Comfortable shoe that offers appeal. I bought this shoe for several reasons -- style, comfort, and color. I'm a teacher who spends many hours of the day on my feet. So I needed a shoe that could look stylish and blend nicely with my grey and black slacks as well as offer comfort. These fit the bill. They run a bit big so I had to go a size down. I bought three colors and I wear them daily. My students think I'm cool.

Love these! I was looking for a sporty tennis shoe, but that didn't look like a typical tennis shoe. They are super comfy and love the way they look!

They are really cute, but the sizes are off - I tried two sizes and one was too small and another too big :(

Lightweight & comfortable but does not offer a lot of support. Great for just running around doing errands, etc. but not for a real workout.

Beautiful shoes, soft, comfortable, but I had to return them for a bigger size. I like having room in my shoes, and I went a full size down for these. Normally I am a 9-9.5 and I ended up getting a 8.5.

These are super cute low profile sneakers. I wear them with jeans, & they look stylish. Very lightweight. They are about medium comfort.

Super cute shoes. Very happy with my purchase. I have 4 pairs of Pumas. I think they run small, which is why I checked the "felt a full size smaller than marked" box. I ordered a 9.5 in these and I usually wear a 8.5-9.0. Very comfy and classy! I recommend!

Sleek and comfortable. Overall the quality is on par for the price. The construction seems solid and the materials acceptable. The suede has a nice feel; the vinyl tongue tends to squeak a bit as you walk.

Etoile Suede 2 seems to be 1\/2 size larger. I\'m a size 7 and a size 6 1\/2 would\'ve been perfect. Arch is on the high side. Shoes were not as pliable as other Pumas I\'ve owned. They had to be broken in over the first 5 wears. Overall the shoe is very stylish and comfortable.

Love the color, however, sneaker very stiff and can only wear a short time. I realize all designers/Manufacturers have different quality levels to attract wide audiences - but like the Puma style.

I am finding these uncomfortable and without enough support. There are pads instead of a sole, and my foot feels like it slips off the side. If I had not worn them twice, I would try to return them.

These run too long and are awkward to walk in. returning for the second time. too bad cause they look kickin'! too much arch support, sunken heal, flip right out of shoe. These are too wide in front and narrow in middle.

I coach cheerleading, and am running around for hours. I thought these would be lightweight and cute. However, they were so big, I have returned them for a more athletic style. No support at all. Very cute, but not for anything athletic.

Very comfortable shoe. I usually wear a size 10. In this shoe I am a 9.5.

Great color (grey), very stylish and more comfortable than other Puma shoes I have had in the past. I was also very happy with the price.

I love these sneakers. I stand on my feet for 6 hours and they are both fashionable and comfortable. I love Zappos. They are the most efficient and easy way to order shoes. They also have the best return policy. It's amazing and I don't know how they get you your order so quickly!

This is a beautiful shoe and very reasonably priced. I have gotten many compliments on it. As other reviews have mentioned, there is a sunken heel which will cause some ankle socks to slip. There are tabs that hold the laces; I can see them tearing in the future. I haven't bought many Pumas, so I do not know how well they are made. These look to be made very well (I'm very hard on my shoes). There is surprisingly a lot of support for such a light small shoe. It doesn't look like there is much arch support, but when I take them off I can tell my foot had been very well supported. I am usually between an 8.5 and a 9 and I got these in an 8.5 since everyone mentioned they ran big. Good thing I did, because they fit me perfectly. I highly recommend these shoes.

I had purchased a pair of these Puma's and so enjoyed wearing them that I went to Zappos to find them. They were out of my size, but gave me the option of contacting me when they got them back in stock. They did that in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Zappos and will continue to purchase from them.

I bought these shoes on a whim. I always get the classic colors - Black & White and something like this looked different. Ordered it and loved it, from the support to the comfort. It's Puma...what more can I say?

These were a perfect size 8, and have a slight sunken heel, like Earth Shoes. Very light, easy to move; runs a tad longer from front to back than I need, but very comfortable and flexible. And, I love Puma's understated style.

I bought a size smaller than I normally do with Puma's and they fit perfectly. They're narrow as all Pumas are.

Love Puma and this sneaker has a wonderful style. Zappos is great, very fast shipping and generous return policy.

Heel is way too big. Length is okay, width is okay. Heel slips even with socks. Too bad, they are cute and lightweight, which is what I want. Will try size smaller next.
