Love the shoe...very attractive. However, I bought the size 10 and they were too big. My heel was sliding around a lot and I thought I might get a blister. So I ordered the 9.5's, but when they arrived I couldn't even get my foot through the hole to get them on! Very weird. I even checked the label on the shoe to be sure I didn't get 9's or 8.5's in the box by mistake. They were 9.5's, but I couldn't make them fit. It's a shame, because I like them.

Unfortunately, when I received these, it was like the shoes were each a different size. I think the left shoe was a true 11, and the right shoe was a 10.5. This has never happened to me before so it was strange! I checked the tags on the inside of the shoes just to be sure, and they both said 11. I even held them up heel to heel and the right pair was noticeably smaller! So strange! I am ordering another pair just to see if it was this pair. I hope it was just a fluke because I really like these shoes! The left shoe fit perfectly!

I have a very wide foot and high arch. When I tried the shoe on for the first time, my foot got stuck and I thought "oh no...another low arch shoe." I then gave my foot an extra push and it fit! The arch is not tight when it's on my foot...just a bit tough getting on but still worth it. They are my new everyday shoe and I love them.

I love these shoes - once I get them on. I had to use a shoe horn, or a big spoon, to get them on for the first month until the opening started to relax. They are super comfy and need virtually no break in time. And Keen's always have plenty of room to wiggle your toes. Only downfall is that they are a bit tight over the top of my feet.

I've been looking for a shoe to replace my beloved Merrell slip-ons (Jungle Mocs and other styles; the new versions are uncomfortable) for years, and these fit the bill. They are not quite as comfy as my old Merrells, but are certainly plenty comfortable enough to get me through a busy day. The one surprise was that the suede in that "window" near the toes is thin and supple. Particularly on the side of the shoe, it bends and wrinkles. I suspect this adds to the comfort of the shoe, but I wonder if it gives it a slightly different ("crunchier") look that appears in the pictures. (It may not be noticeable.) They are a tiny bit wide across the toes, but you know that about Keens. It's part of their charm.

Giving them 4 "overall" rather than 5, only because they're a bit difficult to put on (smaller opening than I was expecting), but once on, I love these shoes! Very comfortable for all day walking/standing. I'm sure with more use the opening will stretch a bit. Love the shade of green - exactly what I was looking for.

These were the cutest shoes. Very stylish. However, I have a very high instep and had a really hard time getting these shoes on. I knew that I would beat them up every time I wore them. They were fairly comfortable once they were on. I returned these, sadly. I'm still very satisfied...'cause Zappos has great customer service and an excellent return policy!

I have a pair of these from last year that I wear with nylons so I ordered this pair 1/2 size larger so I could wear it with socks. It is extremely hard to get on--once my foot is inside, they feel good and I love them, but they don't seem to loosen and frankly I haven't even tried them on with a sock yet. I'm disappointed. I even tried taking them to a shoe repair place to see if they could put in a looser piece of elastic but they said it was in too hard a place for them to sew in. I think the shoe needs a slight re-design or a lot looser elastic used. I've even considered cutting the elastic! I do sort of feel like the ugly stepsister trying to get her foot in the Cinderella's glass slipper except once they are on, they are okay...

They looked like they'd be comfy, but I couldn't get it on my foot at the elasticized opening.

Love Keens. Have several pairs so was sure I would be getting a great shoe with the Kaci. I ordered a 7.5 which is what all my other Keens are. When the shoes arrived, I was surprised by how big they were! I returned them and ordered a 6.5 and a 7. I ultimately decided to keep the 7s though they're still a little big. (I'd have kept the 6.5s but they were a tad "shallow" and short for my second toe which is longer than my big toe.) I have very flat and narrow feet. Keen makes great shoes - the Kaci just happens to run big. Order a half size smaller.

Sadly, I will be returning these shoes. They fit very tight across the top. After a shattered ankle 6 years ago, I lived in Keen Mary Janes - every color. I still have them but wanted a change for winter. The Kaci slip on still has the fantastic footbed, arch support, plenty of toe room, just like the mary janes, however, across the strap is so very tight. I can barely get them on without socks. They're a great looking "clunky" shoe. I love them. Unfortunately, the fit isn't right for my feet.

I hoped I could use these as walking shoes. If you have a narrow foot like me, don't even bother trying these. They're cute but the strap does not adjust at all and on a narrow foot they'll be lose in the heel, plus the toe box is huge. I wish Keen would make narrows!

I really wanted to love this shoe. It's adorable, just not completely comfortable. I have a bit of a high instep making it a little difficult to get them on and a little too tight to wear for long periods. They have loosened up a bit since I got them and I do wear them fairly often, they're just not my favorite Keen. Length and width felt true to Keen sizing.

