Love these shoes! At the end of my pregnancy I had plantar fasciitis & bought these shoes to ease my foot pain. (They worked perfectly & were super comfortable out of the box!) After the birth of my daughter, I put them away for a while (as it turns out, hiking is tough with an infant!) Two years later I broke my toe and couldn't find a pair of shoes that was sufficiently supportive yet loose enough in the toe box that it didn't cause additional pain. I pulled out my trusty Oboz shoes & they saved me again! I've been wearing them almost every day for 4 months & they're consistently comfortable for any activity & holding up great. Highly recommended!

I loved this shoe. After trying several "day hikers" I settled on this one - and they took me across 800 kms (500 miles) in Spain as I walked the Camino de Santiago. I am buying another pair for this year's trek - again along the Camino de Santiago.

I have multiple foot problems. These shoes are very comfortable. Soft but sturdy sole. Just perfect for my wide feet and narrow heels. The arch support is moderate, but I feel you could use additional orthotic support if needed. Heel is nice and snug as I usually have slippage problems. This is my second pair of Oboz's. Previously had the Luna's and they were great also.

Oboz are really fabulous. I returned mine because they were not the "BDry" version that I needed. Be careful when you read the description. The only waterproof are the BDry but the others (like this one) also stated waterproof when it is not. It is an error in the description. But these shoes are beyond amazing. If you don't need waterproof get them, if you do, get the Sawtooth BDry version. I used to be a fan of Merrell, not any more! I could not possibly be happier with a hiking boot. I hike every day, in rocky terrain, 3-5 miles. Blessed to live in California :)

I love these shoes! I wore them hiking streams, cliffs and valleys on my recent trip to Ireland. They are super comfy and stylish at the same time. My husband bought a pair of Merrells, which is the brand I usually rely on for this type of shoe, but he commented more than a few times that mine looked cooler than his. The quality is great, and no need to break them in.

I own Oboz Bridger in the high hiking boot and they are sturdy and comfortable for my regular hiking here in Alaska. I became a fan of this brand. So I tried the Oboz Sawtooth in a lower sturdy shoe for my outdoorsy pursuits. The good reviews helped me choose them specifically. These were not comfortable first in the right foot with soreness on the sides and then I stretched them manually a bit and it helped. But on the next day my toe hurt in the left shoe. I thought maybe I should size up so ordered a 9 1/2. Nine is my most often size. Did that and they were still not right. Sent them back. I don’t trust shoes for hiking that give me a problem from the start except for tightness that might loosen or be stretche. Hope you have better success with these.

This was my first pair of Oboz. I have plantar fasciitis so I depend on having solid shoe structure and not too much cushioning. These felt supportive in all of the right areas with my Sole insoles. However, these were too wide. My feet are reliably a B width in Merrell and Nike brand but not in Adidas. I say that for reference. Unfortunately, these will be returned. If they had fit, I think I would have kept them.

Very slippery shoe when exposed to wet surfaces i.e. city streets and pavement. I called Oboz and they recommended cleaning the sole with alcohol and a wire brush to remove a manufacturing film that some shoes are shipped with but that did not help. I would not trust these shoes on city sidewalks let alone on trails where there are wet rocks....what a shame...such an awesome shoe!
