Product was as advertised; came in great condition and on time. We found the shoe to be too big; had to exchange it. Zappos was great and it was no hassle to do that.

They are very comfortable and I love the look. I have three other pairs of Ugg boots and this is the only one that seemed to run a little large, but I do not know if I could have gone down a size either. I just love Uggs!

These boots are great. Wanted a pair to go with my black leggings and these do the trick. I personally like to wear them up because the look neat when they slouch down. As always zappos kicked but in the delivery! Always fast!

Best pair of boots ever. Run large so size down. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and I ordered a 9. Fits perfect. They do stretch so if they feel a little snug in the toe, they will stretch.

These Uggs are so comfy! I have owned mine for 4 years and just bought a pair for my mother and she loves them! I'm normally a 6 and wear a 5 in these.

I can't believe I waited so long to buy these! They are very comfortable and warm. They look great with skinny jeans and leggings. I normally wear an 8.5 and the 8 fit great. They felt a little snug when I first tried them on, but as others mentioned, they stretch out after you wear them. Definitely order a half to full size smaller.

I bought these for my 11 year old daughter for a Christmas gift. I ordered these last minute and received them the next day. She loved them and how versatile they are. I love Zappos. They have the best customer service of any online store. An their shipping is the quickest and most reliable. You do have to pay retail for everything, but they make up for it with their customer service and shipping time.

I normally wear a Size 6 and have always gotten a Size 5 in Uggs these are no different. I LOVE them. They are warm, comfortable, can wear different ways. What not to love?

Great shoes. They are super comfortable and cute with a bunch of different types of outfits. I ordered a half size smaller than my usual size and they are still a little big but I wear them with socks so it is not a problem. Love, love, love!

Love my 1st pair of Uggs! After resisting due to cost and popularity, I gave in and purchased Classic Cardy in gray. Very comfy and warm. Normally wear size 9 which was too big. Returned for size 8. Fits perfect.
