Light weight and very comfy. The heal fabric rises up a bit high and irritated my ankle if I wore them without socks. I used socks for a week, now they are broken in and feel great even when worn without socks. My favorite shoes for daily chores and driving.

I got these as a gift from a friend back in March. From the minute I put them on, (with socks!) they fit perfectly. They actually fit better than my Sanuk Donnys, which actually took quite a bit of stretching and breaking in before they fit right. Probably the advantage of leather over canvas. I can and have worn them to the office, and I dare anybody there to tell me they're inappropriate. As long as I do my (very essential) work, it doesn't matter what's on my feet. Or around my neck, for that matter.

I really like these shoes. They are very comfortable and look great with khaki pants or jeans jeans. Zappos delivered them fast.

These shoes are awesome. Look good enough to wear to work with khaki pants, but feel like you're wearing a pair of old comfy slippers. Just one warning, these have no arch support. Not an issue for me, but may be for some who need it. Definitely recommended.

Great shoes for travel and work. Look good with jeans or khakis. I wear a 10 1/2 D so I sized up to a size 11.

Very comfortable. Just a bit more refined from my everyday Sanuks, for those sophisticated faculty meetings when I'm feeling very suave and debonair. Great shoe for those who don't really like to wear shoes. I like!

Dressier than my other Sanuks-- my favorite pair. A little too casual to wear with slacks and a dress shirt, IMO. Works great with jeans and a button up shirt though. I would give an unhesitating 5 stars but the soles started coming detached and I had to shoe-goo them back on.

If you have wide feet and / or a high arch, be aware that these are very flat and narrow in the arch! I loved my (discontinued) Sanuk Cruisers so much I wore out 2 pairs, and was hoping for these as a replacement. I am a 10 1/2, but usually need to wear an 11 to fit my arch. I could barely fit these on my foot! Too bad, because these are a sharp pair of (not) shoes.

I ordered these because I love Sanuk's Sidewalk Surfers (which I rated 5 stars). I liked the idea of getting the same extraordinary comfort in slightly less casual shoe. However, the Board Room's are a big disappointment in comparison. The leather uppers suffer from sloppy fabrication (not well fitted), which makes them surprisingly uncomfortable. Also, the way they're stitched to the sole makes the toe stick out awkwardly and catch on the ground while walking.

Fell apart in three months time. So sad. I've had great experiences with Sanuk, but I wanted my money back for these.

I am a fan of tan shoes with grey and dark suits, so I got the tan Sanuks to wear with a coat and tie. Impulsively, I used some British Tan shoe cream on them and turned them a rich cognac color but also made them glossier than they were. Luckily I found another pair at Nordstrom Rack and now have two great looking but different pairs of super comfortable shoes.

Anyone who seriously thinks these can pass as dress shoes probably doesn't work in a traditional office environment. The shoes (the carbon at least) look absolutely dumpy when paired with dress slacks or even khakis for that matter. If you are on the fence as to whether you think these will fly in your office environment, do yourself a favor and keep browsing.

Super comfortable but not durable. After only 1 month, the rubber sole was coming off and the foam ripped. For the price, I would expect the sole to remain connected to the shoe.

Loved my first pair of Sanuk's (Cruisers) so order this pair when I had to send the first pair in due to a quality issue. Already the rubber sole on these is peeling off on both shoes. Due to a complete lack of response/service on the warranty request of the first pair I am to frustrated and afraid to try to send this pair back to Sanuk (have had them less than a month). I will see if Zappos will still take them back. Very comfortable, and I like the style, but quality is poor and Sanuk support sucks.
