Love the way these fit - seems like they just mold to my feet perfectly! Good amount of cushion, great arch support. Highly recommend treating the suede with a water/stain guard product before wearing though - these are too cute to ruin with one wrong step into a puddle!

I love this shoe. It is sleek and comfortable. Puma is a brand that I am confident in and they haven't disappointed. I am very pleased with this shoe.

I'm very happy with this purchase. My shoes arrived within a few days, they fit great. True to size, and I wear an 11. The sole of the shoe is a little different than what I'm used to; there are separate pads under the ball of your food and under the heel. When I first put them on it felt kind of weird, I thought about returning them. However, I love the way the look so I decided to try them out for a while, and I'm glad I did; I got used to them within the first few hours of wearing them. I think they are incredibly comfortable for such a lightweight shoe. I might buy an insert for extra cushion, but I wouldn't say it's a must.

I love the look of this shoe and it had great arch support, but was not comfortable for long periods of standing.

Great looking sneaker, narrow and true to size. As with most Puma sneakers there is no arch support, so this shoe is mostly for looking good, not for long walks.

Very nice looking shoe. A little stiffer than I hoped - thinking they will soften a little with wear.

I purchased this is an 8.5 because I have this same shoe in brown. The brown in an 8.5 was fine, but this one was big. I then ordered the 8, and it came about 10 shades lighter than the previous shoe. It looked grey, or grey blue. I ordered about 10 more, and all came in a greyish color, but I ended up keeping the darkest pair. They are really comfy and cute though.

Bought for Zumba, but ran too short and not enough size-to-side support. If long enought would have been great for just everyday wear.

These shoes were too long and wide for my narrow heels, even after ordering a half size below what I usually wear. I returned them, but they are very cute. I would have kept them if the fit was there.

Love the style, but had to return for a size lower. Will try the next 1/2 down and hope it's not as big.

The shoes are great, lightweight, very comfortable and the gray color doesn't show urban soil. I am wearing them now. In fact I tried to buy another color just so I would not wear them day in and day out. Zappos has more than lived up to its reputation. It seems that no sooner do I press Submit Order than a UPS guy rings my doorbell.

Cute and I love them, but they aren't as soft as the other suede Pumas I own. Took a few wears to break them in. Ran a little big, even compared to my other Pumas.

AThe arch support was just too high for me - maybe I have flat feet or something - but it pressed up against my foot and than my heel felt unnaturally low by contrast. Otherwise seems okay in style and comfort.

These shoes do not have metal eyelets - instead the laces are laced through tabs that are stitched into the tongue opening. I've had 3 rip off of one shoe and 2 off of the other. They ripped within weeks of purchasing the shoes which was disappointing. I still love the shoes and have gotten creative about tying the laces. They are also flat, so lots of walking can cause a sore back. But they are cute! I wear them on days I know I won't be walking too much.

Not a comfortable shoe but it's cute and goes with a lot of things. I do find my feet hurting some what at the end of the day because they are pretty thin and flat.

Gorgeous shoe! However, I am a true 9 in everything and this shoe runs a half size too big. Also, the base is very narrow and it not comfortable. I don't want to return them, but I want to be comfortable when I do Turbo Kick, Zumba, and Hip Hop Hustle. Back they go, but sadly.

Cute shoes that run a bit big. Exchanged size 9 for 8.5 that were still a bit loose in the heel, but I kept them. Great arch support, very flexible, but for some reason they make my feet extremely hot after a few minutes of wear.

I like the way these shoes look but they are quite flat and uncomfortable to wear. I bought them for the look and kept them but compared to other cute Puma sneakers as well as from other brands these are less comfortable b/c they are just a flat sole that is not very flexible and has very little support for the arch and for the foot in general. They still look good and are very narrow which is good for my foot.

Uncomfortable shoes. I have purchased these to replace older Puma shoes that I have had for 3 years but these ones have ripped after 1 year.

Not the same as old styles! Puma, what have you done? This is a sad example of the newer styles. Due to Zappos great service, they arrived today after placing the order the night before (along with another pair, still undecided if I am going to keep those, these are going back!). When I opened the box, it was Eeks! What have you done with my old "H street's"? Back in "the day", you could not get better quality, all leather if you chose and great looking shoe, along with very durable. The ones I still have are in really good condition and they are about eight years old! Due to a house fire, I am having to replace and it's going to be a tough task. Not only does the construction appear to be far inferior than the older styles, but the looks are...not anything close to what I expected from Puma. Sad! On the flip side, the size runs the same in the newer styles as in the older, other than that, I am sadly disappointed in Puma and despite my fondness of this shoe, may have to check out Nike or other brands in hopes of finding the lightweight, comfort and appearance that I had grown accustomed to. Thankfully, Zappos will allow free shipping for purchase and returns, as these babies are going back as soon as I can find something I'm willing to take a chance on, again. Don't let the pictures fool you! Again, no fault of Zappos, but mine, as I should have paid more attention to what others had written.
