Great shoe to be comfortable but still look stylish. Not great support but I didn't buy for that. I bought to have a comfy/cute winter boot I can throw on to run outside in the snow for a quick minute.

My first pair go Uggs. I had no idea. I cannot believe how comfortable these are! I normally wear an 8-8 1/2 and I got a 7 in the Bailey Triplet...so glad I read the reviews about size and did this. They were quite snug out of the box but after about 8 hours in them I feel like they were made for me! I've got super high arches and where the seam goes across my instep it was really tight, but it loosened up quickly. I can't believe how much the sheepskin supports my arches in the footbed though...so comfy! I am going to end up sleeping in these things!

Great addition to my Ugg collection. I have had these for a month and have worn them almost everyday b/c they look great with everything.

These are great boots, amazingly comfortable, warm and so good looking. I can't comment on the arch support because I put my orthotics in and they fit fine. Love Uggs! And Zappos!

I love these boots! I usually wear a 9 1/2 in flats but a ordered a 9 and it was still loose. I was afraid an 8 would be too small. Definitely order down a size.

Great boot! I was looking for a taller pair of Uggs and fell for these. Love the gray color. They fit true to Ugg sizing. I ordered an 8 (usually 9 or 9.5 in other shoes). The look cute with jeans tucked in or you can roll them down. Another pair of boots that I will wear to shreds, although from experience this takes many years!

Love the boots and extremely comfortable and warm! Zappos suggestion to order one size smaller was correct - they fit perfectly.

Bought them as a gift for my wife and she loved them! She said the are very comfortable and she can wear them with almost anything.

Had a size return, Zappos actually sent me the new ones before even receiving the old ones. Granted, they took a credit card number that they would charge if they never received the original back but I received the corrected ones the next day. Love this company have used them before will use them again, excellent service all around.

I use reviews so much, that it's only fair to post my own. I am usually a 8.5 and ordered a 9 and it was perfect, I did not size down because I have a 17" calf and did not want to risk it. It definitely fits a 17" calf. I wouldn't generalize the sizing down habit for Uggs.. maybe for smaller sizes?

I love these boots. They are very comfortable and they provide a lot of comfort. These boots really hide your feet from the cold. I was kind of unsure as to what size I should get. I'm usually a 6.5 in shoes, so I decided to order a 5 and wasn't disappointed. I still have room plus I'm able to wear socks.

These are the 4th or 5th pair of UGGS I have purchased. I usually wear a size 6 1/2, and I ordered the 6 and they fit great. Enough room to move my toes but still snug enough. I once ordered a size 5 and wore them successfully, so if you run small within your size, you might go down a little more. I wear them every day all winter, changing out between my different UGGS. I wear them with denim leggings and long tops and they're very cute. Comfy, sturdy, easy to clean. I bought the cleaning kit and used the waterproofing spray, it was enough for 2 pairs of boots. So far it has worked out very well. This year I bought the Sangria and Black, next year I plan to buy the Sand and Navy. I wear my UGGS barefoot as they recommend and have no odor problem since they're made with real sheepskin. I even wear them as house shoes around the house. I fully recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I ordered these boots about three weeks ago. I wear them in below zero weather. To my supprise they were so warm and comfortable. I really love these boots.

Ordered these for my wife as she wears them everywhere. They are costly, but she was wearing my daughters pair which she had for many years. Great quality and will last for years.

I usually wear a 6 1/2 in most shoes. The advice to go down a half size in the Uggs was not true for me. My toe was right at the end and the ankle felt too tight. When I went with the 7, the fit was great. When I got the correct size, the shoes were great.

These boots are awesome, the color is great, a darker blue than others I have seen. They are very warm and comfortable. The shaft is large enough to get your foot into the boot easily and to close well over the calf, even if you aren't thin.

My husband gave me a Zappos gift card for Christmas so I cold replace my old Uggs (which in the winter are my best friend). The purchase was easy, since I already knew the size I needed. PS: I wear a 71/2 shoe. I ordered size 6 Uggs and fit like a glove. Within a few days my new boots were on my doorstep! Love Zappos! So easy.

Love these boots! It's like wearing my house slippers! My feet are warm ,comfy, and cozy- even in freezing temperatures! I would suggest weather proofing to protect the suede. They look great with skinny jeans!

Love these boots! Feel like slippers, and so warm. Color matches everything. Do run large--usually take 10 in shoes and wear 9 in Uggs. Zappos has the fastest shipping in the business!
