My order was Awesome and fit as if they were custom made I will most certainly order from Zappos again as my first experience with them was Perfect! Now if I could only find work boots for my abnormally large feet.

This is a great shoe looks and feels great. I use it for regular wear and walks/hikes and Zappos service is really out of the world. I will never shop for shoes online anywhere else.

This is the second pair of New Balance shoes. Because I have a very wide foot it is hard to find comfortable shoes. These fit the bill.

It was easy to find what I wanted and the ordering process was also easy. Everything arrived as ordered within the time expected.

Sized as advertised. Light, comfortable. I love these shoes!

I found this shoe to be of excellent quality and very comfortable. A little brush with a damp cloth cleans them very well. Service with Zappos.com has been great!

I have bought this shoe several times for my husband. He is very hard on his shoes and these are durable as well as comfortable. They are nice looking. Hope they keep making these as he wears these all the time.

I like it better then the MX621 I had and find the sizing the same as the MX621. As a comparison, I did not care for the MX622 over my MX621.

Confortble, just like the model 620 they replace, but I\'m not totally happy with the color. Wish NB still had a brown abd blue color. Really goes better with jeans and khakis.

The NB sizes for Xtrainers seem to run a little larger than their running shoes. I had ordered these along with some classic NB running shoes, both size 10 EE; the runners fit snugly, these feel a little loose. Still comfortable.

EEEE is very hard to find and we usually have to get longer shoes to help compensate for the width. These are very comfortable, the fit is perfect. As always, Zappos service is the best!

Even with my own Spenco insert placed on top of the NB foundation this shoe seemed longer and wider than I would have expected. Went to order the narrow size and found it for slightly less on another site. Too bad Zappos doesn't price match.

Comfortable shoe I use for fast walking. Looked for a replacement for discontinued NB 621 and this serves the purpose.

Due to some food pain problems I decided to try a D width instead of my usual B. This pair doesn't provide any relief. Not only does it not seem any wider than my previous pair of size 14B New Balance they also feel shorter and crowd my toes.

I found the 623 too flimsy and somewhat hollow. Could not recommend it but could not trash it for the price but no bargain.

I tried these to replace my New Balance MX608's that I have been happy with for many years, but which have reportedly been redesigned into a much inferior model. I ended up returning these 623's because the toe was much narrower than the 608's and pinched me, even though the length seemed fine. I'm going to try Asics Men's GEL-TRX Training Shoe, which gets uniformly good ratings on-line.

I found these shoes to be subpar. the price is low but so is the level of comfort. Do not buy this model - spring for the 993's. they are worth the money.

I got these and wore them to about once a week for two or three hours each time. The sides are ripped where the toes meet laces. Very cheap don't buy.

I purchased these for my husband who wears a size 13 shoe which is often hard to find. The shoes were delivered promptly and he is very pleased with them. Since he hates to go shopping, I think he'll be ordering from you again.

I have wide feet and this New Balance shoe fits perfect for workout and comfort. Highly recommend.

I've been wearing this style of New Balance shoe, both white and brown, for over 6 years now, and having a very wide foot, find this 4W shoe very comfortable for all day wear, on or off the trail. This is my third purchase of this brown shoe which will be put in reserve for the inevitable wearing out of my present pair. If I remember correctly, the original white shoe number was a 621; same fit and comfort as today's MX623.

Wow, I opened the box and my feet turned happy! It's nice to have companies like Zappos that care about customers. I will will continue to order all my clothes from a company that gives a care.

Contrary to other reviews I've read online, I received my New Balance shoes with no size problems. I ordered a pair with the same serial number as the old pair I was still wearing and they fit perfectly. Also, my order was delivered in less than one week.

This is the most comfortable athletic shoe I have ever owned. It gives great support and is just what I am looking for.
