Awesome as always - Great shoe. Ran a half size large this time. Great cushioning!

Best Keen day shoe yet. I went from a black pair of Briggs to these simply because I'd been waiting for Keen to release a simple semi casual/dressy(er) shoe. Finally I found the Richmond. This is my work shoe, walking shoe, standing shoe, etc... As is typical with Keens, they are a little bigger than the norm and quite a bit roomier. I wear an 11.5 in Nike, 12/11.5 in North face, 11.5 in Salomon, and in Keens an 11 is plenty roomy on my feet. They fit comfortable, my feet don’t slide around, there is a noticeable arch, and the anatomical footbed feels great on my foot. Fit wise, I’ve seen no difference between these and my Briggs. Great shoe from a great shoe company. People that need a wide toe box should definitely look into Keens.

Better looking than I expected - I love my several pairs of Keen sandals and one previous shoe pair. I think that these shoes look better than my previous pair and are ALMOST OK for semi-professional work attire. I don't understand why Keen doesn't make a few pairs without the big black toe, as it makes the shoe look a bit too much like a hiking boot to wear to work.

Great shoe for feet like mine - The Keen Richmond has a similar feel to the other Keens I tried on at a local store. The generous (square-ish) toe box is perfect for the way my feet are shaped, which is much more comfortable than wedging them into a "normal" shoe shape. My orthotics work excellently with these shoes, easily making them the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The arch support without the orthotics I found to be a little lacking, but I have somewhat high arches. The waterproof outer has proven itself many times already in the month and a half that I've had them. Great shoes!

Pretty good shoe - My wife had been urging me to try Keen shoes, she loves them, so I ordered these to try. The support is good - not great, but good. They feel a tad larger than standard size; fully laced they're not quite as snug as most shoes in my size - not loose enough to justify getting a smaller size, but less than ideal. They also pinch a bit at the top when going down stairs, but I expect that will go away as they break in. All in all, worth keeping, but I'm not as blown away as my wife is with hers.

Keen Richmond - Shoe is very comfortable. Fit was great!

Comfortable but not stylish - Shoes are very comfortable. For me the fit is true to size. I ordered black. It shows dirt easily. I will keep an eye out for other Keen shoes. When they make a dress shoe I will buy it.

Good shoes but not for hours of walking - I got these shoes because I had bought some Keen sandals and they were amazingly comfortable. I was hoping these would be as comfortable since I have a job I walk for 6-10 hours a day. I found out after a couple of days of walking these are not for that. These shoes are great if you are only looking for shoes to walk a few hours a day in.

Overall nice shoe - I bought these for my husband. He has wide feet and wears insoles. He was able to take the removable piece out of the shoe and fit his insoles in nicely. He seems to like them a lot. They also look quite nice.

A little too big - This is my second pair of Keens. The first pair has held up really well but the style I purchased is no longer made. I thought I would try these. Relative to my 1st pair these feel much larger. I ordered an 11 but maybe a 10.5 would have been better. The toe box is comfortable and large and the shoe felt like it had adequate mid arch support. But overall this shoe feels too big and clunky so they are going back.
