We purchased 2 pairs of these Ugg boots - 1 for our daughter and 1 for our daughter-in-law and they both love them. Extremely warm and oh so comfy. We have dealt with Zappos for years and I cannot think of a better place to online shop. You cannot beat the customer service and rapid shipping. Happy Holidays!

This was a great purchase. The boots are perfect for my daughter who lives in New York City. She got these as an early Christmas gift and was very pleasantly surprised. I love the style and color. These are the best Uggs that she has ever had. I highly recommended these boots.

I love Uggs, these honestly have to be the most comfortable pair that I have ever owned. I ordered a size down as usual with Uggs and they fit perfectly.

This is my first pair of Uggs. I do own Bear Paws and Ukala, as well as the Costco version which I use for walking my puppies during the spring, fall and winter months. I love my Uggsters! I told my best friend that I was going to buy myself a pair. She told me she would contribute some money towards my Uggs as her Christmas present to me since she "had no clue what to get someone who has everything or can buy whatever she wants!" I cannot wait to get my Ugg protector kit and get them prepped prior to using. I plan on ordering my second pair of Tall Bailey triplet or Tall Bailey Bow in chestnut very soon. I cannot wait!

I first ordered the classic and changed it for the Bailey button triplet. The classic fits a little too tightly to accommodate anything but skinny jeans at most and the top doesn't fold down easily - in fact, Ugg recommend that you don't fold it. I love the folded down fuzzy top (looks like a sheepskin wellington boot without it) and I can fit bootcut jeans inside, even though I'm wide in the calf. I adore these boots, it's like wearing your bedroom slippers only more stylish and higher up the leg. I've had the cheap knockoffs and the synthetic lookalikes - not worth the savings. They do run big. I'm generally a 10. I got the 9 and it was perfect, with room for thick socks. I may not take these boots off until spring. Oh, do spray them with water resistant spray first.

Really happy with these boots. I had been wanting a tall pair and decided on these. Glad I did. I like that because of the elasticity where the buttons are it has some stretch in getting the boots on. I think the buttons add a nice touch as well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for comfort is because the seeming in front bothers me when I have them on all day but that happens with all Uggs for me. The gray is a beautiful color. I like that it is not too light.

I felt like I was walking in heaven the first time I wore them. But the only thing I'm worried about is that it's not waterproof. But everything else is awesome!

I wear a 6/6 1/2 in woman's and I ordered a 5 and it fits perfect. I can wear socks with them or without. Either way, it's still comfortable and I still have room to maneuver my feet.

I bought these boots for my daughter and she absolutely loves them! They came very quickly, the packaging was excellent and the boots themselves are very warm, soft and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

I'm giving it 5 stars because I love these boots they're warm and comfy. BUT...the port wine is NOT like the color in the picture. It's purple. Not even close to port wine. I'm very disappointed because the color in the picture is exactly what I was looking forward to. Any hoo a lesson to be learned. Debating if I should return..

I am really happy with these. I own two other pairs of Uggs (Classic short, and a slightly more industrial pair of short Uggs) and these are the best. The extra height keeps me much warmer, and this is very soft shearling (my industrial style Uggs have a coarser wool). I bought these in my regular size and while they were snug for the first few hours, they quickly adjusted to my feet. (I have bought Uggs one size up, and a month later I was clomping around in very loose shoes.) I have muscular calfs, and sometimes have a problem with taller boots being too tight, but these are working out nicely. Again, they are a bit snug for the first few hours, then fine. Buy these with complete assurance!

I just love these UGG boots I have them now in chestnut and sand color they are super comfy and very warm. Can't wait to wear them soon the bailey button triplet are the best love the tall style boot with buttons will be buying these in the future. Thanks Zappos you rock. :)

I love these UGG boots! They are so comfy, I live in Colorado and even wear these in the summer evenings and early mornings.

Very cute boot. I bought these for my daughter. She loves them. I have them in the chestnut color. Very warm and soft. We love that you can wear them up or roll them down for shorter boots. Great Uggs.

Just so everyone knows - the PORT color is actually purple (hard to tell from the photo online). I love Uggs! So comfy!

Normally, I wear a 9, but in Ugg's I wear an 8, so order what the description says...a size down. Love the boots. Very cute.

Love these boots. They have the the three Cs: cozy, comfortable and cute. Even in northern Florida, I have gotten my use out of them. They fit great and are really comfortable even after a day of walking around.

Love, love, love my ne Uggs. I bought a size smaller than I wear and they are a perfect fit. I would suggest buying the cleaner as well, because your going to want to wear them all the time.

These are the third style of Uggs I have owned, and by far the most comfortable. Easy off and on. Very stylish. Love the gray color...it goes with everything. The perfect boot.

The first pair arrived and the stitching pulled apart in a week. I contacted Zappos and they immediately shipped out a replacement and I sent the torn pair back at no charge. Incredible customer service!!!!!

Love these boots. My toes get cold easily, but not in these boots. I even wear without socks and it still feels like you have socks on.

These boots are fantastic! Warm on bare feet. Comfortable beyond compare. Tall enough for deep Michigan snow in the winter.
