My doctor recommended these for my plantar fasciitis (the green ones in particular). I've worn soft insoles on occasion so I didn't expect anything special with these. When they arrived and I saw that they're hard, not soft, I thought, no way will these make me feel better. I was so wrong! After a few hours of wear, I felt so much better! I bought a half-length pair for my open-toes flats and they work like a charm too. What a relief! Superfeet truly are super.

I'm a lineman, and I'm always walking with heavy stuff or standing in a bucket, climbing towers, or in my hooks. They feel a little stiff at first, but after a couple days they break in and are awesome, which probably means they'll last longer than all the pillow soft ones that feel comfortable at first then go flat. I'm 6'2 240 and my feet/knees love these.

I came here just to see if they still make them. I have 2 pairs. I've had the same ones in marathon sneakers, Army road march boots, ice skates... I just move them around. 15 years later and they still work.
They got a lot more expensive in that time but, again... I fully expect to have these for 2 decades.

I have been using these for many years and just ordered a set for a new pair of hiking boots. I like them because I tend to pronate when I walk or run, which causes intense knee pain and suffering. I started using these in about 2006 when I was experiencing a lot of knee pain and swelling which was negatively impacting my health and exercise program. My Dr. recommend I give orthotics a try so I bought these on a "what the heck what can it hurt" thought process. - cheaper than knee surgery ... I looked at custom orthotics and read a lot of research only to find that over the counter orthotics work as well as expensive custom made ones in most cases. After using these a few days, I was amazed at the effect, my knee pain was gone and I could exercise, hike etc, with no pain or problems. These have excellent support and are very effective for pronation issues. These are not 'soft' or 'cushiony', they are fairly solid and rigid. When you first put them in your shoes they feel a bit hard and you think they may not be the right thing. But after using them for a day or two I realized I did not need 'cushy' or soft to make things better but a solid supportive insert and that's what these are. The other thing is these wear like iron. I've used a set in hiking shoes and boots for several years ( I don't replace them as often as recommended) and they show virtually no wear or break down. Highly recommend if you need arch support.

I have used these in my ski boots, hiking boots, and now in a pair of snow boots. They are a perfect platform for my feet and they have really improved my gait, which has improved the pain I have felt in my back. I plan to get a couple of more pairs so I can have them in every pair of shoes possible.

I tried alot of other brands and was told by my podiatrist this is the best product you can buy over the counter. I wish they lasted longer usually only 6 months for me but well worth the price

I bought these on recommendation from my podiatrist for excruciating plantar fasciitis pain. I run and do Tabata trading 6 days a week. My feet feel much better and I have experienced a great deal of relief while using these inserts. The key is using them with a good stability shoe.

I was recommended to wear these by my podiatrist who did my bunion + hammer toe surgery. I was pleased to see that Zappos sold them. Saved me from going to the podiatrist office etc.
I put them in my running shoes as soon as they arrived. What a difference they made! I forgot how comfortable they make my shoes. Highly recommend them, Ladies! I wear a 9.5 or 10 AA or AAA shoe.
I wear the "D" model in the super feet.

The pain in my foot is gone. This product corrected the pronation in my feet, which I was unaware of until it was pointed out to me by a shoe salesman! He recommended Superfeet, and now I STAND CORRECTED. There is also far less constant pain in my knee, which requires much more than an orthotic to solve, but it's a big relief nonetheless. I don't write reviews. This product is worthy of its praise.

I began using these green inserts (along w/a good running shoe) after a bad foot sprain. I had hoped the inserts would help my foot heal, which they did. However, I was so surprised that my knees got better too! The inserts have made a huge difference and I am running with so much less pain. I wish I would have tried these 20 years ago.

Best insert for my foot. My podiatrist also likes this one. I bought it because I've had plantar fasciitis a few times. This is the only type off superfeet that my podiatrist did not have to increase the arch to support my feet. It provide great support for anything from hiking, to running, to walking all day. It is also high volume so you won't be able to use it with a dress shoe generally or even a tighter boot or sneaker without a removable insole. I use the also very good 3/4 length dress insert for those shoes.

I was having pain when running due to my flat feet, recommended by a physical therapist I got the green superfeet insoles and it has alleviated my pain in my ankles and feet. Took some getting used to so be easy when breaking them in but no pain when running and during the day I feel great and refreshed.
