The shoes are great, comfortable but the fit is not consistent. I never have a problem with fit, but with these shoes, one is about a half size larger than the other! I plan to keep trying until I get two that fit the same.

I love these boots! They are so comfortable and versatile. I had to return them to get a half size smaller though.

Love my new Ugg Classic Cardy boots, and I have worn them almost every day since I received them. They keep your feet toasty-warm and look adorable, especially with skinny jeans. I always wear them higher - not folded over. Do keep in mind that they are not structured like regular boots - they are more like wearing a slipper, and don't have much arch support. Also, don't depend on them in rain or snow. I usually wear a 7.5, but the size 7 fits perfectly in these boots. Wear socks with them to keep your feet from sweating.

I wear a size 7 in almost every type of shoe, but these were a whole size too big! Wish I had known that Ugg sizes run big. Order a size down.

I just got these & love them. It was a "not sure" purchase when I ordered but after trying on it has turned into a "have to have them" purchase! They are so comfortable I would highly recommend them.

These are soooo comfortable! I love them. They definitely run big though, so go down a size. I'm usually a true 8 and I had to go down to a 7. Z appos service is excellent; when I needed to exchange an 8 for the 7, they had the 7 to me the next morning. I will definitely be using Zappos for my clothing and shoe needs from now on.

My wife loves the boots. Put them on Christmas morning and they haven't been off since. They are warm, soft and stylish.

These boots are GREAT! Very comfortable. I have some ultimate UGGs and wear a size 7 (normal shoe size 7½) and ordered these size 7 which fit perfect. Remember they are of sweater material so they will not stand up stiff. The slouch look is great..LOVE ZAPPOS, would never go anywhere else..awesome service and always had them the next day, even if I ordered them at 8pm CST!!!

I love the boots! They are cute, comfy and warm! The only issue is that they collect my dog's hair like crazy. Overall, I would still buy them! They are amazing! I ordered them late in the day and still got them the next day! Free shipping! No tax! I love Zappos!

Got these Uggs for my niece. She loved the knit style. It was close to Christmas and couldn't find these bad boys in her size anywhere else online.

I love these boots! It seems to me that the people who have complained about the boots simply didn't think their purchase through prior to buying. For example, the boots are knit- clearly they aren't water proof or made to wear in large amounts of snow. Again, they're knit- don't expect them to fit snugly around your calf. As long as you think prior to buying you'll be happy with your purchase. These boots are like slippers. I live in Minnesota and wanted something practical for winter (ie. walking on shoveled sidewalks) yet comfortable enough to want to wear all day at work. These boots are exactly what I was looking for! They are definitely sized differently than most other shoes/boots. I am a true size 8 and got these in a 7. Definitely consider going a size down when purchasing.

I absolutely love these boots. The color is great as it's not just plain grey but has brown specks in as well. Gorgeous. As usual, Zappos' service was exceptional!

I wear a size 7 and ordered a 7 in these but when I received them they felt a little too big. Maybe because it is knit but I had to return them and get a size 6! Zappos was great about the return and sent me a new pair right away!

I am wearing my boots right now and they're so comfy and cozy! I have to wear socks with them or else they slip off my heel. Also, I usually wear a 7.5 shoe so I ordered an 8 but they were WAY too big, I couldn't even walk right. So I exchanged them for a 7 and they are perfect!

Love these boots! The fit is just right and they are extremely warm and cozy! Unfortunately, in the snow they don't provide much traction. I give them a solid 10 though!!

These sweater boots are awesome! Worn turned down or up they look cool and are comfortable as wearing house shoes!
