This will be the 3rd pair of the Richmond style Keens I have owned. Since I have started wearing these shoes my feet have stopped hurting after work. They are great! The only con is they only last one year for me, but I do wear them everyday for about 10 hours so I figure its a great investment to have feet that don't ache. I have other Keens as well and they all are super comfortable.

Great shoe but order down in size - Very comfortable typical Keen lace-up. This is my fourth pair of Keens and this one definitely runs larger than the others I've had. The 8.5 I got feels like at least a 9.

Keens wins again - I need shoes with a stiff sole, due to foot surgery. I live in Keens, and while not all fit great (some seem a little tight around the ankle), by and large they are the most comfortable shoes around for me. I must own at least six pairs.

Odd-looking comfort - Really like these shoes... my wife has purchased Keens many times, but I kept going for the boring old-time “tennis shoe” look. I finally gave in... and am glad I did. Comfortable and good-looking, better looking than even I am. Only one semi-negative comment... took a little breaking in, i.e. the tongue of the shoe was a little stiff the first week or so, but now the tongue is softer and therefore better. I was completely confused about what size to order as some Keen owners I know said order a 1/2 size smaller than usual, others said 1/2 size larger. I ordered my usual size and they are fine. And, anyway, the return policy is so good, who cares? (My Keens did not accommodate my orthotics, but comfortable w/o them.)

Most AWESOME brand of shoes I've EVER WORN! I've NEVER worn as comfortable a shoe as Keen brand footwear. They're too good to be true. I don't want to sound like a pessimist, but as soon as I get comfortable with this brand I KNOW they're going to do something to screw it up. So I'm going to buy as many Keen models as I can - before I wake up from this dream state.

Great work shoe - I wait tables and these are great! Ugly but very comfortable!

Excellent casual shoe - I find the wide toe box to be comfortable, though it may be uncomfortably wide for some. Overall fit and quality are excellent. I will buy Keens again.

Room for your toes - I need a roomy toe box to accommodate my crooked little toes. Keen shoes are designed that way. These were a great fit right out of the box. Also, this is a great water resistant shoe for the daily afternoon thunderstorms of a summer in New Orleans!

Keen Richmond - I was looking for a shoe that did it all - for work, casual, long pants, shorts, good tread, waterproof - and the Richmond by Keen is all of that and more. My wife has a few different pairs of Keen shoes and I was always jealous of the style, quality and comfort. I looked around in stores for men’s Keen shoes, but always mostly women’s styles on the shelf. Looked through Zappos and found the Richmond style and gave it a try - best shoe I've ever tried.

I almost want to buy a few back-up pairs. This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've owned, right out of the box. The tongue rubbed my instep wrong for the first few weeks, but broke in easily, and they've given me no other trouble. The toe box is large, but I don't experience it as clunky or unwieldy like some others have said. I can walk in them all day, trail or street, and feel great doing it.

Happy Feet! My husband has a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable with ankle support, wide toes, and good support. I talked him into getting these shoes and he is VERY happy with them. He hasn't rolled his ankles once since wearing them and they are dressy enough for him to wear to the office. They are comfortable and can take the weather he runs into walking to public transportation. I am looking forward to getting him another pair.

Great right out of the box! Another hit from Keen. Very comfortable right out of the box and the fit is correct for both size and width. Keen shoes are the bomb!

Men’s Keen Shoe Review - They were exactly what was shown. They fit perfectly. Very true to size. They are the most comfortable shoe my son owns.

All around great shoe - I have wide hard fit feet and these are the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time. No break in time perfect out of the box. A tad funny looking side but who cares they feel great! Excellent shoes!

Great Shoes - They feel great. I have trouble finding shoes that feel comfortable, but these are right on. Zappos rules, I ordered the shoes yesterday and got them today.

Keens are the best - I currently own 3 pairs of Keens and my husband has 2 pairs. Several people in my office have also been converted to "Keen" shoes. The comfort is unbeatable. I love Zappos. When they say overnight shipping, it's true. When I ordered this pair for my husband it was just before noon. The next day just before noon the shoes were sitting at my front porch!

Great looking shoes...true to size - I'm a big KEEN® fan, this is my fourth pair. The shoes are a little dressier than my other purchases, which is what I wanted. The distinctive toe styling is muted a little for this shoe; it did feel a little large. Most of the other KEEN shoes were sized a little small. This one must be about right (I usually ordered a 1/2 size larger than normal for a perfect fit).

Keens ROCK! Keens are definitely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. My feet are loving them.

Amazingly comfortable - These are absolutely THE MOST COMFORTABLE shoes I've purchased in at least the last ten years. I've been a regular purchaser of Rockports and Clark's for most of that time, and they're still great shoes, but these shoes fit like gloves. I got them about a week ago, and haven't worn anything else since. The toe box is roomy without being too roomy and the heel cup holds my heels in place without any slipping. Although they're a bit clunky, I even talked my fashion-maven wife (the "Imelda Marcos of the Pacific NW") into buying a pair for herself. If I could rate these higher than five stars for comfort, I would.

Nice every day casual shoe - Easy to put on and take off. They're comfortable and look good. If you walk in mud you'd better wash them off before going into your mother's kitchen!!!

Nice keen shoe - The Keen Richmond is the latest in the keen boulevard line (i.e. street wear). It shares a similar fit as other keen shoes in the boulevard line like the Bronx, Brooklyn, Briggs. The Richmond has a newer insole which isn't as soft as the old design, but also does not feature the "toe grooves" which feels weird if your foot isn't shaped exactly the same as the insole. Keen sizing on the boulevard line is dead on and consistent. Wide and roomy toe box may feel unusual for those who are used to wearing sneakers and "work shoes". Overall, this a great shoe - but still doesn't top my favorite Keen shoe (Brooklyn low).

Comfortable all-day shoe! This one is very comfortable for all-day wear; good arch support, color is dull; looks great with jeans.

Just buy them - I planned on wearing these for work but I am wearing them all the time. Very comfortable. Size is smaller than your average shoes. Buy a half size smaller. Everything about them is great. No troubles so far.
