for full price but got lucky and found them here for less.

I ordered these in a size 8 and my true all around size is an 8 even in Uggs. I had to send this boot back and order a full size up, which for me is a size 9. Now that I have the 9, I can honestly say the arch support, and comfort is absolutely the best ever! This boot does not come with the shearling footliner but the other inner parts are lined in shearling. You will not be disappointed with this Ugg Caspia boot!

Great warmth! Fill soft and comfy! Very stylish and yet a perfect look for casual dress and looks very smart with jeans. Great for all ages!

These boots are so comfortable. I love them! They feel a little narrow, which works well for me, but if your foot is wider than average you might want to think about that. These are really warm. These are my favorite comfort shoes for this season.

Love these little boots! I' m a size 7 1/2 and a 7 in these is okay...8 was too big. They're a little snug when I first put them on but soon accommodate to my foot. So comfy and warm...although I am in California so can't say how warm they'd be in colder climes. I could walk all day in these.

These boots run a little small. I definitely cannot wear socks, even thin ones. Very comfortable and cute! I am very happy with them and Zappos is super fast!

Love these boots! So comfortable with the soft sole. I wore them without socks on a cold day and my feet were nice and toasty.

I really love this fuzzy little boot. its not like those puffy moon boot Uggs, this is very wilderness looking and looks great with a dress and tights too. The design is very rugged and the laces let you get 'em on nice and snug if you like. I love them and my foot is nice and warm inside. Mmmmm.
