These have been the best insoles I've ever owned. I have 2 pairs and rotate them as needed. They are over 5 years old and still retain their arch support and foot padding. Highly recommend them.

I wear a women's 8.5 - 9.0 depending on the brand. Had to trim the inserts down quite a bit to achieve the appropriate length. Once inserts were in place, everything worked out well. Have low arches so the additional support in that area makes a huge difference. I wear these in regular street shoes because I do a moderate amount of walking on city streets. Highly recommend these inserts for support and shock absorption on paved surfaces.

Excellent, durable inserts. I run on trail and pavement and these save my hips and knees. I don’t know the Anatomy behind it but I feel better when I use there. Much more of a solid base to push off and it absorbs my landing. Worth the price.

I had been on my feet most of the day wearing an old pair of shoes that still look nice but her my arch after about 2 hrs on my feet. I bought a pair of Superfeet and immediately the pain start fading away. My old shoes now feel very supported and I'm back to wearing the regularly.
