These boots are absolutely beautiful, and the sizing seems very true. Great quality (well, they are Frye's) and a beautiful colour. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure the picture illustrates just how soft the leather is on these boots. I received a different style of Frye boot at the same time as these, and the leather on these is much softer. Also, there are slight color variations throughout the boot, giving it a beautiful, distressed look. I am 5'7, and the boot (when cuffed) comes just under my knee. This is what I was hoping. Uncuffed, the boot goes over the knee completely. The boot is comfortable right out of the box. The sizing was true to size for me. I would recommend these highly.

Great boots! It took me a while to get the right color/size but it was so easy with free delivery and returns! The boots themselves took a little wearing it but they are such a beautiful supple leather once worn in and I know I will have them forever! Really comfortable now and great craftsmanship! Definitely recommend them!

Purchased these boots last week, live in Canada, and they have already arrived! Very fast service. Boots are awesome! Finally found a pair of Fryes that will fit in all ways. Have a side zip which is awesome, since I cannot even get the pull on boots half way up! Very nice elegant boot, which, can be worn with the cuff down also. I would not hesitate to purchase these boots again!

These boots are high quality, fit great, and are very comfortable. I get compliments every day I wear them. They are my new favorite winter shoes. They only took a couple wears to break in! I would recommend them to anyone.

First of all, Zappos rocks! I ordered these boots on Thursday and I got them Friday! (With free shipping!) Amazing! As far as the boot goes...beautiful! I own several pairs of Frye boots and these take the cake! Worth every penny! The leather is a dark brown (super soft). I'm only 5'3" and they look great! Not too bulky. They fit nicely over skinny jeans and look really cute with dresses too. I ordered a size 8 (which is usually my true size) but I will be returning them for a 7 1/2. Considering it's extreme length, it's actually relatively easy to get on and off. It's comfortable and it looks great. I feel like a diva when I wear them.

Amazing, beautiful and perfect. I am 5'6" - and these boots hit just below the knee caps when folded completely over. They completely cover my knees when not folded. I love the look either way. Will have and wear for years!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these boots. Had to place a backorder from Frye directly since I wear an 11 and couldn't find them anywhere in black, but once they got here - PERFECTION! They do run a half size large, but even in an 11 are still slim to the leg (I have narrow calves and they fit perfectly). Not pirate-y at all; even cuffed down, the cuffs fold close to the shaft of the boot and just look like a streamlined knee high boot. Worn with the cuffs up over tights - so so sexy and yet still comfy. At 6'0" I love tall boots, but rarely wear heels; returned the cuffed Jane boots since they were too much with the heel on my tall frame. Love these boots, saving up for the brown ones!!!

These boots are fantastic. The leather is soft and the boots have enough cushioning to wear all day. They fit well over jeans or leggings.

Wow...these boots are stunning! I normally wear a 9, but ordered an 8½ and they fit perfect. They are a little hard to get on, but I think they will stretch with time. Unfortunately, the color isn't quite what I am looking for, so I will be sending them back.

Gorgeous boots, unique color. Haven't worn them yet so I can't attest to the comfort. I ordered them from Zappos on sale and then a few days later they were less on a certain website in every size except mine which is annoying. Still likely to keep them though.

I love these boots. I ordered the brown and would say the color looks like the picture. There is shading along the toe end of the boot but that is part of the character of the boot. I ordered a size up but had to exchange for my normal size. The boots feel heavier than other boots I tried but comfortable and built to last. I have had loads of compliments on them. This is my first pair of frye boots.

I love these boots. The leather is supple, they're comfortable and completely worth it. I don't have large calves but they aren't super skinny either and these are great even over jeans. I ordered my true size, but probably could have done with a half size smaller.

Fabulous boots! Comfortable and stylish. Plus, people can't stop complimenting me on them! Can be worn over-the-knee or folded down to be worn below the knee - great! Highly recommended!

I love these boots! Comfortable and well made. They're my favorite, and I'm pretty darn picky. My only problem was that the soles are flat leather - not a good thing for a Midwesterner living in snowy and icy Minnesota. I love these boots so much, though, that I took them to the cobbler and had rubber soles put on top of the leather. Now I have fashionable and safe boots!

Beautifully made, amazingly comfortable -- and they put everyone else's over-the-knee boots to shame. The reason why they're so expensive is obvious as soon as you put them on -- this is quality. Wear well and enjoy!

I love them! I wear a 9.5, average width, high instep and average calf size. I would say they fit true to size. Regular socks (not thick) and straight leg pants should tuck in nicely. They hit just below the knee with the cuff down, just over when it's up. The color is distressed looking, darker at the tip. I haven't worn them for any length of time yet but they felt comfortable during the initial walking around test.

Love these boots! Very comfortable and the leather is nice and soft. But then, what else would you expect from a Frye boot! Very nice quality.

I could not be happier with these boots. Customer service was above and beyond. They were on back order and somehow they were able to deliver them much sooner than expected. The boots fit true to size and are beautiful. I am always getting compliments on the style, too. Thank you.

I was surprised how fast they came, which was great. But I heard they usually always come within a day or 2. That was after I spent a lot for shipping. I wouldn't do that again, but I would absolutely order from Zappos again!

I love these boots and have received compliments from strangers. They are so versatile -- from skirts skinny jeans or over tights. They fit great and might have to get another color.

Had seen these in many catalogues this fall and thought they would be great everyday boot. They are. The leather is lovely--very soft, but not so soft that they don\'t stand up if you want to wear them with the cuff up. I have gotten lots of nice comments on them. They are worth the price.

Love these boots! I ordered a half size down and they fit perfectly. They are super comfy and look great with leggings and long sweaters or dresses as well as with skinny jeans and any top or blazer. Perfect. I absolutely adore these boots. They were so totally comfortable from the very second I put them on! Oh, how I do just love my Frye boots though. I believe I am a half size bigger in Frye than any other designer, by the way.
