Bought these shoes after my ortho told me to wear ankle support shoes. These are very comfortable and a good pair to wear for a normal workday.

I bought the 967 New Balance for my husband after he saw my brother-in-law's and he has been so impressed at how comfortable they are for him walking. He is a large man and has trouble being on his feet for any length of time and this shoe has made such a difference in even his attitude. Every time we go out he says I can't believe what a difference these shoes have made.

The first time my husband stepped into these shoes, on it was instant comfort. He has RA and it's difficult to find shoes that fit well and are comfortable right away. I quickly ordered an identical pair for him!

I am a mail carrier who's foot route is 7-8 miles long. I go through one pair of shoes a year. I love New Balance, especially these. Comfy, stylish, waterproof, and built to last. I'm sticking with these.

I have been buying New Balance for many years now because of their wide size availability. As is normal with NB these shoes required very little break in. I like the fact that they are waterproof, but it does make them just a little warmer than the 991's they replaced. Overall, I am very happy with these shoes and also very happy with the buying experience through Zappos.

These shoes are the perfect travel walking shoe. They are true to size and attractive. They are extremely comfortable.

Shoe is great and fits well. However, I still did not get my refund on my Visa card as I ordered 2 pair of shoes. I promptly returned one pair and am still waiting for my credit. Would not use Zappos again because of being showy of my credit.

I find NB shoes true to size----especially when it comes to width. I have tried wide offerings in other brands but find it is most often misleading. I have wide front and narrow heel--the EE in NB is perfect. Support overall is excellent.

These are gresat shoes - the 6th or 7th pair of New Balance shoes like this I have purchased. Long lasting, extremely comfortable and very durable! One of the few good shoes that comes in extra wide widths for my wide feet.

I have a problem fitting my wide feet . I had to go up a half of a size for this shoe which Zappos handled wonderfully . The result was a well fitting walking shoe that is comfortable and provides needed arch support ! Thanks NB and Zappos .

Have worn 12N for 40 years but lately that size seems too small (is it me or the shoe lasts?), so I was glad to find a number of shoes/brands in 12.5N. But these NB shoes were still too short. Traded up for free -- thanks Zappos -- and got 13s, which fit pretty well. Still wearing 12N in some brands, 12.5N in others, 13N in these. I like the shoes for winter wear. Warm and waterproof. Maybe too warm for summer I expect. The toe strip is a little goofy, don't you think? But not a deal killer.

This is a great shoe. Comfortable, cushioned and rugid. I have flat feet and find this shoe the most comfortable shoe yet. Better than the NB927. Strongly recommend.

My husband likes the comfort of these shoes so much, we just ordered another pair to tuck away. They are roomy in the toe area and very nice looking.

I had a pair of 965 men's walkers a for couple of years and they were really worn out. Those weren't available, so I tried these 967's, which I assumed were the replacements for the 965. They were the only New Balance walkers I could find made for narrow feet. Although I didn't like the appearance as well as the older ones, when I tried them on they were much more comfortable. They also have a lacing arrangement that makes them very easy to get in and out of. I ordered a size 9 1/2, which was the old size, and had to exchange them for a size 10. They have very good arch support, which I need. I am very pleased with these shoes, which I wear every day in the fall and winter.

Shows are very comfortable, and they keep my feet warm and dry. I also like their light weight. Excellent product.

Look at the shoe carefully before buying. Compared to the 966 that it replaced, there's a gap in the eyelets for the laces, so it won't lace up correctly.

Great shoe! Both my husband and I got a pair of these shoes to wear at work. We are around water, so they are perfect for comfort and keeping our feet dry. The fit was perfect for my husband, who wears a EEE. I had to send the first pair back due to being to short in length. The next size up fit perfectly. Would highly recommend these shoes.

Great shoe! Very comfortable when I first put my feet in. Nice and soft interior, although it flattened out a little over the first couple weeks. The laces are a little odd, having to wrap them around the metal, and I wonder if they will get worn out quicker that way. I do like that it's waterproof at the bottom. And they're a great color.

The shoes look great and feel great. They can be worn just about anywhere.

It's so hard to please my husband's feet because they are so wide. He'd been buying New Balance (only they offer 4E! shoes) from one particular local store but had not much success recently because the store is carrying more and more higher-end stuff. I ordered a pair from Zappos and they came in 24 hours. They fit just right! I'll get another pair for him as a Xmas gift. Thanks Zappos.
