These boots are very good, especially for the price. They are quite comfortable and look good. My only complaint is I wish they were a few inches taller. I am 5'3''.

Not only do these shoes look great, but they are fantastic for keeping out snow and rain without being too heavy. I bought them just in time for the multiple snowfalls we've gotten this January. I am extremely happy about my purchase every time I'm about to step in a foot-deep puddle. I have two caveats and sometimes my feet get cold when there is snow on the outside (but nothing wool socks can't solve) and they look best with leggings/skinny jeans.

This is a very cute and reasonably priced boot! I bought it for slopping around in the barn, etc. and found its durability very good indeed! The only trouble I encountered with it was that the top was too narrow for my muscular calves, often leaving a red mark after I took them off, though it was a tolerable tightness. Also, I had trouble getting them off my size ten feet, again through the neck of the boot. The decorative tab irritates me slightly because the boot should be wider at the brim and such a tab would indicate the ability to expand, but alas, it is not so. However, the boot has absolutely fantastic treads (I even use them in snow and ice), and does the job of keeping one's feet dry, as it should.

I love these boots! I have been wearing them in the snow, slush and rain and they are great. When I first took them out of the box, I was convinced they were too small and I felt like I couldn't even get them on. My husband got home and said to try them again. Thankfully I did because they fit much better about an hour later. I'm going to blame the cold UPS truck for making them hard to fit initially. I don't have small calves and they fit me just fine with my jeans tucked inside. I normally wear a 9.5 and bought a 10 in these boots. Perfect fit.

I generally wear a size 7 in rain boots but I had to buy a size 8 in this brand. It's definitely a narrow fit so if you have wide calves or wide feet this is not the shoe for you. Overall I love the look of the boots. It's very cute.

I forgot to mention in my earlier review - I ordered the "Olive" color and it is fairly true to the color shown online. It serves as a great neutral (especially with any military chic outfits) that can go with everything!

Don't usually write reviews but relied on them for this purchase so felt I should write one in turn. I read many reviews that advised to buy one size up so was unsure if I was making the right choice when I ordered a 7 (I am usually a 7). Turns out they fit perfectly though I don't think it would hurt too much to buy up a size. I won't be wearing these in cold weather so didn't need to factor in big socks. If you want this option, maybe buy bigger. I didn't have problems with the shaft of the boot being too narrow either, and I don't have particularly small calves. I am still able to tuck normal jeans into these boots. They are pretty snug around the top of the foot and don't slip on easily but it's not a problem and I really like the fact that they are fitted and don't feel oversized and sloppy like some rain boots can. They are really comfortable though I wouldn't want to wear them for really lengthy walks. All in all, I would recommend them. By the way, the olive colour is a grey olive, not a green olive, if that makes sense. Excellent customer service from Zappos! Unusually good in terms of internet shopping.

I expected the soles to have a little more traction, and the toe is a little wide. Comfortable though.

Nice, plain rain boots. They are pretty comfortable and are fitted enough that they don't flop around when you walk. My shoe size ranges from 10 to 11 so I bought them in 11 and they fit well with enough room for thick socks. My only complaint is that one of the buckles tore off early on. I wear them around town and for landscaping work, they are great for both. I recommend them, but mind the buckles!

I usually wear a size 6 or 7, and these fit just right! Just perfect to wear with leggings, skinny jeans or even boot cuts! It also allows room for thicker socks as well. I am a runner, and I had no problems with the boots' calves being small - as other reviews have said - so your best bet is to try a couple different sizes: your current size, and a size up. I love how this boot fits so snugly around my ankle and leg. I ordered a Tretorn rain boot as well, and it is way too wide on the ankles and calves. It would be difficult for me to walk in, and it was not as flexible.

