My fiancee is a nurse and is on her feet all day or night and needed a good pair of shoes. She found these and based on other reviews from nurses, I got her a pair. She's been wearing them since the day they came in a few weeks ago and loves them and finds that they help provide more comfort and support than other brands she's worn for work. She wants to get another pair in a different color soon because she likes these so much! I highly recommend these to anyone who is on their feet a lot and works long hours.

I have wore these shoes to school nearly every day to teach high school theatre. I bought a second pair for the new year. The black looks sleek and they don't have so much rubber on them. With a size 9 foot, I am always conscious of how big an athletic shoe makes my foot look.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and light weight, just be careful on wet pavement as they do not have the greatest traction.

I'm a nurse and bought these to work in. I absolutely love them! Great fit and comfortable for a long work day on my feet. I also get a lot of compliments on how stylish they are. Definitely would buy again.

I am loving these shoes. Not only are they sharp looking sneakers (the black/pink combo), but they're totally normal looking for a "toning sneaker." That was the major reason I got these New Balance - not only is it a brand I really love, but they figured out how to make a good looking toning shoe. Bravo!

I decided on these shoes after developing a shin splint and my plantar fasciitis returning, probably because my old trainers were worn out. I have had these shoes now for a month and my legs and feet are back to normal. They are not for heavy-duty exercise! Definitely not for running, nor power walking! However for day to day walking doing errands, they are perfect. The soles are not flat which is why New Balance claim this is a toning shoe. Your leg muscles work a bit extra to keep your balance. Took me about two days to get used to the uneven soles.

Great, fashionable sneakers. My primary work out shoes and I got my daughter some and she wears to school. Thought was getting great deal at Zappos but found a little cheaper at TJMaxx, but still a great sneaker.

I love my New Balance shoes. They are probably the best fitting and wearing shoe I have owned. They are comfortable yet supportive. I love the colors as well. Would recommend them to others who suffer from back pain. They have helped in preventing lower back pain on long days.

Very comfortable. I got a half-size larger than my usual but I always do that with athletic shoes. They say these are just a walking shoe but I wear them for my every day workouts and they are perfect! Can't go wrong with New Balance in my opinion.

First time buyer from Zappos and wasn't sure about purchasing shoes over the internet. Well, what a nice surprise I got, I ordered the New Balance WW850 walking shoes. They are great, fit the first time I wore them, Not tight or stiff. It felt like the shoes were made just for my feet. I wear them everyday (Dr.'s orders) and I don't mind. Finally, I found a comfortable, lightweight, but supportive sport walking shoe. I have a narrow heel, but need a wide toe box. Because I have a chronic big toe ingrown nail, I can't have a pointed toe shoe -- or the pain flares up again. This shoe worked! I had almost given up. Zappos was patient and never criticized all the orders I sent back. I have never been able to find the right shoe at a store -- when I do, they are always out of my size (go figure!). Zappos is the best!

They are comfortable and lite as a feather. These are my work shoes, I work outdoors and live in so. Florida. I normally wear a size 9, ordered a 9 1/2. Because your feet swell in the heat I could have gotten a 10, but let me say, the shoes do not hurt me at all.

Great walking shoes! Light weight, yet have great support and comfort. Probably one of the best pairs of New Balances I have ever speed walked in.

These are extremely lightweight and comfortable! They feel like being barefoot. The bottom is curved front to back and side to side (for that extra leg toning), so they are not good if you need extra stability. They have a mice wide toe box. I love them.

This is my second pair of this particular model, and they are great to wear all day long. They have a lot of support for all parts of your feet.

I am so happy with the fit and the comfort of this shoe. I wear orthotics, so needed the removeable footpad. Until now I have been wearing Merrills, but the toe area was too tight and I was developing problems. No problems with the New Balance. I love them

I looked for this shoe at a chain shoe store and it was more than the Zappos price. I really loved the free shipping and my shoes came in just 2 days. They fit well. The heel is like a cushion for your feet. I'm a nurse at a hospital and they feel amazing all the way through my 12 hour shift.
