Great comfortable boot! Can be worn up or down. Does tend to shrug after wear.

Shoes are what we expected, but the customer service is what rocks! Unbelievable how easily they can and do help! Will continue buying from Zappos at any opportunity.

Zappos.com is amazing. The prices are either the same or a little less then any where else. Shipping is extremely fast and their return/exchange process is supreme. The uggs were just as described in perfect condition. My girlfriend loves them!

Too cute and comfortable. Live in TX so we are boot friendly down here. These are worth the money and fun to wear. I normally wear and 8.5 but the 8 in these were perfect.

I loved my Ugg Classic Cardy boots so much that I just had to order another pair! I first ordered the charcoal with silver and then ordered the grey. It looks so awesome and goes with everything just like the charcoal and silver! I wear them everywhere, even at home because I never want to take them off! I wear 9 1/2 and a 9 fits perfectly! Now I'm wanting the brown with gold or black with gold ones! Zappos is the best place to do business with!

I ordered the Classic Cardy UGG for my daughter. They were an excellent fit and were exactly as described in ad. Zappos had the order shipped and delivered within 24 hours. Excellent service!

Super comfortable and cute! Love them rolled down, but can be worn up also. Definitely get a full size smaller than normal.

When this style first came out, I was not a huge fan. I ordered them for my friend's daughter who is a fashionista and 18 years old. When the boots arrived I honestly was surprised how cute they are, much much better than in the picture. I am considering another pair for me.

Love these! Have been in them most of the winter and love that you don't need socks. Don't wear them in the snow...wear them in the cold with leggings and you'll look great! I am a 7-1/2 and I took the 7. I bought them in gray as well.

Awesome boot! Have received lots of compliments. Very comfortable. Forgot to order one size down (always for Uggs) but Zappos customer service was awesome! With an extremely easy return and exchange I had the correct size within a day. Love it!

I found the comments on sizing helpful, I normally wear a 9 and I ordered an 8. The first few days I wore them without socks because they were slightly snug, but now either with socks or without. They also keep your feet so warm that you will stay warm. The fit around your leg will also be a nice snug surprise, they are sweater material, so that is exactly what you want.

These boots rock! They are SO comfortable and stylish. They have a unique look from the Uggs everyone else wears. The gray color goes with everything. I even bought them for my niece for Christmas!

I am so thrilled with my Ugg Classic Cardy! I got the charcoal with silver thread and it just looks awesome. Goes with anything. Can be slightly dressy or how I'm going to be wearing them, completely casual. Very comfy, warm and snuggly. I do wear a pair of thin socks with them just to conceal where you can very slightly see the outline of my foot. It's nothing obvious and nothing that a thin pair of socks couldn't fix. Also helps because they were just a little big on the loose side but that's my curse of being a half size. I am a true 9 1/2 and after reading the suggestions about what size to order I got a 9. Even though it's just a little bit big, I would be worried an 8 would be too tight. I am 100% happy with my boots and thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Zappos with their shipping and excellent customer service. Every purchase, and there have been many, I have made with Zappos has been perfect. I highly recommend this boot and ordering from Zappos.

Awesome boots. I have 2 other pairs of Uggs, and they are so comfortable. I recently had knee surgery and my Uggs have been great to wear around the house during my recovery. They're cute, comfortable and they keep my feet warm. Zappos provided me with top notch service as always. I ordered these at 8:30 last night, and they were here by 9:00 this morning. I love Zappos! If only everyone offered service this great!

Great shoe! Warm and very comfortable. I have had them forever, and keep your receipt in case they fall apart, the company will ship you new ones if it was purchased within a year, I believe. Must have for cold weather.

I purchased the gray pair and they are so cute. They go with everything and they are so comfy. I would order a size smaller than what you wear because they run a little big, other than that they are worth the price.
