If you are after cushioning, these may work for you. If you are after support, keep going. I need support; I tried these when I encountered plantar fasciitis. Not a good solution for me. The Vionic Active Orthotic have much more of the support I need.

Seemed to be a pretty good insole. After one week of trying them the two ayers on the heel part started separating. I contacted zappos immediately and they took care of it. Great customer service with no hassles. For those few days seemed to help with my foot pain

These were okay. For the price I expected much more. Very stiff and lengthy did not fit inside too many of my shoes. Too uncomfortable for my work shoe so I use them for my gym shoes. My feet ached a lot the first time I used them but I got used to them. I have plantar fasciitis so I bought insoles for all of my shoes. My condition has gotten better but hard to say it's because of these insoles or the others or the stretching.

Made in Korea now, but still the cost. They are great, but overpriced. But I still buy them, work best for me.

I have three different pairs of superfeet insoles. These are my least favorite pair. I don't really find them very supportive. I've has them for six months and I don't even notice a difference in the amount of arch support. You might as well just wear the insoles that come with your shoes. I would say go with the 3/4 insoles for flats instead. They have moderate to excellent arch support. These really are lacking arch support.

I'm using a pair of Superfeet Wide Green insoles for my New Balance #928 (4E width) walking shoes, and mostly, they seem to be fairly comfortable, but what is irritating is the area of the stabilizer cap that fans out (section that is cut with 4 slots), causing pain in the outer part of the foot. I cut the fanned out portion which makes the insole more comfortable. The stabilizer cap is too long and I feel the ridge near the ball of the toes. I also wish that the arch support section was a bit higher, as I have a high instep. If the stabilizer cap was even made full length, it might even be more comfortable. Finding a really good insole is very difficult, and custom orthotics are far too expensive.

I found the inserts to be very hard and the arch support was too close to the heel area. Unfortunately, I found these to be very uncomfortable. Fortunately, Zappos was excellent in helping to correct this! Yay Zappos!

Fantastic support. However, if you wear thin socks (with dress shoes), the fabric on on top of the insole is very irritating (your foot feels like it's 'falling asleep' after a couple hours). If you plan on wearing thicker socks, then no problem. I ended up stacking a thin leather insole on top of these to make them more comfortable

My boyfriend has plantar fasciitis and got a lot of relief with these. As he was ranting and raving, I bought myself a pair. My main problem with them is that they take up some height room in your shoes. I had purchased these for a pair of Frye boots, and after putting these in the boots I did not have enough "height clearance" for my toes to fit in the boots comfortably. So, I would say that these could provide significant relief from foot issues like plantar fasciitis, but you should make sure that your intended shoes have enough "height clearance" to accommodate this product comfortably.

I didn't feel that the arch support was in the right place for my foot. I definitely got the right size, but the arch support felt like it was closer to my heel than my arch. I think there are way cheaper options that do just about the same thing. I didn't think they were worth the money

Didn't help my sore feet. Made them a little more sore to be honest. Was really hopeful they'd help.

Gave these a try and they didn't help my feet. The insole itself is hard and not cushioned. The arch did not give enough support for high arches. Awaiting my refund.

These inserts have very little arch supports, I thought they would have much better arch support given the description on the website. I would not buy these again.

I normally wear blue Sole Signature EV Ultra insoles but those are discontinued, so I tried the Super Feet after reading reviews praising their arch support.
The arch support on these is not very high, and the forefoot is flat and floppy, unlike the EVs, which have a curved shape hugging the sides of your foot.
It's possible I have abnormally high arches, but these didn't feel like an improvement over the average insole that comes with the average shoe.
The 11.5-13 model is very long and will need a good half inch trimmed off the front if you're a size 12.
Tl;Dr not enough arch support if you have high arches

I bought these to help my back and knee pain. It took a little breaking in, but after a while everything seemed fine. I wore them for just normal every day use, not running or hiking. I purchased a couple new pairs of shoes and stopped using the insoles and now my feet really hurt. It feels like my body has adjusted the the change in foot support to the point where I have to wear the insoles in order to stay pain free.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get the full affect of your product. When I placed the insoles into my shoes my shoes become too tight and I'm not able to wear them. I reviewed your size chart and got the Insoles for my correct shoes size. I have extremely flat feet and I am on my feet eight hours a day, do you suggest any other type of insole am I able to exchange the one that I have? I don't want to have to buy all new shoes just to get the full affect of your product can you help?

I read reviews on all of the Styles prior to ordering. I am a size 9 however the heel width made it very difficult to insert these into the shoes. I did have to trim some around the toe area but I also had to buy another half size larger shoe. My shoe feels very full and sometimes causes my toes to ache. I'm undecided about buying a different style as the cost of these was quite an investment. I'm still undecided as to whether or not I should continue using them.

These insoles confuse me. The arch support is closer to my heel than my actual arch. I took a risk and trimmed them, hoping that the arch support was too far back because the insoles were too long for my shoes (this has been the case with other insoles). That didn't fix the issue though, so I can't use them, and I can't return them. I purchased them because I have plantar fasciitis, but instead of providing arch support, they only put pressure on my plantar fascia. Maybe I have weirdly positioned arches. I'll attempt to trim them some more, but I did trim them so that they were the same size as the insoles that came with the shoes.

I bought superfeet green at the advice of my physical therapist. I've been battling IT Band Syndrome after completing my first marathon 6 months ago. The inserts helped my knee pain, but, unfortunately every time I run with them I get painful blisters on the arch of my feet now. It seems I've traded one problem for another. I'm past the time limit for returning them, so I just have to eat the cost. I've also tried the berry inserts but they didn't really help. Superfeet has such a good reputation, but, it appears they may not be a good fit for me.

I am a size 8.5 and ordered the recommended size of green. However, it is too big for most of my shoes and I have not been able to use it.
Not happy with the purchase.

I bought these, because they were so highly recommended by everyone, for their boots while rucking and going through different selections/schools. For my foot, they cause pretty bad hot spot on the arch (or lack thereof) of my foot and blistering as well. I cannot run more than 3 miles, or ruck more than 5-6 miles until I feel my foot about to blister and tear. I do however use these in my Nike MetCons for my workout shoes and they help keep my arch supported and reduce stress on the medial ligament in my knee during heavy squatting, cleaning, thrusters, etc.; and can wear for circuit training so they were not a complete waste of money. I would like to try other SuperFeet insoles, but at the price a bit hesitant to find good ones for running/rucking.
