Worth the money! I am on my second pair for a different pair of boots. They would make anything you are wearing comfortable and they hold up really well.

My feet started hurting due to plantar fasciitis. I used these in my running shoes and they immediately helped. I then transferred them to my work boots and it helped even more. A good purchase. Be careful about the width. There is extra wide and just plain wide.

Very satisfied with my purchase. They were sent to me quickly, and they fit my shoes. Since I already had a pair just like them, I was able to order a duplicate size. I believe that the sizes run large.

My pediatrist recommended I try Superfeet after coming to him with plantar fasciitus and heel spur problems for over a year. I have worn these insoles for 3 months and my feet have benefited greatly for it. While they are not a cure, they have reduced my overall pain substantially and they have held up well. I would recommend these insoles to anyone suffering from plantar fasciitus without reservation.

This things go in EVERY pair of shoes I own. I had lots of problems with arch support, back pain, knee pain, etc. Put these in and everything stopped. While I don't by lousy shoes, I'm sure you could put these into a $10 pair of shoes and make them comfortable. I have had one pair of these squeak when I put them into the shoes. I tried trimming and the still seem to squeak between the plastic and the footbed.

I was very pleased with this product! A friend recommended that I wear them around work and break them in before running, which I recommend as well. Break them in for a little bit, let your feet get used to real support and comfort, then slide them right into your running shoes and have at it! Side note: I love Zappos! Best website for ordering absolutely anything at all! If you don't like them, you can always return them! Free shipping!

I purchase the Superfeet inserts to put inside my Brooks Adrenaline running shoes. They're a perfect fit, even inside the narrow 2A running shoes.

I was originally prescribed custom orthotics for soreness due to my low arches. Noticed Superfeet (Green) insoles while walking through a running/hiking store in October 1998. Thought I would try them. What luck. I have had no arch pain since the week I bought these insoles. I quickly bought three sets back then for about $28 a pair. Doctors could probably tell me why they work, but all that matters is that these insoles resolved my aching arches. I was on the Zappos site today because I was forwarding their website address to a friend. This is the first "online review" I've ever offered, but it's hard to sit here and not want to share how long these insoles have worked and held up for me - nearly 15 years and counting!

I have very high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Without these inserts I couldn't run a block let alone any distance. They have fantastic support and relieve my plantar pain. I buy a pair of running shoes and get these at the same time. The best of the best as far as I am concerned. Yes, they are a little stiff when you first take them out, but put them on your feet and you get it. Gel inserts are cushy but don't offer the same firm support that I need. These are my go to for all my running shoes (I have many, as I am a shoe *****) and I have tried several different inserts over the years. Definitely my faves!

These are amazing! I had been struggling with plantars fasciitis. I wear steel toe boots for 12 hr shifts, after putting these in my boots my feet don't kill me at the end of the day.

These work for me inside a pair of winter boots with a very flat footbed. I did not find the arch extremely high as some reviews indicate. Very comfortable.

I have plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist recommended them. I purchased multiple pairs to keep in different shoes. I wear a size 10 shoes and the women 10 fit great.

I have a very high arch, so I put these in just about any footwear that I'll be doing a lot of walking/running in. I especially like them in my hiking boots, soccer cleats, and rain boots. They help with sore arches, lower back pain, and bottom-of-of foot pain. They're expensive, but worth it!!

I have been dealing with plantar faciitis and my doctor recommended these insoles. They make a great difference when I wear them in my shoes, no pain. I ordered them from Zappos because they are cheaper than my doctor sold them.

These were recommended by friends and a sports podiatrist to help alleviate my plantar fasciitis. While it single handedly didn't cure my pains, I definitely felt a difference if I wore shoes without them. They are easy to cut and fit inside your shoes and are remarkably better and longer lasting than any cheap competition. Definitely worth it.

Great support for all-day wear and workouts. Regular shoe size is 8, but my running shoes are 8.5. I can easily swap these out in both pairs with a size C.

These made my workboots feel like new. I work on concrete floors 12 hours a day, and replace these three times a year. They help my feet a lot.

Great support. I use them with Clark's Desert Boots. I thought that the sole on those were a bit thin and didn't really offer much support. I'm not flat footed but after using these for about a week so far I can already tell a huge difference in the shoes.

These inserts are fabulous. I have worn them for years in hiking boots and running and walking shoes. My physical therapist recommends them. They are very supportive and help place your body in a neutral position. They run long and wide so they can be cut to fit your shoes. They take up a lot of volumn in a shoe. Best to place in shoes at least a half size large than you usually wear. I also have the black super feet insert for dressier shoes.

Love them! I bought them for my running shoes (Nike Frees). I now notice that I'm less sore after I run and I no longer get shin splints. Would definitely recommend!

I waited to review Superfeet green because they claim the product has a break-in period. I never noticed it. I think the break-in is really a chance for you to adjust your expectations of what arch-supporting inserts should be. I purchased the green inserts to replace another brand that had a 3x5" hard fiberglass arch support that extended from the beginning of my arch to my forefoot. They were bouncy, squeaky, and comfy. In comparison, the Greens anchor about 2" at the top of my arch and let the rest of my foot alone. During the break-in, I kept expecting the rest of my arch to collapse, but it never happened. It seems strange, but the process works and feels much more natural when running. It reminds me of a bodywork technique where they anchor the top of the tendon and then stretch the belly of the muscle. Overall, I am impressed with the product and it has improved my running. My conclusion is, if you want a comfy pillow under your feet, wear Crocs. If you want an arch support that lets your running feet move more naturally, get the Green.
I'd also recommend:
