I am a size 8.5 and ordered the recommended size of green. However, it is too big for most of my shoes and I have not been able to use it. Not happy with the purchase.

I bought these, because they were so highly recommended by everyone, for their boots while rucking and going through different selections/schools. For my foot, they cause pretty bad hot spot on the arch (or lack thereof) of my foot and blistering as well. I cannot run more than 3 miles, or ruck more than 5-6 miles until I feel my foot about to blister and tear. I do however use these in my Nike MetCons for my workout shoes and they help keep my arch supported and reduce stress on the medial ligament in my knee during heavy squatting, cleaning, thrusters, etc.; and can wear for circuit training so they were not a complete waste of money. I would like to try other SuperFeet insoles, but at the price a bit hesitant to find good ones for running/rucking.

Thanks for the blisters! :D I have 250 miles in my Hoka Clifton 3's. One 5-mile run in SuperFeet and I had awful blisters on both big toes. I also felt no difference in comfort or support compared to the factory insoles. In fact, I think SuperFeet make the fit even less comfortable because the size of the insoles takes up any extra room in the shoe.

I personally didn't find these to be helpful for my foot and knee pain. I have occasional plantarfascitiis, Achilles tendon pain, and patellofemoral pain that may be caused by overpronation that became worse after I developed a nerve condition in my left leg. Still, all of the above are common biomechanical issues that can sometimes be addressed with orthotics. I ordered these, along with the Premium Blue, to try as an alternative to the Vionic Orthoheel insoles I have been using, cause my physiatrist (physical medicine doctor) had said that many people have had success with them for foot and knee pain. I had never heard of them before, although with a quick Internet search I found they were quite popular, especially among runners. Although I am active, at least until I was sidelined a bit by the diagnosis of my nerve condition, these didn't work for me. They are extremely rigid insoles--it's a plastic base covered by a sueded top layer. While the arch support was solid because of the plastic, this creates an extremely hard surface inside the shoe, which I did not find comfortable at all, nor would I want to walk long distances, let alone run on it. It felt like walking on a hard tile floor, but with arch support. They clearly have a following, so it may work for some, but I wouldn't recommend it if it's not the texture you're looking for. And aesthetically, I know they're branded for their bright colors, but I'd prefer something less ostentatious, especially if I'm putting them in my professional shoes.

I tried to like these. I really did. I have plantar fasciitis and have used other inserts and they did help. I tried these because I was due for a new pair of inserts and I thought that these might help my pain even more. For some reason, I really feel like it made the pain worse. I think the support just did not hit me in the right spot. I run and exercise a lot and am on my feet all day for work. Zappos' return policy was excellent.

I don't like these inserts, but it may be that I did not completely research them. They are very hard and feel very unforgiving. I read a lot of reviews prior to purchase and assumed they would be much more comfortable. I only used them for a few hours and will not purchase these again.

I bought these for my running shoes because I need a good bit of support due to having flat feet. I tried both the blue and the green in the store and thought the green provided more support. Running a couple miles in the greens did not pose any problems. However, when I increased my mileage, I got a huge blister in my arch. After doing some more research, I found out that the blues are much better for people with lower arches and the greens are too much for the feet. I am going to purchase the blues today and see how they feel. I have orthotics but they are too stiff to run in. These felt great until they didn't!

These inserts have extended the life of my running shoes, but they did not seem to help my plantar fasciitis.

I wore these for awhile, but they did not work for me. I have flat feet. The green SuperFeet have support for high arches. I think the high arch support contributed to my getting plantar fasciitis. I am now trying the blue SuperFeet as an alternative because they are recommended for low arches.

The fit is fine. These are extremely ridged and they offer zero cushion. My feet never hurt so badly after 10 hours on my feet working. and majority of my work is done standing on a soft mat.

The heel is rigid and rock hard. I looked at it, felt it, and didn't even attempt to put it in my shoes. The old insoles I wanted to replace are flexible and much thinner and more cushion-y in the heel. I'm afraid these would hurt to walk in. Returning immediately, unused.

Too narrow in midfoot. I have an average width foot. In fact it is on the small side. I wear a 6.5 Medium shoe. These insoles did not extend to the full width of my midfoot. When I stood, the outer part of my foot was over the outside edge of the insole. My foot pressed down on the hard outer ridge of the insole and it really hurt. I tried the Superfeet Green Wide insoles previously, but they were also too narrow in the midfoot! I'm sticking with the most well-fitting inserts I've tried thus far -- Spenco Total Support Max. Powerstep Pinnacle are pretty good too.

These are supposed to fit up to a women's 10 but I am a 9.5 and they were slightly too short. I also had an allergic reaction to the inserts.
