These are some of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever bought. I wore them for about seven hours the first day I had them and then all day for most of the next two weeks. They are loose fitting with good arch support.

I love these shoes. I have bunions and they are very comfortable. I am leaving in two weeks for a big walking trip and think they are going to do great. Highly recommend.

I love these shoes! They have a nice wide toe bed and are very supportive. I can wear them all day at work and they do n9t hurt my feet which is a big plus!

I purchased these to wear in France for two weeks. I wanted something that I could walk miles in that wasn't a "typical American" sneaker. They performed like Steven Tyler at an Aerosmith concert! I wore them out of the box with a little half sock and didn't have one single issue, except that my trip was too short. Between these and my Clarks I had flats that went with every outfit and I felt as stylish as I was comfortable. Add a pair of Clarks Indigo heels (my new love affair) and I could have stayed another week or two. Of course, that would have meant some shopping! These Keens are a tad big, but I don't know if I could take it all of the way down into a 7.5. The 8 gives me some room for socks come fall and winter if I want. Skirts, chinos, jeans and even jeggings up the Tour de Eiffel...these Keens did it all.

I have severe bunions on both feet plus a crossover toe on my left foot. Thus, I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes. The Keen Toyah MJ's are very comfortable and very cute. There is lots of room in the toe box so my crossover toe doesn't rub. I am estactic! I have been wearing these daily, with a shoe liner, and love them. These will be the shoes I wear for my trip to London, Paris and Rome in the Fall 2011. I am going to get another hole punched in the strap to give it a more snug fit. A great shoe.

I needed a versatile walking shoe that looked nice with either shorts or skirts. I wear a 6.5-7 and ordered the 7. I was unsure of color so I originally ordered gargoyle, madder brown, and black. Interestingly, madder brown fit much wider than the others, followed by gargoyle, with black being the most narrow. To me, gargoyle appeared the most casual of the three, but still a lovely, neutral grey. Madder brown was a beautiful dark, purply-red. I ultimately chose black because my husband felt it could pass as the most dressy and my foot is more narrow, so it fit best (but it was a difficult decision). I immediately added odor-eater insoles as I wear them barefoot and leather isn't the most breathable. The shoe felt comfortable from the start but did require a substantial breaking-in period (also, the black dye will stain your feet/socks, at first). The first time I walked in them I got a blister on each heel. The second time, I got a nasty blister on the inner side of my right foot where the strap meets the shoe. I was worried, but already invested since I wore them outside. After allowing the blisters time to heal (the one on the side took awhile), I tried them again and no more blisters! They completely broke-in and I'm so glad I stuck with them because they are super comfortable. The toe bar is great as I sometimes walk through some rough terrain. A cute, slightly dressier, alternative to sneakers.

Very nice shoe. I ordered a size 7.5 and they were huge! 7 fit my foot perfectly but the top ridge by my toes rubbed/was tight. After stretching them out for about a day they feel wonderful! The leather seems to get softer over time. I have a high arch and these feel much better than most shoes, soft but supportive.

I really liked the shoe except for two things. First, the color wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted a light grey/tan to go with my string colored pants, but the gargoyle was dark grey. I also didn't love the amount of black rubber sole on the toe of the shoe. Otherwise, it was a comfortable shoe with fantastic arch support. I'll definitely look at Keen again for shoes, but this one had to go back because of the color.

Great! Just what I expected from Keen's. Great cushion in the foot bed, wonderful arch support, well made shoe and oh so comfortable. And very cute too, they don't make my feet look big and I wear a 10. They run a little wide, large toe box. This way I can wear with or without socks. But when my feet swell in the later afternoon after being on my feet all day, they will still be comfortable. Great for my knees, back and hips. I had to do some looking though, not all of Keen have this great foot bed, but it worth the look. And Zappos service makes it easy. Love Zappos and Keens.

These shoes are great for style, comfort and the arch support is great and what I was looking for in shoes. I will order more of this style in other colors. They are now almost the only shoe I wear. I get lots of compliments on them too. Love Keen!

These are probably the most comfortable, best-fitting, and most supportive shoes I've ever owned. I wear them every day as my work shoes. As a pastry cook, I've spent 5-day stretches on my feet for 10 to 12 hours a day, and these shoes have carried me through that. Even similar shoes (including, most recently, the Keen PTC Mary Jane II) don't come close -- they rub my feet, and my legs wear out much easier. (Specifically, I notice that the Toyah's material is a lot more flexible than the PTC, and the PTC has a bit of a heel.) I would feel really comfortable wearing these shoes pretty much anywhere -- even taking them out for a day hiking on an easy trail. My only complaint comes about because I enjoy wearing these shoes without socks. After 8-or-so hours wearing them sockless in a warm environment, I find that the shoes don't breathe as well as I wish they would, and they stain my feet black daily. On the other hand, the shoes are so ridiculously comfortable and supportive that I find it's worth having moist, blackened feet!

Great for wide feet. Super comfy. Like wearing sneakers but having the stylishness of Mary Janes. The color is more red than chocolate brown. Love these shoes!

Cute, well made shoes with good support, but they run very large. Needed to order a full size smaller.

I have a difficult time finding shoes that give the support I need and the style while working on cement floors for 10 hours a day. These shoes gave the support and the style. I am returning all of the Keen Mary Jane style shoes because the strap must be unbuckled/buckled with every on/off...a real pain. This could be easily resolved if Keen had put the velcro connect like most other shoe manufacturers. This was my first try with Keen shoes. If they change the strap to velcro I'll buy.

I have the Toyah in brown and black. This shoe is amazingly comfortable, very true to size and just awesome in general. I know that once these give out, I will be purchasing a replacement!

These shoes are everything you'd expect from Keen. Great arch support and comfort. Didn't need a break in period. Love these shoes! Runs true to size. Wear them all day on my feet at work.

I really like these shoes. I bought them for hiking in the summer because they do well with both rough terrain and water. I always wear a size 8 in shoes but ordered a 7.5 per other reviews and they fit perfectly. I wore them for hours of hiking the first day and did get a blister but I was not that surprised. I have worn them many times since and they have done very well.

Super comfortable shoes right out of the box -- I even wore them with blisters from another pair of shoes with no problem. I work on my feet all day, and these are great shoes for that.

Great Arch support- very comfortable. I wore them the first time with socks to break them in a bit, then they were comfortable to wear barefoot (no blisters or scrapes on my feet). The 9 was perfect and I am usually an 8 1/2 or 9.

These are slightly cuter than pictured (but definitely "sporty"); they are also slightly lighter colored. Fit and arch support are wonderful, as usual with Keens.