I have a high arch and wide feet and have trouble with clog style shoes like Sanita or Dansko. I had the same trouble with this shoe, too tight on the top of my foot, and I'll have to return them. A beautiful quality and color, I blame my feet!

These shoes are hard to put on! I have never, ever, encountered a shoe that fits this weird. The toe box is enormous, so if you have giant Hobbit toes, you're in luck. But the instep is extremely low, and the opening is not very flexible. Hence, you have to force your foot in, and not all of your sock wants to go. I was hoping for a shoe with more give with which I could wear different thicknesses of socks, depending on the cold. Unfortunately, if I go for the 9, the shoe itself is too big unless I wear a really thick sock all the time. If I go for the 8.5 (a half size less than I usually wear), the shoe fits in the length & toes, but I can only wear a thin cotton sock or else my foot won't go through the hole. I decided to keep the 8.5. I'm going to try them for a week or so, but they might end up being the first shoes I ever try to return after wearing them outdoors. Also, even with the 8.5 I still have enough room in the toes for a family of 4. I am considering renting it out to help defray the cost of my mortgage. Honestly, who has feet shaped like this?

On the positive side, these shoes are very comfortable. The arch support is great and they're comfy to walk or stand in for long periods.
But on the negative side, they're really hard to get on. "Slip on" is a misnomer. I bought them with the understanding that they would loosen up in time. But that didn't happen, which has been disappointing because I was specifically looking for something that would slip on easily, that didn't have to be tied or buckled or anything. This is not that shoe.
So if you don't mind wrestling them on, go for it. Otherwise, keep looking.

I want to love this shoe just like everyone else but I must admit it's pretty difficult. I ordered a half size larger because Keens seem to run small most the time. I could barely cram my foot in there. Once I did, and I am telling you it took so much cramming I thought I would have to go up another half size, wore them around the house for a few days and they now feel too large, even though it is still tricky to get on in the first place. Ugh! The heel is very stiff and causes pain around my achilles heel. I love the style but this fit has me questioning whether the price is worth it. So bummed!

I love Keens, but I had to return this pairl. It was a struggle to get my foot into the shoe even using a shoe horn due to the long, and tight, construction of the upper leather. Once on, the shoe had all the comfort for which I love the Keen brand. But, I don't want to work that hard to put on, or take off a shoe.

When people said that these shoes were difficult to get on, they were not kidding. I almost sent them back. Almost. I've had them for about two months and they have only gotten a tiny bit easier to get on. But, they look amazing. Really sharp shoes. Once they are on they feel fine, but getting them on is so hard. I have "normal" sized feet also.

I have PF, so finding shoes that I can wear "as is" or that I can put in my orthotics is a challenge. I thought these would work - they look great with jeans and seem very sturdy, although a bit heavy. The support they came with was great, but I could also take out the inserts and put in my own (which I tried). The problem is that they rub up and down on the back of my foot, and that was a bit annoying (particularly with a heavy shoe.) I wear an 8.5B and the sizing on it everywhere else was spot on, but not in the heel. I tried a heavier sock, and that helped a bit, but didn't completely resolve the slipping.

Returning the shoe because the foot opening is just too tight. Comfortable enough after squeezing into the shoe, but the "squeeze" is difficult. Very surprising based on the photos.

I love the look of this shoe. I love keen brand. But when I ordered my true size my foot would not go in. I reordered a I/2 size larger and I can get my foot in fine but the shoe is loose on my foot. I love this look but it is not as comfortable as I would like. The arch support is not under my arch since it is a little big.

I have a love/hate relationship with Keen. So many of their shoes are among my favorites, but their inconsistent sizing makes me crazy. I have two pairs of the Keen Kaci Slip on in black in size 10, so I ordered the same in the brown. After a day of wearing them, my big toes ached from being squished up against the front of the shoe. Alas, a size 10 in brown is not the same as a size 10 in black. Since the shoes have been worn, I am out the money and have shoes I can't wear. Boo. I always knew Keen was inconsistent across shoe models (I have Keens in sizes 9.5 to 11), but now I sadly also know they are inconsistent within shoes. If you can get the size right, these shoes are cute and reasonably comfy.

This shoe is not fashionable; however, it is comfortable. I needed a black shoe to use for running errands, and it does the job. However, it does run larger than others I've tried. I generally wear 8.5W or 9M. The 9M in this shoe was bigger than expected and it is one of those shoes that looks big. So, if you want fashion, this may not be the shoe for you. If I had more time, I would have exchanged it for the 8.5M. Overall, I am happy with the comfort.
