I am actually rating Zappos service rather than the Superfeet, which are great. This is my fourth pair of Superfeet, and I am a relatively frequent Zappos shopper. Much to my disappointment, when I opened these Superfeet, they were clearly used. Not just tried, but used! Dirt and sweat stains where the wearer's toes, arches, and heels left marks after use. It was disgusting and it is now clear to me that Zappos does a poor job of examining returns before reselling. I will be returning these as well.

Purchased as inserts for my running shoes for arch support to prevent recurring plantar fasciitis. Despite these being the type of Superfeet product for this purpose, for me they provided no arch support at all. After years of using the Sole Softec Ultra inserts, decided to try these after a recommendation from a friend and from reading good reviews on the web. However, just looking at them caused concern because the arch rise was so minimal. After replacing my running shoe factory insoles with these I took a short walk and felt as if I had no foot bed support at all. I quickly began to feel the arch pain creeping in my problem foot so I quit the walk. I tried again a few days later with the same result. Back to the Soles.

I know everyone has given these great reviews. I really need something like this, but they were so wide I couldn't fit them in either of the two pairs of shoes I needed them for -- a pair of dress boots and a pair of walking shoes. The length seemed correct.

I bought these to help with my plantar fasciitis. But, after wearing them twice, my bad foot was hurting much much worse than before. I stopped wearing them and then I had less pain again. I then bought a pair of Orthaheel Oh Relief insoles and they have worked well for me. The major difference seems to be that the Superfeet have a hard plastic bottom and the Orthaheels don't.

They felt great at first while just jogging in my running shoes, but then I did a serious 5 mile run and developed blisters the size of Texas on both of my inner arches! Don't know quite how that happened but I wish I could send these green torture chambers back. My feet are taped up now so I can wear regular shoes. Wish I had stuck to wearing my nasty old orthotics! Lesson learned, your feet are important you need them! I'll pay the extra $ to go to the podiatrist and get some new orthotics! :( Bummed and gimpy.
