Awesome shoe, and comfortable to walk and stand in as well.

It is very difficult to find New Balance shoes in retail store in any other style than the white runner type. Also wide sizes are seldom stocked in any stores near us. The free shipping offered by Zappos is a gigantic plus.

These are sturdy, comfortable shoes. I bought these shoes for a trip where I was walking 10-15 miles a day, and they were comfortable throughout.

I bought these for my husband and ordered similar shoes from two other brands. These are the first New Balance brand shoes he had worn. He said these were the most comfortable and fit the best. He needs a little extra toe room and these provided that. I wear New Balance regularly and love the cushioning and support they give.

Yes this does qualify as a restaurant worker or Non-slip workplace shoe. The shoe does not say this on the sole, but tags on the sticker and on the box do give the full rundown on what specs the shoe meets. Very good solid shoe for someone whose work requires it. It also comes in an 18 which is pretty limited for choice---so we were glad that it was an affordable and well made option!

My husband has long, narrow feet and "fallen" arches. Thank goodness, this New Balance sneaker comes in a size that fits his "hard to fit" feet to a "T". He does a challenging run at the gym, and these sneakers support and perform well. He says they always need a short "break-in" period before becoming completely comfortable. I think they look great on him!

These shoes are awesome! The comfort and support they offer make for excellent work shoes, especially if you work around slippery surfaces. They are easy to clean and easy to wear. I definitely recommend these.

Exactly what I wanted. Have had the same shoe that has lasted for over two years with heavy use. Just wanted a replacement for my existing pair. I was wowed by the delivery time.

Shoe toe box is narrow and shoe length is shorter than previous New Balance shoes e.g. 608's.

Ordered on Wed. and received the next day. Already have this model shoe in another color. Highly recommend. I'm actually wearing them right now while writing this review.

Have owned the previous model of this shoe so wanted to replace. if have purchased the mx608v20's b4 order a half size larger.

As I get older, it's hard to find shoes that fit me well. These are about the only ones I have currently that I find to be 100% comfortable for everyday 24/7 use, standing or walking on any terrain. The weight and amount of support are perfect, and I'd say they are very true to width and sizing. I only get about 3-4 months of use out of them before they stretch out and lose their support, but these days that seems to be the case for all shoes of this type.

My husband usually wears a size 14 in New Balance like clockwork, but these shoes run smaller than normal by a full size.

My son didn't want me to order tennis shoes because he tried control about six pair before and it did not work. He measures 11.5 b on one foot and 12a on the other. In the past he just bought shoes he could tighten without looking bunched up. The 11.5 narrow tennis shoes worked. The only thing that would have made him happier was he likes mostly white tennis shoes this worked.

I have a hard time finding sneakers with a wide width for my feet. These are great and I love the arch support.
