Have several pair of Ugg boots. May lie these (knit classics) the best, however I do love my leather, water proof, fleece lined Uggs.

I've worn them to run errands. Dropping off kids. They are the softest boots I've ever owned. I now want another pair cause I love them so much!!!The size thing threw me off at first cause I thought they were to small but after some wearing them they fit perfect. Thank you Ugg's Australia

Love these boots, however they are made big. I usually wear a 10 and it said to downsize so I got a 9 and I think they are still roomy!

We ordered the grey knitted ugh a and they were too small. I was so surprised that the exchange purchase was so easy. They sent the new size ifs in 2 days even before I sent the other size back.. Awesome customer service!! I appreciate that in a company. The uggs are super comfortable and very stylish with different ways of wear them! Look good with everything!

They are super cute, but definitely run a half size big. I'll be returning them for a smaller size, so my heels aren't lifting so bad when I walk, but I am excited to get the right size!

These are so comfy and cute! I absolutely love them. This is my second pair of Uggs and I never want to take them off. At first, I ordered a size 8 (that's my normal shoe size) but had to exchange for a size 7.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!!!! They are my favorite boots I've ever bought. Super comfy, cute, and durable. I wear them almost every day in the winter. They are my all time favorite boots!! I STRONGLY suggest getting these boots. TOTALLY worth it!!

I purchased Uggs for my daughter. She never wore them, they weren't the style she liked. I thought she would change her mind. 19 months later they were still in the box. I no longer had the return shipping label or original receipt. I sent them back hopeing for the best. I was very Happy when Ugg credited me the full cost of what I paid. I was only out the shipping cost. Of course the boots she wanted were more expensive so the credit was applied to the new boots and I paid the difference. The site for very easy to use there were no problems. The new boots are a big hit. The product may cost a bit more than some but the quality and the guarantee is well worth it.

I want to say that I absolutely love, Zappos! This was my first time ever shopping and using this website. My boots got delivered and someone stole them. I kept waiting and checked my building office and not a word about them. I called Zappos and the excellent customer service that they have is superb! They sent me a new pair the next day with no questions asked.

These boots are so comfortable,warm and lightweight. They are officially my favorite boots. They're not dressy, but that's just fine with me. I can walk for hours and not feel one bit of discomfort. If you wear a pair of fleece socks when it's cold, they fit just right. First chance I'm buying two more pairs. I used to think Uggs was short for ugly, but I guess there's a such thing as ignorance when it comes to shoes too. I love these boots. For comfort, wish I could rate it higher. Also I bought a half size lower, glad I did, fits perfectly.
