Nice shoes overall. Compared to other Oboz I own (Sawtooth Mid and Contour), these are not as sturdy or supportive. I need good arches and these are not the best. However, people with less problematic feet should find these super comfortable and versatile. They are very lightweight.

I love these shoes. They are like supportive clouds on one's feet. Best of all, they come from Zappos, powered by the nicest most energetic folks in the world!

Great shoe! I'm a light trail hiker but also wear these to work! My knees felt better and my feet were in heaven!

I just received these shoes today, and have not taken them off. I am a big Oboz fan and have several pair. It is no problem fitting my orthotics in them.They are a very stable shoe.Thank you so much Zappos for carrying them because you can not get these shoes in Florida.

Just got these, and don't want to take them off! Got them for a trip to Europe... city walking and some trails... been testing them out at home to break them in...and they don't need breaking in! SO comfortable and supportive! I originally wanted a pair of Merrell's, but these are way more comfy! True to size... feel good on...love them!

I wanted to like these, and I did when I first put them on. They fit perfectly, and had good cushion and support and I liked the styling. Unfortunately, after wearing them around the house for an hour or so I started feeling them rub the top of one foot at the joint at the base of my big toe, right at the edge of the laces. With thinner socks (I was wearing thick hiking socks) they might be fine, or even with a half size larger. Or maybe not and it could be just the way they're designed that they hit the wrong spot on my foot, which is on the wider side. I'm sending them back and trying a different brand.

The foot bed in this shoe is great and they are so cute. The problem is that the area around the ankle feels like cardboard and has rubbed deep hurtful gashes on my ankle and achilles. This is my umpteenth pair of hiking boots and I have not had this kind of problem since the seventies. I started on short hikes, bought thicker socks, and tried different lacing strategies. They need a more cushioned area around the ankle and probably a dip around the heel like one has on Keens and on running shoes. After a month, I am writing these Oboes off as a loss shopping for replacement shoes.

I bought these to wear while working in desert conditions, and the soles held up very well in the terrain. Next I wore them for a week of trekking on Crete and found them super comfy, excellent grip on rocks, and very comfortable. I'll definitely buy Oboz again.

I got these shoes for a moderate hiking tour in Croatia. I wanted stability, protection, and comfort. These shoes really grip the ground, and seem to help me maintain my balance. They are relatively cool, and so far very comfortable. So far I've only worn them for an hour at a time of brisk walking. I have small, narrow heels and spreading toes, so I am hard to fit. These work well for me.

Love the shoes but they pinched a little at the top of my toes so I had to send them back.

This was my first pair of Oboz, and I absolutely love them! I didn’t need to break them in. I’ve hiked well over 250 miles on them and the treads are still in great shape. They fit true to size. Highly recommend!

Very happy with these sneakers. I admit I bought them partially because they had green accents and good treads I hoped would get me through a city winter, but I am very happy with the comfort and quality as well. Though one foot has an issue with rubbing on the heal if worn for miles of walking in one go, in general they have proven to be very comfortable for regular walking and after more than a year of daily use, are hardly showing any wear. Much better than regular walking or running sneakers I used to buy.

I have been a Keen fan for years, but lately their shoes haven't been fitting as well for me. I wanted some lightweight shoes that I could use for every day as well as hiking, so I tried Merrell and a couple of other brands with no luck. These did the trick! They fit great with a wide toe box and have good arch support. Oboz is my new go-to brand!

Felt great. Needed almost no time to break them in! First hike in them was an 8 mile hike with a lot of elevation change and my feet came out great. Would recommend these for sure, especially if you have narrow feet.

I've only worn these on one long wet/muddy hike so far, but so far I'm impressed! They were so comfortable, I actually forgot that I was wearing new shoes. Great fitting heel and arch. The wide toe base is also nice. Good water repelling...my feet stayed dry even in the wet conditions. I was also impressed that these look much less "clunky" in person.

Second pair of these hikers! Comfortable right out of the box and I have had foot surgery!

I returned this beautiful pair of hikers because it doesn't come in a wide and the M is too narrow in this style for me. As a result I bought 2 !!! other hikers (because I couldn't decide which I liked more). Those will be reviewed too. THE OBOZ Sawtooth is truly well made and I love the look. Too bad it doesn't come in a C width.

Pretty happy with these shoes, they have good support, pretty comfy and not bad looking. What I do not like about them, is the laces do not like to stay tied and are not very long so double knot wouldn't really work.

I love everything about these shoes. They are extremely comfortable, have great support, and required no breaking in.

Was reluctant at first because I wasn't familiar with the brand, but have been very happy them. Comfortable right out of the box. Have been on several hikes and have been very pleased with the comfort and durability.

This is my third pair of Oboz Sawtooth. They provide great support and are very durable. I wear them practically every day for hiking with my dog and elsewhere. They are not clunky like some other hiking shoes. They also come up high enough around my heel whereas some other hiking shoes are rather low fitting around the heel. I generally add my own insert into the shoe to provide more support. Great product!

Comfortable trail shoe that didn't require a breaking in period. They seemed to run 1/2 size small and will fit a narrow/normal width foot. I have flat feet and these provide good arch support and a deep heel cup to to stabilize the foot. If you like a cushy insole these are not the shoes for you. That being said, you can remove the insole and replace with another type of insole. These are my first trail shoes and the nice folks at Oboz were so patient in answering my questions and helping me select the correct shoes.
