These are fantastic boots! The first pair that came had a flaw, so I sent them back and got a replacement. Good service from a nice Zappos customer service guy. The second pair is great! I wear them all the time - they are super warm and there was no break-in period. I normally wear size 10 in boots, because I like room for thick socks, and these fit just right. They have a very cushy footbed. They have a rustic, cute look.

This is the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. I love these boots! If they came in other colors I would buy them too.

Love these boots! I wear a 10 1/2 woman's, so I sized up to an 11 as suggested by other reviews. I also have flat, and somewhat narrow feet. They were still a little roomy for my taste, so I added full length Dr. Scholl's inserts. They are now perfect! I am wearing them with socks - the lining is only on the top of the inner boot, and it's matted, not like the standard UGGs. They are cute, I get complements, and they are waterproof!

I love my other Uggs boots, but these were just too snug, without any socks on. I was so bummed when I pulled them on.

These are awesome--the high quality you expect from UGG and oh so comfy. They do require some break in time, so my only recommendation is to do this first.

I wore these boots walking around NYC for the day & they were very comfortable & kept my feet warm & dry on a cold rainy afternoon.

I absolutely love these boots! If you want the ultimate in style and comfort these are for you. I couldn't resist and just ordered my second pair...purposely wore them to NY for a day out and walked for hours without any discomfort. They keep your feet warm without getting sweaty. Love 'em.

These boots had to be custom made for me! They run true to size. I am a 9 or 9 1/2. I ordered the 9. They have a structured inner sole that is not only supportive but comfortable...you can actually stand and work in these boots. I love them so much I will be getting a second pair!

The shoes are great. I was afraid they would be too big as I am a 6.5 and they only come in full sizes, but they fit fine.

I just got these today and wore them out for dinner. I love them! I have wide feet and these fit perfectly with no sore spots. I normally wear a 6-6½, since these do not come in half sizes I ordered the 7 and they fit spot on.

I selected several boots of a similar style and included this boot, although they were on the expensive side. I narrowed my selection down to two and included this boot in my order. I am very happy that I did. They are very comfortable right out of the box. They are stylishly dressed down, but Very good looking. I am still a little skittish over the price but assume UGGS are capitalizing on their popularity. I will delay final judgement until they prove through daily use whether they were worth the high price. But so far, I do love them.

Zappos... What can I say except that Zappos is the best internet company to work with ever! First of all I ordered these amazing boots on a Tuesday. They arrived Wednesday! I ordered them too big so I called they sent the new size, shipping label, everything. The new boots came Thursday. I am blown away by the service of this company. Now for the boots. They are so comfortable and stylish. I needed bootish shoes that I could wear with skinny jeans, dresses, skirts and these boots are it! Right out of the box they are soft, comfortable, great looking. I cannot wait to wear them to work tomorrow. I am a 9½W so I ordered an 11 thinking I needed the extra room. They were way too big. The 10's are roomy with plenty of toes box room for my pancake feet! I love the rawhide and detailing. They are like mukluks but with funk and style! I will wear these forever!

I'd been looking at these boots for a while now and finally bought them. I wear an 8 1/2 and found them true to size with plenty of width for my broken 4th toe and socks. (The insole is leather vs. wool.) I did try on the 8's but my toes hit the end but not scrunched. (My second and third toes are slightly longer than my first (big) toe.) The boots are very comfortable! The outer soles are very "slip proof" and great for wearing a long time. There is wool in the collar of the boots to keep ankles warm and of course they are easy to get in and out of with the ties. Have the chocolate brown. Nice change from the "typical" UGG which I have 2 pair, one mini and one Bailey 3 Button tall. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone!

What a great boot! If I didn't live in Florida I would have bought both colors! They are better than pictured, and so warm and comfortable. I bought them for a trip up north and didn't take them off. My friend has them too and wore them with jeans tucked in, a great look.

These are great. They certainly aren't as comfortable as classic Uggs, but they're pretty great. They're perhaps slightly stiffer than they need to be around the footbed, and I can feel an odd seam underneath one foot, but I forget about it after the first few minutes. I love the styling and they're very warm. Order a full size bigger.

Love the boot! So warm and comfortable. The shoe laces are a little stiff but I'm sure that changes in a short time. Would highly recommend! Zappos has been a favorite of mine for a long time! Thanks for the awesome customer service!

These boots are the best! I wear a size 8 1/2 and my feet are very wide and flat. I was nervous ordering these because of so many reviews saying they run narrow. I ordered a size 9, based on the recommendations. The fit is absolutely perfect! The fit is snug but it is not tight or uncomfortable, I wear them with bare feet but there is room for socks too. I don't want to take them off. Perfect for me for the winter, I live in Florida. I ended up returning a pair of the Classic Cardy's - just not what I was looking for, especially when the soles look like they were cut out of a piece of square foam. These have a great sole - perfect for walking, chasing kids, whatever! The foot bed is amazing and feels soft and squishy and definitely provides support. I haven't tested them in wet weather, but I'm sure some waterproofing would not hurt. These are just what I was looking for and a pair of comfy, warm boots that I can wear to the soccer fields, take the kids to school, run errands, walk the dog, etc... that look cute and that I can wear with just about anything. Don't hesitate - go for it.

These boots were exactly what I thought they'd be. They fit perfectly and the 1st day I wore them all day shopping and my feet felt great. Lots of support. So comfortable. Even my girlfriend (who swears she doesn't usually like Uggs) loved these boots! The price was a bit steep, though, even on "sale".

I loved this Ugg Caspia boot, best shoes for walk on the snow or even just walk the dog every day. Love it.

These are beautifully made, stylish, comfortable and warm. I've hardly had them off since I got them and am expecting a chocolate pair in the mail today. I plan to wear them daily all winter with or without socks.

I have had mine for one year. Just brought them out for fall (wore them last Fall!). my favorite boot. Fits great. Looks great and very comfortable. I wear them bare foot a lot! They still look brand new. Love them!

I love these boots! They run run small so I would strongly suggest getting one size bigger for comfort.

I live in the mountains, I love these boots. They breath to keep my feet from getting too hot and they keep me warm through the endless hours of waiting for my kids in thier outside events. I have worn this pair for 3 years, water proofing them with the recommended spray once a year. You won't be disappointed with the comfort of these boots.

I purchased these boots 2 years ago and they are still like new. Very comfortable! You seem to bounce as you walk. I didn't care much for the lacing and took them out. I have a high arch and a short fat foot, but even with that, these are great boots! With my high arch, the support is really great! They felt just a little narrow, but once broken in they are perfect.

I read the reviews and ordered the next size up. The boots arrived ahead of schedule and they look and feel great. Up sizing, especially with heavy socks, is a good idea.
