Cute shoe, but fit very small. The opening cut into the top of my arch. You might try ordering at least 1/2 a size larger than your normal size.

The top hole of the shoe where you put your foot in is way too small. Very hard to put them on. The top of my foot was bruised from walking around in these shoes cuz the top was so tight.

These are the greatest for keeping your feet protected and warm around the house. I love the shoe, but hate the material! Mine are made of wool and it seems that every moth in the house found them last summer and ate the wool uppers. What I have left is a moth-eaten pair of slippers - even uglier than the slipper comes when you buy it! Keen should have anticipated this problem and treated the wool in some way. By the time I discovered the problem it was too late to stop. I stored the shoes with moth balls and cedar and that didn't help. The damage was severe. So I am looking for another pair that is not made of wool. Curse you Keen, these were my favorite!

Had these shoes for 4 months and they are literally tearing apart at the seams. I have own several pair of Keen shoes and never had them fall apart like these did. Will be sending them back and not ordering another pair.

So comfortable and warm! Problem! The wool is pilling and coming off significantly on both shoes in less than a month of use. What a bummer!

This is the second pair of Keen clogs that I've tried, and just like the others they are too small. (Crested Buttes were the first.) Plus, this is a really ugly shoe - worse than house slippers! Back they go. Ugh.

Within 1 month of getting these slippers the wool on the side started wearing out. It's now been 2 months and the the wool is torn in in 3 places. For the cost I would have expected them to last quite a bit longer than this.

These slippers looked great, but were too tight around the top which makes them very difficult to put on. I had the same problem with Sorel slippers; tight and stiff. Broke my heart to send back these otherwise good slippers.

Nice support - too snug for socks, but okay for bare feet.

I am a 9.5 and these 9.5 fit great! Hard to get slipper type shoes with support in 9.5. I live in these.

Fits great -similar to my other Keens. Nice for winter wear. I love the simple style.

Everyone’s feet have different needs but this slipper is great for my foot. I have narrow heels and a wider toe box and these are very comfortable to me. I live in Minnesota and I wore these outside in 1 degree to throw the ball with my dog and my feet stayed (mostly)warm. My driveway is covered in 2 inches of ice and I didn’t slip. They are cuter in person and I expect these to be my go-to knock around the house, take the kids to school, grocery run, ball chuck-in slip on shoe. Love Zappos!

Love these shoes! This is my second pair after wearing my first pair for 13 years, 10 of those years I wore them only as slippers and on the weekends, the past 3 years (retired) I've worn them everyday all day during the winter months. I bought the monochrome black because with the tightly woven fabric they're easy to keep clean, just give 'em a damp wipe and good to go. My orthotics fit very nicely in these and with the soft lining they're warm and toasty. Also, like that with the black lining, they don't have a slipper look and yet can work as a slipper. I sometimes wear a 10.5, but these in that size were too big so returned for a 10, they fit perfectly.

I have a very high arch and my toes are straight across, not tapered. Keens are one of the only brands that usually work for me. These Howsers fit well and look great. I ordered too small (my fault) and Zappos customer service was fantastic. Easy exchange. Friendly and helpful.

I originally ordered a 7.5 but needed an 8 to be able to wear socks with this shoe. My husband has to size-up on Keen shoes as well so now I know. Order a half size up. Now they're perfect! Very supportive and comfortable out of the box. No rubbing near the ankles. Walked in them for hours the past couple of days.

I normally wear a 7.5 or EU38, but these fit best in an 8. I don't necessarily have wide feet (Birkenstock 38 narrow fit perfectly), but I require room in the toe box after bunion correction. I didn't spend that much money and that many months of recovery just to jam my feet back into shoes that are narrow in the toe. I've written it before and I'll write it again: why aren't shoes shaped like feet? Anyway, these fit great. Plenty of room in the toe without also having a slippy heel, which can sometimes be a problem. Love the insulation. What I don't like is the insole. It's a suede texture and it doesn't allow my socks to slide. What ends up happening is that the socks get pulled tight against my toes when I put my feet in the shoe. VERY uncomfortable. I had planned on replacing the insole anyway, as I require a flat insole -- I usually wear zero drop/minimalist shoes, but needed something insulated for winter errands -- and these insoles have a bit of lift in the heel. Regardless, the insole should be a smooth material so that socks can slip glide in. Especially since this is a slip-on style and you can't just undo laces to make a wider opening for your socked feet. Other than that, I like these a lot and look forward to lots of wear. First time Keen purchaser and I'll be on the lookout for more when/if they start coming out with actual zero drop footwear.

Comfortable, low profile casual shoe. They have good support and make my feet happy. I’m looking for more colors!

This is a basic shoe but I've finally found a good fit for my feet that need a narrow heel with ample toe spread room. Footbed isn't generously cushioned but there's enough height in the shoe to add an orthotic. I recommend this shoe.

Ordered these because i have had them before. Arch is not as supportive as it used to be, but still happy with the shoe. Holds up to every day wear well

Classic Keen quality and fit. Warm and waterproof. I have been wearing them all day at work and they are great support and not too hot. Fit best with thinner socks.

After several recent experiences with very wet and cold feet, I bought these shoes based on the good reviews and IN SPITE of how they looked in the picture. I am so happy that I did! These shoes are much more attractive on than the photo would indicate, and they are warm and comfortable. Love the soft, fuzzy lining. They are now my go-to shoes, and I think I am going to buy another pair to make sure I have them for a long time. I have other Keen shoes, and for me, they run a 1/2 size small; so I bought a 1/2 size up, and they fit perfectly. I do not think they are 100% waterproof, but they are better than many other shoes I have tried. Love them!

I have Keen sandals and shoes and really like the footbed. These slippers are extremely comfortable and don't get too hot. They fit snugly. The loop at the back is helpful when putting them on.

These shoes are amazing! While the style is a bit boxy the comfort they provide all but makes up for this 'design' flaw. I bought both colors and wear them in my house as slippers and then out to run errands. The fleece inside provides just the right comfort without needing socks.

Super comfortable right out of the box. Love them and look forward to wearing them all winter long. Waterproof is so nice on wet days and the microfleece lining keeps my toes so warm!
