This boot is easy to get on & off and solves the problem of coming in & out of the house frequently & needing to take boots off each time. I have a high instep & usually have difficulty with pull-on boots, but these go on easily. They are marked as "D" width but, although "D" is usually too narrow for me, these fit well (this is why I marked the width as wider than marked - for me that is a good thing!). They do not slop up & down in the heel either, but stay put pretty well. There is room for a medium weight sock - for extra warmth - but not for heavy weight. These boots are not as warm as I had hoped. My toes get cold pretty fast in only moderately cold weather (low 30's to high 20's F) and I am usually pretty active working outside - not just standing around. Since the ankles are covered only by elastic on both sides, my ankles get cold quickly. Wearing a pair of gaiters with these boots helps keep ankles warm (but gaiters negate the easy on/off feature). Due to the slight flare in front and back at the top of the boot shaft and the pull-on tabs, pant legs tend to get caught on top of the boot and I'm constantly adjusting the pant legs back down around the boot to keep snow & debris out (gaiters help with this too). Traction on snow & ice is excellent, especially on packed snow. These are comfortable to walk/hike in for moderate distances of a couple miles or so. These are marked a "waterproof" but the rough-out nubuck uppers soak up water like a sponge. The water may not be leaking through the inner waterproof lining, but the soaked leather makes it feel like they are damp and cold inside. And the soaked uppers freeze. I am going to treat the uppers with an oil - probably Red Wing Boot Oil - to make the uppers more water resistant and, hopefully, make them shed water better. This will almost certainly make the boots a much darker color. That reminds me, these boots are very true to the described color and look just like the photos on Zappos. I would like better arch support.

These are great, affordable shoes that I can wear in the winter to work and also social situations. They are easy to put on and off. I wish they were a little more snug in the ankle, but that might be the style.

Always happy when I see Keen has a slip on boot. I was extra excited when I saw that these were insulated. Do they keep my feet warm? They do, I work outdoors and have found these boots keep my feet nice and warm. My only complaint is they are a bit tight in length and width. It could be the Insulation. I have always loved Keen for their wide shoes allowing my feet to feel natural and not all cramped. I was disappointed with the width on these.

It's too light. It's like having sandals on instead of a shoe. Everything else is fine.

I bought these boots for my husband. He loves them. As he does all of his Keen boots. He said they are super comfortable right out of the box.

What an exellent winter pull-on. They started out feeling a little narrow but after a little walking around they feel perfect. I have never purchased a pair of Keens that are insulated so that could be why they felt a little more narrow than usual.I now have purched 7 pairs of this brand of shoes and I really can't think of anything negative to say about them.

Terrific shoe for some very tender feet. I wish it came in an E width, but I got a half size larger and that seemed to help.

I love these boots! I ordered a size too small, and called customer service. They e-mailed me a free return shipping label, and had the new size to me within two days! These guys are awesome! Now that there is snow on the ground, I am glad that I bought them. They are a little expensive, but high quality and very comfortable. They are worth the price.

I love these boots! Very comfortable, warm, and waterproof. Great for taking the dog out in bad weather.

I bought these for my husband as a gift. I keep telling him how great Keens are. He loves them and said they are comfy and warm. They seem to fit true to size. We are now both addicted to Keens!

These are lightweight, comfortable and warm. No complaints. I'm partial to Keen's shoes, always good luck and they wear well.

These are nice boots. They look better in the picture then on your foot. The insoles are crap. I replace them after the first use.

This color is nowhere near as brown as it is pictured.The color is nearer to an onion skin than a mushroom. I didn't want black boots, but that's what I'm going to order now. This color is just bad. Sorry.

I really like the slip on boot concept and have had good experiences with other brands in the past. Since Anchorage has a long duration of ice and snow conditions for the most of the year, I'm always on the lookout for a good winter boot that can run into the non-winter area as well. So far this boot has done really well. The traction is better than the other boots I've had and is very snug and supportive but still flexible. I've yet to have this in the ice and snow but it's performance in wet/dry city and trail conditions is great. I would suggest buying a half a size larger than you normally buy (I generally buy half a size up typically because of thicker socks - I should have made it a whole size). They can be somewhat tight if your feet swell any at all after a long day. Other thoughts: Buy a pair of ceder shoe trees - it helps keep your boot around longer and in better condition.

I am a Keen lover. These are a little stiffer than the non thinsulate version of them I had previously. I also needed to order a half size larger, due to the thinsulate. Otherwise comfortable, but stiff.

I ordered my father's regular shoe size and this was too small. He also had a hard time pulling it on his foot (he is elderly).

Uncomfortable! Narrow interior, wide looking exterior, worst shoes ever, failed in looks department and comfort big time!

Great boots. They look nice, fit well, and are easy to pull on and off. I ordered one size larger and they fit perfectly. In the rain and snow my feet stay dry, they have great traction, and are very comfortable to walk in. For the price, quality, and comfort, I give 5 stars. Zappos rocks.

What a great boot to slip on to do errands or get out of your waders after a long day of steelhead fishing!

A little tight in the toe box. I assume that is because it is a pull-on. But it stretched a little on use and is a fine boot.

Love these boots from Keen! Comfortable, easy to put on. Glad Keen is still making these pull-ons.

Very comfy and practical boot. Easy to walk in and can even be used as an everyday shoe. Although the boot keeps your feet warm when you are active outside, when I wore them to a football game and sat with my feel on cold concrete for 3 hours at a temperature of roughly 30 degrees F, my feet got cold.

Follow-up to my, Robert G, previous review. I treated the uppers with Red Wing boot oil and it helped a lot to keep the uppers from soaking up water. Water beads up on them now and they seem warmer. The boot oil did change the color to very dark brown - nearly black, but they are work boots and that does not matter.
