I love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable. Great street shoes. Looks good with jeans and slacks.

I have been looking for these shoes for a while, since I had some great ones like this in the '70s. These Frye's are great except for the intense amount of distress put on them to make them look worn. Can't people put their own stress on them after a couple of months? What's with the distress look anyway? I wish they looked new and polished. Especially at this price. Weird to get a new pair of shoes so beat-up.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and give you the look of boots without the added weight. They are also easier to take on and off than boots, so are great for travel. They do run a bit large. I usually wear a size 8, and have to wear heavy socks with them. Don't think I could have gone down a half size though, they aren't that large.

I loved the service Zappos provides and my shoes are totally awesome. They are so comfortable and exactly as they were pictured.

I love these and am thrilled to own them. They're the kind of shoe/boot you can throw on and forget you're wearing them comfort-wise. I'm a teacher and walk a lot during the day. I wear size 10 in these and all my other shoes. My foot is medium-wide, and I do feel a little pressure on the sides of my feet, but not enough to call them uncomfortable. Besides, Frye leather just molds to your feet. I wear these with matchstick and bootcut jeans, and may wear them with a skirt too. The length due to pointiness doesn't bother me, but it might to some others. Heel height is super comfortable. All in all, these are great everyday shoes that look like boots for wearing with jeans, and super comfy.

I really liked the looks of this shoe, but I have large bunions and was afraid the shoes would not fit. I called Zappos to find out their recommendation and they said they did not have any other measurements - just try the shoes and if they don't fit, send them back. I decided to order a 6½, a half size larger than I usually wear. I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried them on the first time--they felt great. I walked around the house for a few hours and they still felt great so I kept them! I also have a problem with my big toe, but after three weeks of wear the shoe still feels great.

I love these shoes. I couln't wait to put them on when I took them out of the box. I have had many compliments on them. I am not used to wearing such a pointy-toed shoe, but I must admit, they are very comfortable. They look best under boot leg jeans. Not so much with straight legs or skinny jeans.

Love this boot/shoe! Very comfortable, great, rustic styling, quality workmanship as you'd expect from Frye. I just ordered a second pair in a different color. As for sizing, I am usually a 9, and the 8.5 fits perfectly, even with the pointed toe. As for Zappos, best-run company I have ever dealt with, and for that they have my undying loyalty.

I love these; they are a bit still and have smooth soles, so not good on slippery stuff, but they are quite comfortable and definitely have the cowboy boot look going. Dye is uneven, so they look casual and worn. Great with pants, obviously. A little funky for skirts.

These are my very favorite boots - so very comfortable from the first wearing. I think they look great with boot cut jeans too.

I have these in full size in brown and love them. I like the alternative of having more of a shoe. They look great with jeans and the heel height is great for me. They are a little "beat up", but it really gives the shoe character. I know that Frye makes a quality product.

I am very happy with this shoe. The color matches almost everything in my wardrobe. I love the look of a boot under my pants, but with a low heel. The first time I wore them my feet were sore (did a ton of walking that day), so got gel inserts. Now even more comfortable.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable, fit true to size, and look really stylish. Zappos got them to me in just a couple of days and had all the colors, so I ordered 4 pair and wear them all the time. I get compliments everywhere I go; they look like a boot, but are an easy little shoe!

Another wonderful item from Frye! This came with a well worn look that I love. I found them very comfortable and was able to wear them for hours the first time I had them on. Felt true to size and again Zappos was wonderful, exchanging sizes for me.

These are oh so fantastic. I own one other pair of Frye's and love them. These run true to size & make me almost excited to welcome the winter. They're extremely comfortable, stylish & (hopefully) timeless. Buy them!

Another in the great Frye line. If you\'ve ever owned a pair of Frye boots, you know they are worth every penny. I wanted a low-heeled bootie for fall that would look good with slim leg jeans. This shoe is super comfortable--plenty of room for your toes despite the pointed toe--and fits true to size (my size, anyway, which is a true 10 medium), maybe even slightly wider than a typical medium. Don\'t size down the way you might with western brands. The leather is slightly distressed so they look like they\'ve been worn a few times. I just returned from vacation in chilly Seattle where I wore these constantly, and received numerous compliments. If you like a mildly western look, you can\'t go wrong with these. Highly recommended.

I am a true 7.5 sometimes a 8 if the shoe is narrow. I ordered an 8 because years ago I had a Billy Shortie in size 7.5 that felt tight in the toe box. The 8 was way too big so I ordered the 7.5. The 7.5 fit great in the toe box but my heel kept slipping completely out of the shoe. Heel area way too wide. I had to return them.

the shoe was great. I just need an 8 wide. Sorry my heel was slipping constantly and even if I bought a insert for my shoe I am afraid it just was not a good fit for me.

These did not fit at all. They are short and narrow. If they had fit, I’m sure I would have loved them. They are super fine quality. The leather is absolutely beautiful!

Super cute and the gray is so versatile. Sadly they are too short in the toe and will be returned. I like the style and color well enough to reorder in a size larger.

Wanted to love these shoes because they was like what I wore when I was in high school but they were very stiff and ran about a half size to big.. I tried a smaller size but I couldn’t get over how stiff they were.
