Great shoes. Very comfortable. Typical Sanuk product. As such, not good with socks.

My husband loved these shoes the minute he opened the box! I read previous reviews so I ordered a larger size as suggested and they are perfect. He says they are super comfy and loves the way they look. Thanks Zappos for getting this gift to my husband the morning after I ordered them!

I was looking for a minimalist shoe alternative for work and this is it! Originally bought a 7 but were very tight. The 8 is perfect. The leather is soft and very comfortable. I haven't found a use for the pocket yet. If you like wearing sandals these are the shoes for you.

Unsurpassed slipper/sandal comfort in an office-ready shoe. I have problem feet and have tried them all. As always, Zappos service rules.

These are great for the guy who hates dress shoes, but needs to wear them! I am ordering another pair for the father in law who hates dress shoes, and already had a guy friend order them, once he saw the ones I ordered my husband. Overall, they rock!

Great for a business casual environment. Typically wear a 10 in athletic shoes, 9 in dress shoes. Got a 10 in these. Have a few pairs of Sanuks now. First time you put them on it fits a bit tight, but after a day of wear they stretch and mold perfectly to your foot. My feet are extremely comfortable in my Sanuks...and they look great too. Receive many compliments wearing these.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend and he wears them to work every day. They're professional looking enough to be worn to the office. They're extremely comfortable and fit perfectly. Customer service is A+ too!

This is my second pair of Sanuks and love them! I have a pair of the Chibas and figured I would get a pair of these for wearing at work as they look less slipperish and really blend in with nicer clothes. They fit well; however, they felt tight when I first bought them, but they have since broken in pretty well. I still find that I need to wear thin dress socks as they are too tight when I wear athletic socks with them. Overall a very comfortable office shoe and nice looking to boot!

I now have 9 pair of Sanuks. I usually buy, and prefer, the Vagabonds as I have a wide foot. I order them in 12 for bare feet and I have a pair in 13 to wear with socks. I wear the Board Room (brown) with socks so I ordered them in size 13. It took about six wearings to get them comfortable but they fit and look really nice. They have a higher quality outsole, kind of a gum rubber, and the leather is very soft and comfy. They look great with jeans and khakis. I wear Sanuks every day at the University where I teach. I'll probably get another pair of these so I can switch back and forth.

Theses shoes are very comfortable, you can pull them off at work but you may get a few looks. However between comfort and opinions, I will take comfort every time!

Nice minimal shoes which are incredibly light and flexible. They are very comfortable with no arch. I can wear them for work which is a business and business casual environment. I do not love the leather because it is really shiny. I also own two other pairs of Sanuks that are more casual which I wear to work. I ordered one size larger than I normally wear and these fit fine with socks.

I wear these every chance I get. Stylish and comfortable. Perfect with jeans or shorts.

The usual (crazy) comfort from SANUK in a leather upper and yes, with khakis they are great at the office. Unfortunately with socks (at the office), but fantastic balance of comfort and function. SANUKs now from morning to evening...throughout the day. Good times. Thanks SANUK.

This is the perfect summer shoe when you require something a bit more polished. A great alternative to loafers and one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.

Really comfortable shoes! The right show actually felt a bit tight when I first got them and put them on, but it loosened up well and now they feel like slippers!

These are a great alternative to a 'dress' shoe. They fit a little tight due to the leather and run a little small, but that's normal for Sanuk shoes. Being that it's a 'sandal' and not a 'shoe' there is no arch support, but that's made up for in the extreme comfort that Sanuk brings.

Nice comfortable shoe. I'm able to wear them to work where we have a pretty casual dress. I normally wear a size 10, but could barely squeeze my foot (with socks) into the shoe. Had to get an 11 and it fits fine. If you plan to wear socks go with a bigger size. Wish they had 1/2 sizes also...

Recently I purchased these shoes for summer wear around the office. I've owned other pairs of Sanuk's and hoped these would be similar. At fist these were very tight and I was almost tempted to return them for a larger size, however after a couple of days they loosened up quite nicely and became very comfortable. The about three weeks later the upper and lower portion of the soles began to separate. I've tried to glue it back together twice but it won't hold. That being said, Sanuk's are hands down the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn!

Good looking and super comfortable. However, the durability is extremely poor. I've had these for less than 9 months and they have not been worn often. The soles are worn through in a couple places and are starting to pull away from the shoe. I loved these at first because of the comfort, but would not recommend them at all.

They are not very versatile. Good for something like Casual Friday's with jeans. You could wear them with a suit and tie, but the casual look with a suit and tie could send the wrong message. If you need the look of a suit and tie, why ruin it with these Sanuk's. Wear a sharp looking classy pair of shoes instead if the suit and tie look is important. On the other side of the coin, they look OK with a more dressy looking pair of shorts instead of maybe Top Sider style boat shoes or something similar, but for any other shorts, most of the other Sanuk styles would probably be a better look. Don't expect them to stretch much. Choose a full size larger than you normally wear in other shoes. Don't wear socks with most Sanuk's, including these with a suit. Socks are really only acceptable with the high top Sanuk styles such as the Outlaw Lumberjacks and maybe some of the fur lined Chill styles in cold weather. Socks with most Sanuk's is like wearing your underwear on the outside of your pants.

I bought these a few months ago and only wore them once. They were quite comfortable and looked great. Winter came and I put them away. It is now 3-4 months later and I just took them out. I noticed that one of the shoes is starting to lift off the sole and there are visible holes near the stitching. I repeat, I used them once for a 6 hour seminar. I am small framed with small feet. That was an expensive shoe for one day. I won't buy them again and now can only use them around the house since they are falling apart.

Stylish and very comfortable shoe. I own both brown and black and have a couple pair of backups in each color! Have worn with jeans, khakis and even slacks. Note: there are 2 different color browns...one is a lot darker than the other. Like both shades. Run small...go a size up.

I've been a Sanuk fan for years and the Board Room is another great product. Just like any other shoes or apparel - best to try on several pairs of the same size and one up - it's just a reality - no different than jeans. I'll assume these are going to stretch a bit and it would have been nice if Sanuk commented on this just like Ugg does on its shoes...so I settle on a snug fit knowing they are going to break in and stretch a bit.

These are the most comfortable work shoes that I have ever owned. If you do not believe me, try them on, you will not buy another brand of work show for as long as you live.

I own two pair of Sanuk Pickpockets and love them. I bought the Board Rooms (which are essentially leather versions of Pickpockets) to wear with business casual, khakis. Since I wear socks with them I had to go up a size. I love these shoes! The only criticism I could remotely have is that they should have ventilation holes like the Pickpockets. Otherwise, they're perfect! I currently have the brown and plan to buy the black as well. I wear Sanuk's 95% of the time.
