Order a larger size if wearing a trouser sock. I was in a retail store, sales associate stated to get a smaller size, tried on and fit perfectly. Yet when ordered twice from Zappos, these did not fit. Did walk around in house on tile floor, they were tight.

So comfy and warm! I'm usually a size 8 and followed directions and ordered a size 7 - they fit perfect!

I love Zappos and I love my boots but they are not good for long walks. They keep my feet warm and look good. We get some fiercely cold mornings here and my boots do the job. Zappos provides excellent service and makes returns super easy.

Love them! Wear a size 6 and fit true to size for me. Warm and comfortable, some may say they look clunky, but I think they're stylish and perfect.

This boot is a good looking boot, but fits very snugly. Go one size up if you are a half size. Returned for a larger size and am very happy with them.

I have held out from buying a pair of Ugg's for a long time. I finally caved. They are super warm and comfortable. I wear a size 7 and that's what worked for me. I tried a 6 per reviews to size down but my toes were at the end.

Love these boots! I've always been a huge fan of Uggs - as someone who tends to run cold, these are the only boots that keep me toasty warm. The Bailey Button Triplet is a cute alternative to my classic tall boots. The lining is fluffy and warm, and the chestnut color works with any outfit. Others have commented that these run large, but for me, my regular size fits perfectly with socks. Not to mention Zappos is fantastic! As a VIP member, I received these (free shipping) the day after I ordered them, just in time for the holidays!

I have always wanted these boots. I saw the price lower on this website, read reviews and did what other people did for size. I wear a 7½ sneaker and sometimes an 8 shoe. I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. They are so comfortable and worth every penny. They are not the boots I would ever wear on a rainy day. I bought the protective spray and wore the boots one day later.

Great company, great prices and beautiful boots. These are tall, but you can roll down the top as well for 2 different looks. Since they are black, you don't see the fur and buttons as much as the lighter boots. Zappos customer service is top notch.

Love these boots! I already had the same in a different color and thought it was time to get another. I typically wear a size 9 shoe, but wear a size 8 in UGGs. The first couple times you wear the boot, the ankle seam seems a bit tight, but that loosens to a more comfortable feel pretty quickly. Again, love the boots! And they shipped super fast when I ordered them through Zappos. I'm impressed. This was my first Zappos order and I'll definitely order through this site again.

I have purchased Uggs for years and moreso for my granddaughters than for my own daughters. I purchased these particular boots for my daughter as she had been complaining of her feet getting cold with other cheap boots. She mentioned she wished she had some Uggs like her daughters. She was not disappointed. She said they are warm, comfortable, stylish, and that they felt like cozy slippers. She is super happy with these boots!

I bough these for my wife as she always wanted a pair. To my luck she absolutely loves them. They fit great, her size was spot on and she stated they keep her always cold feet warm. Winner in my book for her. Personally I still think these are a bit expensive and will be hard to keep clean. I hope they last for the price.

These are nice boots. You should get size down! They are comfortable, warm and cozy!

These are the most comfortable shoes I own and Zappos is the best company out there. These are my second pair and I received them with a little nick off the top. I knew it wouldn't be a big deal because of the wonderful customer service. Zappos offered to send me a new pair next day delivery or credit my card and keep the defective pair. Wow! As for the shoe, the black is great but does fade after a while and I recommend the care kit to spray the boot. Still love black as it goes with everything. They are not the best in icy weather so be careful because they don't have the best tread. As for warmth, awesome! My feet are never cold and I'm ALWAY cold. For size, I see that a lot of people said to order down but I think they are pretty true to size. I'm usually a 9.5 sometimes 10 and the 9 was a bit tight. The 10 is perfect.

This was a gift for a granddaughter. I wanted something different from the standard Ugg. This had a little style to it. She loves them.

I bought these boots, I loved them, I usually wear a 7 to 7½ so I ordered the 7, but they were way too tight.

Wow. Why did I not buy a pair a long time ago? So, you know when you're in bed on a super cozy morning and the bed and blankets feel SO comfy that you just don't want to get out of bed? That's how these feel on my feet when I wear them. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. These are stellar.

This is my second pair of Uggs. I love them. I wish that I could have a pair in every color!

I ordered the chestnut. Nice boot. Thought the shaft would be longer though. I'm only 5'4" and they go up about 3/4 the way up. I thought it would be closer to my knees. As for the sizing, I order 1 size down as recommended and found them to be too short and tight. I have skinny feet. My toes were scrunched. I exchanged them for my regular size and they fit great.

I love these boots! I have never owned a pair of Uggs before until now. These boots are high quality and are super comfortable, and warm.

Best snow boots EVER! I bought them for me, my daughter in law, and my other daughter in law. Now I just bought myself a replacement pair because I wore the first pair out. These are good looking and very warm, just what we needed to brave the New England winters!
