Great boot. A tad narrow and stiff but wearing will help to stretch and soften. Color is what you see. Stitching has good contrast. Not top of TLs line but not bad for the price.

Beautiful beautiful shoes but alas, the pointy toe hurts my toes and ball of foot so bad that I am forced to return them.

These are beautiful boots, but the left one fit like a glove and the right one felt like the size 7 that we had already returned. I am very disappointed that I cannot find the right size to fit, this marked the third pair of cowboy boots that we are returning and I am beginning to think that I am just not supposed to have cowboy boots.

Love these boots. They may be the only thing I wear from now on. Although difficult to get on the first couple of times, the fit was perfect (I ordered a half-size down). Very stylish and will go with dressy or casual clothing. Love them!

These are beautiful boots - I wish I could get them on! My feet are too wide to fit into 6.5s or 7s. I would have needed to go to 9 or 10 to get them on, so sad. Zappos service was excellent in my exchange and return.

Okay, I stand corrected. These boots will not be returned. I originally wrote a review that they would be returned because I thought they were not all leather and was disappointed for the money I spent. I did a little research and finally emailed Tony Lama and was told that the Tony Lama Vaquera Collection are all leather. These boots will not be returned.

Pretty boot. Beautiful toe detail. I wear a 8.5 B shoe and ordered these boots in that size. Couldn't get my foot down into it. Too tight, too narrow, and too bad as they have to go back.

Love this boot! Beautiful quality. I ordered 1/2 size down as suggested in the other comments but I should have ordered my regular size! I wear a 9 in almost everything, sometimes an 8.5. I ordered an 8.5 and it was too tight of a squeeze. I have relatively narrow feet, high arches and a high bridge. Hope this helps!

LOVE these boots! First time boot buyer, was nervous as heck, but they are really awesome! Super comfy, and cute! VERY hard to get on and off the first time, but it is getting easier as they form to my foot, which is kind of the point, right? Zappos videos and fit guide really helped me order the right size- which according to them, was my usual shoe size. Worked like a charm! I ordered the Sierra Gold Rush, because I thought they were sort of "distressed" looking. What I did not realize until I wore them outside is that the "distressing" color is kind of a yellow-orange. I'm not sure I'm crazy about it, honestly- and it's hard to tell in the house, but if you look closely, you can see it in the picture. By the time I really noticed just how yellow/orange it is, I was already wearing them, as I said, outside. Maybe it will grow on me (or fade with time)...but other than the orange/gold? hue, I do love these boots!

Wow, I love these boots! I have a wide foot, and when I originally tried these on, thought that they would never fit. But they do...with no socks. Once I got my feet all the way in, they were incredibly comfortable. I love the look, so I've decided to keep them. Mine are the Clay Santa Fe color and look exactly like the photo.

Wow. These boots are amazing. So comfortable! I ordered a half size smaller than my regular shoe size. Tony Lama's do run narrow in the foot, so beware of that if you have a wider foot. Every step I take in these boots just makes them more comfortable. I have "athletic" calves, and skinny ankles, which is usually NO BUENO for boots, but since these are leather, they mold to my weird shape. The shorter shaft in this style works well with those calves of mine, too. I love these things and don't really want to take them off, ever.

Super Fabulous! I LOVE THEM! Wore them the first night I opened them up and wore them to the Bon Jovi Concert! Super fit! Many compliments! You will not be disappointed with this purchase. :)

My boot search is over! Love this boot. Fits great and pretty true to size. I ordered both the tan and dark brown colors. Dark brown had a little more give and my foot slid in easier. Had a hard time choosing the color, but settled on the dark brown (tan is beautiful also). Thanks Zappos!

Love the style & fit! Now have to decide on the color (this one's beautiful, but still torn). I am a true 7.5. That's the size I ordered, and it fits. Had to use the plastic grocery bag trick to get it on a few times, but now it's working great. I think this is the 4th pair of boots that I tried. Thanks Zappos for the wonderful customer service!

Love these boots! I have slightly wider feet that some, but after wearing them in, they fit great. I wear these everywhere and have no complaints.

I just got these boots today and they are gorgeous. I ordered a size 6 and 6.5 just to make sure of the size. I've ordered 4 pair of boots in the past week and had to send all of them back because of the fit. I could not get the left boot on, but the right boot went on quite easily in the 6.5. I just read a review where someone suggested putting a plastic bag on your foot to test the foot. I'm going to try that. I hope I can get them on, because I really don't want to send these boots back. They are too nice looking. I've wanted cowboy boots for years and so this will be my first pair.

Glad I read previous reviews...they fit perfectly as ordered 1/2 size smaller than current boots. perfect! can hardly wait to wear them and then see how they feel...but walking around house carpet last night when I tried them on it was all good. :) These are my first Tony Lama's as usually wear Ariats but glad I went for these. very pretty boot!

Beautiful boots! I love them so much! They run a bit small so get a half size bigger, because that's what I did. They fit great with socks so don't worry. The boots are tight at first but you have to wear them so they stretch. Best part about buying these boots is all the compliments I get from them.

Love them. Have only worn a few hours so far in attempts to break in. Snug fit, which I read was correct (I wear a 6 usually, so ordered a 6)and so comfortable to start. A little rubbing on my pinky toes, but I have wide feet and am sure those spots will wear down with time. Gorgeous boots, so happy I got them!

I love these boots. They are the most comfortable shoes that I own. I wear them every chance I get with skirts, shorts, dresses, and jeans.

It's a beautifully handcrafted boot, comfortable and stylish. Not in love with the "fire design." Love the star.

Love them! Perfect fit! I did add some gel support because my feet really need it. I was able to wear them 8 hours the first day! They look great, I've received a number of compliments on them already. The picture shows them to be a little more on the black side than they are. I wish that was true, but I will still be able to wear them with black and brown.

Love these boots! I bought a size 9 which is what I normally wear. I agree with the other reviews, they are hard to get on. When I first tried, I gave up right away. But I tried again wearing knee highs. After wearing them a couple times line dancing, they're easier to get on. I might buy something to cushion the bottom for the soles of my feet. Other than that, they're cute and fun!

I purchased the tan Santa Fe. It's a beautiful boot. The toe detail is very classic. It's true to size. The insole is slightly padded adding comfort. Use the plastic bag trick to help get this on your foot. The boots do not feel clunky. It's a heavy boot that is light on the foot.
