I love these boots. My feet are absolutely in complete comfort. They are warm, but not so warm that my feet sweat. I can wear jeans tucked in or not and they fit the same. They are the best boots for snow, slush and ice (we have a lot of that here). Sorel makes great footwear. Get these boots; you won't be disappointed.

These boots are great. My right foot is slightly longer than my left, so the right boot fits a bit more snug than the left. Other than that, they fit true to size. I tried them on in a store before ordering online, so I knew that a size 9 would be just fine. I did break them in and my feet have a bit more wiggle room. They are nice and warm for the slushy, cold days here in Ottawa, Ontario. Waterproof yet stylish. I don't even have to wear big thick socks to stay warm. Highly recommended.

Love these boots! They aren't bulky but super warm and are the most stylish and practical winter boots I have ever had. They are a definite must in this arctic winter state I call home. And there is no better place to order them from than Zappos.

These boots are great looking and incredibly warm. I usually wear a 9 1/2 so ordered the 10, but they are very roomy. I might have gotten away with a 9.

Love these practical boots! They look great, too! Very warm, waterproof, and stylish! I don't have large calves, but these fit pretty snug...otherwise, true to size. (I wear a 9 1/2 and purchased the 10)

Where I live in NJ was hit with a major snow storm last weekend. These boots kept my feet warm and dry. Did alot of walking, carring the snow, very comfortable.

I love these boots! I live in Northwest Indiana and the mailman dropped these off today just as we were entering the 24th hour of snowfall (no joke). I immediately put them on to shovel the driveway and porches. They are super warm and comfortable, no snow entered the boot as I was walking through 6 foot drifts, so they kept me dry. They are really cute too. I got the flax color, which is similar to the leather on a bomber jacket (love the flax) which I think is sharp against the black contrast color and will go with everything. I usually wear a 7 1/2, I ordered an 8 which felt like it was too big so I returned those for a 7 which fit snug.

Awesome boots. Sturdy and so warm. I was looking for style, comfort, and most of all warmth. I got all of the above plus my feet will also be completely dry. Everyone has commented on the cool styling. The only negative is they are a bit heavy. A small price to pay for the overall. An added bonus, the front zip means easy on and off, with plenty of room to maneuver while tucking in your pant legs.

I love these boots. They're the prefect combination of comfort, warmth and style. My feet are finally looking forward to a cold Wisconsin winter!

I love these boots! I got them today and have been marching through snow and slush all day, warm and dry. I was looking for zip-up boots so I could walk a little more easily than in my lace-up Kamiks. They have waterproof uppers, fit nice, and are cute, too. They are very comfortable to walk in.

Love these boots! Totally cute and functional. I had to order a size up so that the boots would fit with thick winter socks. They were tight around my ankles (where the buckle is) at first, but they loosen as you wear them. Would recommend for someone who wants to stay cute in the cold! (If you are just looking for function, choose something else.)

I wear an 8 to 8 1/2 and ordered the 9 just in case, which fit perfectly. The calf width is not very generous for those of us with thicker calves; I had to struggle to zip the boot completely, but it did zip. It felt a little snug around the calf, and it could probably go up a little higher on my leg if I didn't have this problem. Still contemplating whether I should return or not.

Good overall winter boot. My toes did get a bit cold in mid-20s temps and they are quite slippery on ice. They are great in the snow and wet. I wear a size 6 and there is plenty of room for thick socks and jeans tucked in. I don't like the big pull-tab on the back of the boot; it does not seem to be a necessary feature and it is bulky when you pull pants over the boots. But, with all that said, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to a friend!

I was reading all the reviews before I purchased those boots. They are stylish for the purpose (walk in dirt and snow, they are warm). They are also a bit on a heavy side. You feel protected, so you compromise. And yes, there is something about that heel part that is hard and non-bending, but so far it was not that bad. If you need them where you live, they are good boots.

The foot portion of the boot is nice and roomy, but the upper is not wide enough for my big athletic calves. Also, I can see that the zipper is ornery just from opening it up to pull on the boot. I will look for a lace-up style of Sorel instead.

I was very hopeful for these boots, and they look very cute and very warm. Sad to say they are too big which was my fault but the heel part was hurting me so I will be returning these.

This boot delivered during the December snow in North West PA. I wanted a boot that was waterproof and warm, and it's all that. It's not too bulky, but substantial enough go through the snow and shopping too. Easy to get in and out of, with help from the loop at the top. They replaced a pair of Columbia zip boots that never stayed zipped. Hope the zipper lasts on these.

The boot is light and fashionable. It also keeps my feet warm which is important to me. The only issue with the boot I have so far is that there is something inside the heel of the boot that is sticking into my heel giving me a blister. I put tape back there to stop the scratching, but for the price of the boot, I shouldn't have to do that. We will see how it goes so far, but it was painful the first time I wore it.

I ordered this boot last year in Tobacco color (much better color than flax) in a size 8 which was way too big. Last year Zappos was out of size 7, so I waited until this year to re-buy. Unfortunately, the 7 is too small when I wear a winter sock with it. Sadness! I had been comparing boots for winter warmth (I got mild frostbite on my toes several years ago, so I am extra sensitive to cold), and Sorel seems to have boots that stand up to some serious cold weather. Unfortunately, this boot only comes in whole sizes, and I typically wear a 7.5! Darn! Also, the flax color is rather ugly. It looks like worn, folded leather that had been repurposed into the upper of this boot. Not pretty!

Purchased these for my first ski trip. The size 7 were just a bit short and got the size 8. Fit great at home with ski socks. Not sure why but the first time I put it on in the cold, but the boot was way to loose and felt really clunky. If you're looking for a cute apres ski boot that's not so chunky, I wouldn't choose these, but if you need something just functional, then these are great!
