Great relief for my plantars fachities. Recommended by my Podiatrists. Arch support and heel cup has my foot feeling less pain when on my feet for hours.

These are awesome! I have a neuroma on my foot near my fourth toe - the arch support in these takes the pressure off almost instantly. I can jog and walk with no pain and/or numbness and that's a beautiful thing after suffering for 10 years.

I bought these at the advice of a podiatrist for plantar Fasciitis (though I also have IT band syndrome and had foot surgery). There are many varieties to try. I started with the "green". I am still in the process of getting my feet accustomed to these inserts. But I am seeing improvement in my hip alignment (okay, my PT noticed, not me). She, my PT, has me trying them 5 minutes a day to slowly build up to more. I made the mistake of wearing too long, about 2 miles, and my plantar fascitus got painfully inflamed. Only legitimate complaint is that they make noise when you walk...fairly loudly at times. FYI, you cut to exactly fit your shoes and if they work for you, multiple pairs is practical.

These were recommended by a podiatrist. I have bunions, high arches and, egads, hammer toes. Aging is so glamorous. I am transitioning from stilettos to lower heals. These inserts are helping me find comfortable alternatives in my shoe closet. Easy to cut to a perfect size and I can use in many different shoes. I also bought the blue. Both good inserts.

This product is the only insole to cure my plantar fasciitis. As soon as I walked with Superfeet my feet felt better. And continued to relieve and cure 2 years of debilitation.

Starting to exercise again, with flat wide feet and having had plantar fasciitis 2 times I need support. These are an answer to that need.

I have been struggling with foot pain from playing tennis for years, started wearing these in my tennis shoes and my feet are like new. Would highly recommend them. Best arch support ever.

I love how the merchandise is clearly marked, labeled, and described. But the best thing about Zappos is their free shipping and the prices are not any higher than in the retail stores.

I used to have knee and low back pain. My physical therapist recommend these. I tried them, and haven't been back since for either issue. Now they even sell them which seems like a bad business practice for him. It's been years and I don't wear shoes without these. I'm a nurse and on my feet 12 hours at a time.

I have a normal arch, but, have chronic plantar fasciitis. These insoles do not eliminate it, but, they do help. I have purchased several of the green ones over the years and used them in running shoes (I ran five marathons) and boots. I agree with the manufacturer that these can be used in any shoe with a removable insole. They are pricey, but should last at least a year.

Years ago I had terrible heel pain and ordered an expensive pair of orthotics through a podiatrist. It helped but a year later I had some pain so I went to another podiatrist who recommended Superfeet which he said was a lot cheaper and should do the trick. Since then I have had a pair of Superfeet in every pair of shoes that I own. They wash in the machine and come out fine, and last longer than the life of the shoes. I wanted a new and fresh pair for the new shoes that I just bought. They work fine even in my wide shoes (D). They are highly recommended.

This soles help me greatly. They feel great, and most of all my feet are not as tired at the end of the day. I team them with my New Balance 623's and it makes very comfortable walking.

This insoles were specifically recommended by my podiatrist. They do seem to add good support. If used often they should be replaced after about 6 months.

I have used Superfeet for several years. I had foot problems and have used Superfeet ever since. I would not be without them. Plus, they last for a long time.

I wear size 17 and didn't need to cut these down, perfect fit out of the box. Transformed my uncomfortable DC skater shoes into a pair of shoes that I enjoy wearing. They don't seem like much when you first see them, but once you walk on them you'll feel how great they are. Worth the money.

Bought a pair of Superfeet Green and orange... and could NOT be happier with the decision. I am actually here to order another pair so that I don't have to keep swapping them out of my boots.

I bought a pair of Salomon trail shoes for work that started causing me hip and knee pain. I bought these to replace the sole, and they worked out great! Hip and knee pain quickly went away! The shoes that I bought are bright colors, including green, so these soles fit right in. They were very easy to trim to fit my shoe! My feet are flatter, but I tend to supinate my feet when I walk or run. These work for me with no problem.

I have been using these for almost 17 years with very good results. Follow instructions. One must trim to size as instructed. Have been using as long as shoes began to be made with the schlock foot bed inserts that have absolutely no arch support. I use these in most of my hiking boots, running shoes, and depending on the brand, in my walking shoes. I use one pair per pair of shoes and do no switch them among shoes. In my opinion, they need to wear into a specific set of shoes and stay with that pair. They are good for about a year of hard use for me, so I replace them. The support and comfort, for me, more than compensate for the cost of these things. For those who are accustomed to hard running and who have sufficient room in their shoes, also look at the "Orange" version of this product. Compare it to this product. It is softer and thicker. I have tried some of these so called "custom fit" alternatives. They proved far less satisfactory for me and put a larger dent in my wallet.
I'd also recommend:
None. Any of the "custom fit" alternatives are not worth the money.

I put these in my sneakers, snowboots and Merrells after taking out the regular inserts that come in the shoes. Podiatrist recommend them for my plantar fasciitis and bunion foot pain. They are great. I am sorry I waited three years to replace my previous pair because I definitely feel a difference with the new pair now. I had to trim the toe portion about one quarter inch around the toes to fit in my size 7 1/2 shoes. Don't overtrim them...trim a little bit at a time, then try the fit. Two week adjustment period when I first had them years ago because they properly align your hips and knees and gait due to proper support with the Superfeet.

I learned about these when buying a new pair of hiking boots in 2009. The boots were a lot of money, but they were disappointingly uncomfortable. The sales dude took one look at my high arches, ripped out the standard issue insoles and inserted these...it was like I was blind and could suddenly see. 3,000 ft in elevation up and down the next day and by the end everything else failed but my feet. Now they are in every boot I own. I spend a lot of time on my feet. These insoles are not cushy like other insoles. Somehow that works. If your shoe has low clearance at the arch or not much toe room, you may find the the insole makes things tighter.

First purchase after buying new running shoes; over pronation led to plantar fasciitis - since adding Superfeet Green to my running shoes (and replacing shoes) no more plantar fasciitis! I always purchase new Superfeet insoles when I buy new running shoes, I put the "old" Superfeet insoles in my hiking boots, winter boots - any shoes that will accommodate the additional size.

Premium Green for premium alignment. My husband is using this pair of Superfeet Premium Green orthotics for his cross country ski boots. Since we ski several miles at a time, we can't be too careful about our foot alignment. Injury prevention and stability is all about where the foot meets the ground...or ski, in this case. He has relatively neutral arches, with a slight tendency to pronate on the R ankle. The result is R hip pain when the alignment is off. We use Superfeet in all of our alpine and nordic boots, though not every family member has the same color or need. He is loving the feel of the orthotics and also the added warmth. We are in our 50's and cannot mess around with cheap footwear that add wear and tear to our joints. His boot is a men's 14 US or 48 Euro and the men's XL superfeet, fit into his boot perfectly with no trimming necessary.
