I have ordered from Zappos for a few years. This past Christmas, I ordered six different times (was told the wrong sizes, etc!). Zappos, handled all my orders (and returns) efficiently and I had no problems. I love my Ugg boots (second pair I purchased for myself from Zappos!).

Very snug, very cozy! High quality materials. Lots of compliments! Love these.

I have recently ordered the Ugg Bailey Button Triplet boots. It took me about a week to receive it in Canada, but it's worth the wait because the boots are so warm and comfy. I feel as if my feet are in an oven and anyone wishing to buy that boot, please go for it. Worth the price, but remember if you wear size 9 please order size 8. These boots are the bomb. The only thing on one foot it's a little close at the ankle but eventually it will stretch.

I purchased these boots for my granddaughter. She was thrilled. They fit perfect. She is 11 years old and a 6M. I even bought a pair for myself.

Love these boots! First of all, Zappos upgraded my shipping, which really helped keep me out of the mall. I already owned the UGG slipper style shoe in a 7 and loved those. The Bailey Button Triplets leave extra give for those of us who have calves/cankles. Got them in black size 6. Someone else's review made a very good point. They are to be worn without socks. That is the best way to experience how comfy they are. If you insist on socks, buy a size up. Buying your true size (without socks) helps make for very little slip in the heel. It also helps the footbed conform to your foot. I can fit in these with skinny jeans and can also wear a boot jean over them. Not sure if I'll ever wear them rolled down. It makes them a little wide for my taste.

I purchased these wonderful boots mainly to wear for the Army/Navy game, but oh how I love these boots. They are so comfortable, warm and really cute. I love these so much that I've purchased a pair of UGG house slippers and a cute pair of black UGG shoes. Go navy!

One of my favorite boots. The calf is very forgiving for ladies with larger legs. The top will slightly flop over, but it adds a nice touch showing off the sheepskin.

We originally purchased the UGG Delaine and, like other reviews, had the same problem with glue coming out of the rubber toe. Zappos quickly exchanged them for this style. Love them! They are very comfortable and the lining is much thicker than the Delaine. Our daughter saved up her money to buy them and is extremely pleased with her purchase! Thanks Zappos for such great service.

Love the boots. Usually wear size 10, which is what I ordered. I re-ordered a size 9. It fits great, returning 10's. Great boots! Love Zappos. I will shop with them again.

I bought these boots for my daughter. She loves them and wears them every day! They are warm as well as stylish. I would highly recommend to treat them with a waterproof spray because they are not meant to be in the snow and slush of winter.

Love them! This is my first pair of Uggs and they are so comfortable and cute! I have wanted a pair of Uggs for a long time but always felt guilty about spending that much. This year, however, I decided to treated myself for Christmas and am so glad that I did. I have tried other less expensive brands and the quality of these truly feels superior, I wish I had bought some sooner.
