Could not wear this boot size was to wide for me

The comfort and overall fit was awkward I walked about 10 feet in my foyer and immediately knew these would not work for me, totally unlike my very comfortable Chippewa snake boots that I'm very pleased with.

Uncomfortable

They’re comfortable and good for people with wide feet based on only trying them on. The first time I was going to wear them, the eyelet hook broke now my shoes laces won’t stay. Can’t use them now unless I only use the laces half way up which is pointless. I don’t recommend, they’re cheaply made for the price.

not a true triple e

BEWARE - Runs comically large. I bought and wear 10.5D but these were the same EXACT length as my buddy's pair of size 12 boots. They're so long that my last two toes weren't even protected under the comp toe. The materials and craftsmanship seem overall decent for something made in Vietnam. If you're looking for American made Chippewa then know that they only make certain boots in America now.

The leather around the toes on one of the boots started tearing falling apart after only a couple of weeks. I was actually able to cut the leather with my finger nail. But I patched the hole in the toe with some jb weld and continued to ware them and all was good for about 4 months now the leather is separating from the bottom sole along the side on both boots. I have never had a pair of work boots ware out so fast.
