I have a problem with shoes. This is the first shoe in years that has been comfortable on my feet for sixteen hour shifts. When I have worn any other shoes my feet hurt so much I have to take them off halfway through the shift. I am a nurse and on my feet a lot! I want to exchange them because I had them for 2-3 months and the right shoe started to tear. I know they are well made and I don't want to get my money...I want the shoes.

These are wonderful! I have terrible feet and went on a hiking trip in Zion, UT. Hiked over 5 miles (including some climbing over boulders) in these and they were awesome! Great traction, comfortable, no blisters or anything. Awesome arch support and they took the pressure off the places in my feet where I usually get pain. I will definitely be wearing these for more than hiking. Worth every penny!

I wear these at work and the large toe box keeps my feet comfy for a long 8 hour shift! Only thing is sometimes one of the straps rides on the inside of my foot and makes it a little tender.

Zappos service is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about their how they do business. The Keen Venice H2 are an amazing sandal. Not the most stylish, but they are the most comfortable and excellent for all sorts of activities. I had an ankle and fibula rebuilt and my physical therapist told me about Keen's. They truly are now the only shoes/sandals I wear.

Love these shoes and am very happy w/this purchase. Bought to wear in the southern U.S. this spring/summer and they have been great. Very comfortable, even went on a 6 mile hike and swamp tour w/them; they're also great for the beach in general everyday wear. Highly recommend!

Finally - a shoe with a wonderful arch that doesn't hurt my problem feet (hurting worse after a bunionectomy) and I can stand in shopping or whatever all day - no pain whatsoever and no hurting whatsoever. Definitely a keeper. The arch is phenomenal. I need a foot with a wider toe and a high toe bed such as these. I take a 10.5 and strangely enough, my feet look shorter in these. Another reason I love them. I'd definitely recommend them and will buy more of the same style and brand.

I absolutely adore these shoes. I have this style in three different colors I love it so much. They're comfortable, fit well and don't chafe without socks. They're my go-to shoes in warm weather.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and so supportive. I got them to go to the Grand Cannon last summer, work them to the lake tons because you can get them wet and they will quickly dry. I even ordered the exact same shoe this year to have another newer pair. One of the best pair of shoes I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend these shoes. I am 59 but my 23 year old daughter enjoys her pair too.

I love this shoe! It is my first Keen. I had plantar fasciitis, and was looking for a shoe that I could wear for water aerobics and walking during my healing. So far, this shoe fits the bill. I would advise ordering a half size smaller, as it has plenty of room in the toe area, and I had to make an exchange to a half size down.

This is an wonderful shoe for warm weather adventuring: good for wet surfaces, rocky areas and just plain hiking/walking. I love this shoe and would highly recommend this particular style.

I ordered these along with some other styles in search of some really comfortable shoes that I can get wet and do a days worth of walking in for summer theme park trips with the kids. These would be perfect for me if I didn't have flat feet. These have pretty decent arch support for a sandal which means that part of the foot bed is contoured and built up. My foot was too wide for that part of the shoe and the arch support pushed in on my foot in an uncomfortable way. I don't think the shoe runs narrow, I just have flat feet. My other issue was the style. They are an athletic style shoe. Basically a tennis shoe/sandal. I could not see myself wearing a shoe that looks like this anywhere other than a theme park, camping/hiking, etc. If you are looking for a waterproof, serious walking sandal these would fit the bill. If you want a comfortable walking sandal that is waterproof and a little cuter (more feminine) try the Jambu Water Diva. That is what I'm going to end up keeping. They can get the job done for a day's worth of walking, but in my opinion are cute enough to wear with nicer outfits around town.

FINALLY a shoe that doesn't hurt. I had a bunionectomy Nov. 18, 2010, and my feet hurt more now. I've been trying on different shoes for two months, and couldn't find anything that didn't hurt after 5 minutes. These are the first shoe that I don't hurt in. In fact, I wore them today to Walmart and several other stores doing errands and actually enjoyed my day. My feet didn't hurt one bit. KEEN is my new shoe - love them. Met a lady in Panera who had them on and loved them, so I immediately thought of Zappos. SO happy I ordered them. And they look great on. Would highly recommend them to anyone with or without foot problems. The arch is wonderful - which is what I needed. Even better than my Birkenstocks! Who knew? Because they feel better than my slippers, I still have them on to wear around the house. Thank you Keen and Zappos.

These are exactly what I was looking for. So far the most comfortable sandal I've worn! Glad I knew to order a 1/2 size larger.

These sandals were perfect for trip to Costa Rica. Needed quick turnaround so ordered my size and another 1/2 size larger. Turns out they were true to size; and the return was a breeze. I was a bit leary of the blue, but they worked out just fine. Love them!

Keen rules. I'm 8 1/2, true to size. Look better on than in the picture. Aren't gaudy at all. Very happy.

I just received these shoes yesterday and I love them! They are so comfortable and fit great! I ordered my regular size and had no problem with them.

I am a perfect Size 8 but I do have a fairly wide foot. These are the most comfortable shoes I have owned. I walk 4 km every day and these are my walking shoes in the summer. Always take them on vacations with me too.

Love them! Fit great and a cute fun color combo. Glad I didn't follow recommendations to order up a size. My usual size is perfect.

We bought two pairs, his and hers. We broke them in on a trip to HI and were very pleased overall.

Excellent shoes! My husband and I both have them and we wear them all the time. We purchased them from Zappos for Costa Rica trip. Great support.

Very comfortable. I bought these for a trip to Belize, and they work very well in the water as well as on the trail, with no resulting blisters.

My first experience with an actual order from Zappos could not have been any more satisfying! I am amazed at the quality of service I received. I had to exchange for one size larger, which was my fault to begin with. The phone assistance I received was excellent in my exchange decision. Now here is the slam-dunk; I received my replacement shoes before I returned the exchange pair, and it was an amazing 14-hour turn-around time that they arrived at my door. The shoes are everything promised and more. Their performance was excellent on a 7-day foot tour and my feet felt as good at night as they did when I woke up.

Look good, fit well and are comfortable. If I get washed away by a big wave, everyone will know, because the shoes also float! Off to Maui.

Fantastic Sandal. I've been wearing a very old pair of Chaco sandals that I loved, but I noticed my back hurt after wearing them for full days. I wore these for 10 days straight on vacation without any trouble. They were so great for the beach, for hiking and for relaxing.

I bought a pair of these in May 2009. I had three things in mind when I bought them: 1. I had a conference during June in Washington DC that require a lot of walking around; 2. I would spend three days in Disney World parks in August; and 3. I would be pregnant in my second trimester during both trips. I'm glad I bought these! For both trips, I never had that exhausted feeling at the end of the day which I often find attributed to what shoes I'm wearing. They held up well during both trips as well as the frequent use I made of them in between. I would definitely buy these.
