These things are great if you have any foot issues and if you don't, they will prevent them from happening. I feel naked without them now. Excellent investment in your health. If you have foot pain, your quality of life is greatly diminished.

My daughter recommended Superfeet. They really helped with the plantar fasciitis that I suffer. I just bought my second pair and use the religiously everyday. I highly recommend Superfeet!!

Have owned previous pair for 3 years. Find this size great for short, wide feet, with high arch. I stand 8-10 hours a day for work. Because the Super feet soles are hard, I wear them in shoes one size larger and keep the shoe's soles in place to provide cushioning. Prevents pain in my heel, facia & ball of feet.

If you have flat arches or if your feet/ankles pronate, the Green Superfeet insoles provide a great firm arch support to help you walk correctly.

So I don't have much of an arch to begin with, and I was looking to build my arch, so a friend recommended this exact product and I went with it. It was really easy to cut to the appropriate length. They're comfy, and there's some slight discomfort because I don't have an arch, but I knew that going in, so that doesn't bother me. I'm essentially on my feet at work, 8 hours a day, and I still feel fine. My feet are slightly wide but I put them in a pair of walking Nike's and they're great. I would definitely suggest to put them into a shoe that has a little more toe room (and room in general) because the heel takes up some space (:

I was having some problems due to flat feet, plantar fasciitis and the iron bar floor I have to walk on at work. Every day for the first week I used the insoles I noticed improvement everyday. I'm ok now, works great.

I think the most important thing about insoles is to go get them fitted at a reputable store. Years ago, after severely spraining my ankle, my doctor suggested that I get fitted for shoes and insoles at our local running store. What a difference the right shoes and insoles have made in my life! I can comfortably stay on my feet all day long, and I can hike and walk for several miles without getting blisters. I was fitted with Superfeet Green and have used them ever since.

I have custom orthotics for pronation but find the green superfeet give me the same arch support & stability. I also use the merino superfeet in boots & walking shoes. A wonderful product.

My son’s physical therapist recommended these for my teenage son as he is transitioning out of wearing full ankle foot orthotics. These superfeet green insoles provide great support in his shoes that he wears for full days.

I had a hemmoratic stroke last year. My physical therapist recommended super feet to assist with the lack of feeling on my entire right side. They have helped hold my arch in the proper position while I learned to rewire my brain to learn to walk again. I am now getting the feeling back in my feet and can walk without the super feet, but why, when they make my feet happy!!!! I wear them every day and now have 4 sets so that I don't have to swapped them between pairs of shoes/boots. Green super feet have been my go to and I have not tried others.

I've been using Green for a couple of years now. When I saw that there were new models I checked them out at the local REI. I looked at the new Trailblazer Comfort, and the regular Orange. Both have more forefoot cushioning than the Green. I discovered that putting one that has additonal forefoot cushioning in my already neutral & cushioned running shoes proved to be too much cushioning in the forefoot, which took away from the feel of the shoe. The extra "cush" was not needed. So, I got another pair of Greens. Recommendation: forefoot cushioning insert if you have low cushioned soles. Green otherwise, which work great.

I have been a fan of Superfeet since I took my first pair of Green Es on a 120 mile backpacking trip when I was 17. The added stability and comfort they provided made them well worth the cost just for that trip. When the boots I had them in fell apart, I moved them to my everyday shoes until those wore out and I moved them to the next pair. That same original pair is in the work boots I am wearing today (I'm 29). Still comfortable. Still stable. Only a bit worn around the edges. I have since purchased a second pair for my regular everyday shoes and a third set for my rollerblades. I have even bought several pair as gifts. Big fan...

After a two year battle with plantar fasciitis I started asking doctors and surgeons how they can be on cement floors without developing horrible cases of plantar fasciitis...all responded "Super Feet." I thought that they were saying that they had good genes but it turned out they were talking of this product :0)
At any rate, I have been using these in all of my shoes. I have been grateful for this product as my plantar fasciitis has not returned when I am faithful about the support I use in my shoes. I have enough problems so keeping my feet happy really helps! I swear by the Green Superfeet.
Just one other comment: I needed a little bit of a break in period (from not wearing any arch support to suddenly wearing arch support). It is worth any break in period that is necessary!!
I'd also recommend:
Asolo Boots, Ariat western boots and Teva sandals

I have been using my Superfeet - Green D insoles for over a week, and I must confess that the difference has been remarkable. I can stand for hours on my feet now and not experience any pain and discomfort like I did before.
