I love the look of these boots (got them in grey) but they don't feel as cushy as my other, older Uggs. They feel less supportive and less flexible than my others, too. Not sure if the boots are being made differently than they used to?

I wear a 9-1/2 normally. Ugg only comes in full sizes so I ordered a 10. It is too big; but I own a pair of black size 9, and they are too small. I have heard they stretch over time though.

The boots are truly cute. They make your legs look thinner, and are generally comfortable. If I didn't own other pairs of Uggs, I would probably rate this higher. However, comparing to Uggs that I have purchased in previous years, the woolly interior is a lot scratchier and coarser.

Although these are very cute and comfortable, they turned my feet black. I love Uggs, in general, and love to wear them without socks. Obviously, these will be the exception and I will miss that beautiful coziness.

These boots have no traction! I am surprised more people don't mention how slippery they are. After wearing these boots for less than a week, I slipped on the pavement and fractured my fibula! Cold weather and ice go together. Why make a boot that is very warm but has no traction? Now all I am left with is a very expensive pair of house slippers. Also, I will not be able to wear any footwear with a heal for at least a year! Beware!

The style of these is cute and comfortable, however, the quality and construction is poor. Coming from a beach town in California, I have been wearing Uggs since the 1990s. What few know is that Uggs used to be made in Australia, not China, and the quality used to be much better. For example, I have a pair of Ugg Ultras made in Australia that I have hiked in the mountains in and wore them while camping and such, and they still look good after all these years. Today's Uggs look wrinkled and old within the first year. Bottom line, for the price I expect better and do not want to pay that much for Chinese made product.

Very unhappy with recent service I have been receiving. I have ordered numerous pairs of uggs over the last 2 weeks, going on the fourth pair and they have all been either the wrong size or the wrong color, causing me to have to change the style ugg I had initially planned to order for someone as a gift. I am extremely unhappy with customer service as I have tried to reach someone via phone to settle this matter to be sure it does not happen again and have been getting the machine all day. I am giving one last try, and if the product shipped to me does not match what I have ordered, I will never order from zappos.com again!

These are my go to boots for when it's really cold! They go great with leggings, yoga tights, skinny jeans, and sweatpants. Definitely order a half size down.

Love my uggs. Keep my feet super warm and comfortable. Some people have mentioned the decline when it comes to the quality of uggs ordered. I never had any issues and I wear my uggs during the colder months almost every day. They usually last me at least two years without any issues. I wear them to the playground.

This is a really cute and versatile style of boots. The buttons are fully functional, so you can fold the shaft down more easily if your leg gets too hot or for a different look. I prefer this over the classic tall because the buttoned closure allows for more space and give, in case you're like me and have slightly larger calves. This way you can pull up the boots just a little higher. They're also true to size, meaning that if you're normally a size 7 in the classic ugg styles a size 7 in this boot will fit you the same. Overall, This is one of my go-to pair of boots when the weather gets freezing, they will keep your feet nice and toasty and they are super comfortable, and they are sure to stand out with the button accents. Love it!

I'm usually not a fan of Uggs but I'm 6 months pregnant so I wanted a flat, comfy pair of warm boots for the fall/winter when the weather doesn't require my heavy snow boots (LL Bean tall lined duck boots) so I saw these on Rue La La & thought a sale was a good reason to indulge in my first pair. Something told me to check Zappos and I'm so glad I did. They were cheaper (and I had a coupon) plus free 1 day shipping! I looooooove these. The buttons make them easy on/off and they're really light so you feel like you're walking on air. Plus you can wear them up or down. I can't wait for the temps to drop so I can wear these. I'm a 6.5/7 and I got a 6 and they fit perfectly. Thanks Zappos!!!!

Love these Uggs. They do run big and the site lets you know. I wear a 6 1/2. I ordered a 6 (no half sizes ) because I was afraid a 5 would be too small. No matter...I love them.

I received these on Monday April 4, when I returned to work. But I think they did come on Friday April 1,but I was off. I received them with a tear in the back of the right foot boot. other than that I received them in a timely fashion and they looked and feel great

I love my ugg bailey button triplet... ordered size 8 and had to reorder size 9 fit perfect, nice and snug. Zappos are very friendly and courteous. I love the fast shipping (2 days) and handling returns fast and easy.

These were purchased for my 13 year old granddaughter and she loves them. They fit true to size but remember, Uggs should feel too snug at first because they stretch. This is a super cute style especially if you want to venture away from tradition Uggs.