Next day delivery! Great color - eggplant. It's a shade darker than the picture. The buckles serve no purpose other than as an accessory and they aren't as shiny as the photo. These boots are for people with skinny calves. I have slender legs and these are tight fitting. Cute boots. The only thing is that they aren't very comfortable. I had to take out the insole because the shoe hugs my foot so tight it felt like my toes were going numb. Once I did that, it gave me the right amount of room without making the boot too loose. Only thing is, is that there's no stable insole; you can feel every bump. So I had to buy gel heel insoles, which work but still it's not super comfortable. I was expecting a comfortable rain boot, but for my first pair they work. After walking around in them all night I felt my feet to be a bit damp but I think it might have been from sweat not rain. These are hard to get on and off too. I'd recommend looking for something more comfortable, fitted that's easy to pull off, and stylish. The sale price is what these are worth. No more.

I had to return these because the ankle is too narrow. But on the plus side, once you get them on, they do stay on really well. Great color, nice treads. Sad to see them go.

This is a good rainboot overall, I just wish I bought it one smaller size than I had. I had read most of the other reviews and they said to buy it one size up so that it could fit properly. It may be true for most people, but I'm pretty petite in size and I think it would have been best that I went with a size 7 instead of size 8. It fits fine if I wear thick socks...or two pairs of thin socks. I was actually kind of disappointed with the waterproof ability. I wore them to an extremely wet 3 day camping trip and by the end of my days, my feet would feel a little damp. You can't stand in large puddles, but you can walk quickly through them. I guess if you're looking for style and you're not a hardcore camper, then these are for you.

These boots fit snug around the foot. I felt as though I was losing circulation in my right foot after a couple hours of wear. I took out the insole and it made all the difference. I really like these boots, they are stylish, but are not comfortable to walk/stand in for long periods of time. Also, I have worn them probably 3 times and one buckle has already detached and is hanging from the boot. They look nice and I get compliments, but the cheap buckle and discomfort would probably lead me to choose another boot in the future.

Perfectly good rain boot. No arch support, just a basic boot, but then again are you really going to be walking long distances in the rain?

These boots look sturdy, but the design didn't allow me to get my foot past the shaft. Not sure if it runs small, or just isn't designed for people with high arches? Never had this problem before with other boots.

These boots were much heavier than I expected and there was no 'give' to them when walking. They don't bend so they're not comfortable to walk in. I don't normally need a wide calf boot but these were just a little too tight. This caused them to be not as comfortable as I hoped and very difficult to take off! They LOOKED exactly like what I wanted but sadly, they just aren't comfortable.

I wore my rain boots not that often ( it doesn’t rain everyday) but unfortunately the sole has already worn thin and they are no longer waterproof, so useless in the rain.

Nice boots, not as much tread as I would of liked, very tight on my foot .

These seem very well made, but they are not wide enough to fit around my calves. So if you have wider calves these are not the boot for you!

These boots were so narrow that they could not fit my slender 9 year old without cutting into the front of her ankle as she walked. We tried two sizes, one her true size, and the next size up, the bigger size fit best, but was still too narrow so they needed to go back.

Gave my toes plenty of room, but too tight across the forefoot. Will have to return them and keep looking.

I bought this after my previous Olivia boot split it's sole after exactly 4 years. I was happy with the first pair. I have narrow feet and ordered a size up, could wear with boot liners in colder weather without problem. I use to walk the dog around the pond and they served me well until the soles cracked. So didn't think twice about buying another pair, especially since the original pair could be recycled by the manufacturer (four years didn't seem very long time but for the price...) But this new pair (also a size up from my usual) seems slightly smaller. I noticed the fit is a bit more snug with the boot liners. But still manageable. Unfortunately, the left boot now rubs my ankle bone making the dog walks a bit shorter. It could be an issue of needing to break in the rubber shaft so it gives more. I don't remember having to break in the first pair but that's not to say I didn't. I also have narrow calfs so I appreciate the smaller shaft circumference.

I don’t have athletic legs and I needed a size 10 and they’re still tight at my calves. Still considering whether to keep or return

If you are looking for a rain boot to pull over jeans or sweats be advised this has a very narrow leg. My legs are average sized (even maybe a little smaller) and I could barely slip this over my leg. It would never cover sweats or jeans, and most pants would be too narrow to pull over this bulky boot.
