I have bad, wide feet and have bought literally dozens of shoes from Zappos over the years The fit, price and customer service from Zappos is far and away the best. I recently purchased the New Balance MW846 in a 10 4EEE. I found these shoes to be the best-fitting, most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I will buy another pair (or pairs) just to have more of them on hand. Thanks Zappos.

My son is very picky and loved these shoes right out of the box. He said he could stand for long periods of time in these shoes and his feet did not hurt and that is the first time I ever heard him say that about any pair of shoes. It was very nice that they came in black so he can wear them for many activities and not worry about trying not to get the shoe dirty and stained. It is very hard to find a comfortable all day shoe for wide feet and this one is a winner!

My husband is in love with this shoe. It is the most comfortable shoe that he has owned. He has always bought New Balance and wears them for years. He loves the way the shoe supports his feet and the lift that it gives him to take another step. New Balance is perfect for his 4E wide feet.

Restyled with better looks, and the rigid heel counter is gone (yay!). Been hiking the city for a couple of months in these shoes now, and I am happy I bought them. Use with your own good quality insoles. The ones they come with are perfunctory.

Very nice shoe but doesn\'t have a roomy toe box. Otherwise would be very comfortable. Bought New Balance MX855, which has the toe box width and was perfect. My husband liked the style, better, also.

I bought this to replace my Reeboks. Big mistake. I walk 4-5 miles every other day. My old Reeboks are still comfortable, these NB left me with heel and shin pain. NB gives you extra widths, but their cushioning is always too stiff. There's also not much traction leaving you prone to slipping on wet pavement. I paid a premium price for this pair of sneakers so I expect premium quality and this does not deliver.

I walk 5 miles every day and have purchased New Balance walking shoes for years. The 844\'s and 845\'s are great. I purchased the 846 because size was not available in the 845. I am very disappointed! The 846 is very uncomfortable. The heel is elevated which results in a poor walking rhythm and more pressure on the knees. Cushioning in the forefoot and toe area is poor. Not happy.

First time using Zappos. Will use again although prices do seem inflated. Shoes came quickly and the right fit.

Extremely comfortable and well fitting shoe, especially in the toe box, no crimping of the toes with this shoe!

I'm a professional dog walker...these are so far the best walking shoes I have worn. Very comfortable.

Bought these for my husband. He loves them. He runs in them a few days per week. He loves how they look (I think they are a little plain but they are on his feet).

This is about the 4th pair I have owned and as I got older the 10AA has compensated for my aging feet. They hold my foot in place with each stride and my heel does not slip. I hope New Balance continues to make these as I would buy them again. In my 70's I walk for exercise and get about 1000 miles of wear from these shoes.

These were for my husband. He loves them. Would just have liked to be able to purchase the shoe in a narrow width instead of the medium.

I've been buying this shoe (& its model predecessors) for many years. I teach in a university, so I am on my feet for hours at a time. I've never been disappointed in its comfort and support.

Yet again, another fantastic sneaker from New Balance. Fit like they have been broken in already...even on day one. Comfortable, durable, stylish, NB is the only brand I'll buy. They also improved on their laces, you don't have to buy new shoe laces right away when you get NB sneakers now. A+.

Excellent shoes in every way, especially for narrow feet. Great arch support and great cushion eliminates any back problem. Well made. Perfect!

I initially purchased these shoes at a local shoe store. I liked them so much I tried to buy them again but they didn't have my size. I mentioned that to a friend and he suggested Zappos. By the time the store I initially bought them from would have had them in stock I was wearing them for a few days. Zappos also offered them in black so I bought both pairs. Additionally, I went to a chain sporting goods store and asked if they had them and their response was "they are upper level shoes, we don't carry that level shoe." Thank you Zappos, I am a true believer in your service. I will buy again.

I have had trouble with my feet for as long as I can remember. I had used New Balance for years, but only the less expensive models. I heard about these and bought and find them nothing short of a miracle. I have gone to a max of a half mile walking to being able to walk all day. I give them 10 stars.

Have used Zappos.com twice now and they are really great. They treat you like family. Quick delivery and good prices. Have not had to return but I know they will treat you right. George

These shoes are all I expected from New Balance. I love the feel of these shoes, feels very comfortable on my feet.

Extremely lightweight, excellent heel cushion. Snug fit (narrow toe box) but not so much that I have to go to a wider size. Sole cushion not as soft or giving, but have noticed no problems on long walks. In fact, with these shoes I experience considerably less fatigue than with others I wear. Bought a second pair within a week. Mine are assembled in USA.

I am a serious walker and these are the best walking shoes I've had. I bought an extra pair just in case it goes out of stock, I want to make sure I have at least one backup.

I have very narrow heels. But, for me, these are rare shoes - they come in double AA width! And so they are wonderful to walk in - they don't slip off my heels as I walk. The shoes also provide a smooth and solid walk. No need to break them in. They move with me. Great shoes.
