If you would like to buy new rain boots in two years, you should get these. I bought my Hunter boots two years ago. I stored them properly and wore them I had to go out in the rain - so in total maybe 30 times? The left boot has started leaking water. I contacted Hunter customer service, and they said that their return policy for defective items is one year and they declined to do anything about it. I feel that a rain boot that costs this much should be waterproof for more than 2 years. It's not like you wear them every day. I'm very disappointed. I have to spend money on new rain boots, and you an be sure that they will not be Hunter boots.

If you like having skin on your calves, don't buy these! They chafe with every single step. I got about halfway down the hallway in my apt building, before I had to turn around, go back and remove them. The top edge of the boot will rub your calves so raw, it's terrible. These boots are going back for sure! They're cute, but you won't be able to walk in them.

Overrated?! I bought my normal size (reviews ran both ways as to the fit). They were too big. I was disappointed in the boot. I don't think it is worth what they cost. I was also disappointed to find that they are made in China. I guess it was unrealistic to hope they might have been made in their native country. Since I only planned to wear the boots on rainy, wet days, I think I can take it down a notch and buy less pricey rain boots to achieve the same purpose of staying dry. They are cute though!

These boots are so cute! Unfortunately, the second time I wore them, the buckle broke on the left boot. Zappos was, of course, awesome about exchanging them. I was so excited to get my second pair...until I wore them out in the rain. The right boot leaked. As in, I walked outside during a moderate rain fall with an umbrella (no puddle jumping!) and my foot was soaked. I give up. I will try another brand.
