Shoe not comfortable, felt slippery when walking also had heel slip, no allowance to go down half size, reason, just enough room in toe box. Not feminine on feet, looked long, front came up high squashing flattering look.

I didn't even put weight on my feet and could tell they were very narrow. Returning.

I had the same problem as another reviewer - my heels slipped out of these shoes with every step. The sizing seemed right so if I sized down, the toe area of the shoe would be too small. Disappointing for sure.

I’ve worn Frye booties for years, dancing, easy shoe for flights and dressy walking shoe. But this batch doesn’t fit well, wide at the ankles pulls up, sizing is messed up. Fix it Frye.

The shootie is made well but too tight for my normal size foot. Why all the 5 stars, I donno?

Pretty, but runs very small. They are both too narrow, & too short. Not suitable for a wider foot. The Light Tan color of this shoe is absolutely gorgeous, very neutral, easily coordinates handbags, etc. Unfortunately, the extreme pointy toe of this "Billie" style renders this shoe/boot way too small for my 9W foot, the size 9 felt like I was squishing my foot into a Ladies size 7 shoe. I suggest order up at least one full size. If you have a very wide foot, these probably won't work at all. This shoe is very attractive, just better for a more narrow foot. They certainly appear extremely sturdy & made-to-last forever, in true Frye style.

I returned. It's been 10 business days since my return was supposedly sent to my bank by Zappos, but I still have not received it yet. What happened to Zappos? They used to be really good.

The shoes were worn, someone painted the bottom of the shoes with black shoe polish and it got all over everything! my floor is black. the shoes are scuffed up with visible worn marks all over. Very disappointed.

Very wide looking and fitting…basically unattractive …clunky
