I was very pleased to find this jacket in my size (18), as I couldn't find it anywhere prior. I think the brand of the jacket speaks for its self (high quality). What I would like is to find the outer shell to zip this jacket into. I'm hoping Zappos will have the shell in stock for the fall (if not sooner). Zappos has wonderful customer service. I rarely shop for shoes elsewhere, and now perhaps I can now add clothing to that list.

I bought this jacket and had it sent to our daughter away at college. She adores the jacket. She specifically wanted this color, weimaraner. Only finding black everywhere she looked, Zappos naturally had exactly what she wanted. Our daughter has told me told me repeatedly that this jacket is extremely warm and she highly recommends. By the way, the jacket looks great on her and ran true to size.

I had a really hard time finding the jacket my girlfriend wanted in her size. Zappos had exactly what I was looking for in stock. The first one that was sent to me didn't quite fit her right, however. When I contacted Zappos to correct the error, they could not have made it any easier. I was able to swap the jacket for a replacement (which fit her perfectly) with no hassles and within a couple of days. They even sent me the replacement before I shipped the original back to them! Fast, reliable service...I will definitely be shopping with Zappos again.

I love the look of these jackets, I ordered the brown heather. I noticed it sheds and there seemed to be no end to this shedding. For the price it should not shed. I had to return this jacket. It does run quite large also.

This is the most comfortable jacket I have ever owned. So warm, yet breathable. I wear this jacket in 70 degree weather and don't get hot and I wear it in 40-50 degree weather and don't feel cold. It's amazing. So worth the price. I wish it was longer in length (comes to about mid to upper hip) but I just love it to pieces. I ordered a small (I'm 5'5" and about 115 lbs); it's a bit big but perfect for layering underneath.

I have been contemplating getting this jacket for a while and finally did. I am very happy with the fit, the fabric and, for the most part, the sizing. (I got a medium) except that at the bottom of the jacket where the zipper starts...is a bit snug around my hips. I have a medium build and weigh 130 and so consider your sizing carefully if you have more womanly hips. However, Zappos rocks!

Loved the quality and look of this jacket. It is very warm and comfy. It arrived in a day with Zappos' super shipping.

I purchase the North Face Denali Jacket as a XMass present. I ordered the wrong size and had the correct size the very next day.. I was amezed with the quick turn around and I was billed once for the original item. Plus I was emailed the return lable as I was talking with the customer rep. Our whole family loves zappo's. They are more than just shoes.

I love this jacket and the recycled material is even softer than my last Denali. I did need to run the lint roller on it upon arrival, but this was not an issue to me. A word of caution: this item does not run small! I would recommend ordering down a size. I ordered a medium and had to return it for a small because I was swimming in it. I am 140 lbs and and busty, and need a medium in the North Face microfleece styles. The Zappos return process was fabulous and I had my new jacket 2 days later.

My son, daughter, and son- in-law own this jacket and they love this jacket. The son uses his when he skis and if it's really cold he uses it as the liner. My daughter and her husband live in Indiana and this jacket meets their needs on a daily basis in the winter. Once I tried on my daughter's jacket I could understand why she wore it so much. She is 5'7, 130 lbs and wears a medium. I ordered a large( 5'4, 160 lbs) and it is just right for me if I am wearing a sweater. Her medium was just a little too snug. I love the color and the jacket is very comfortable and warm without being bulky.

The recycled Denali runs a little bigger and longer than the regular women's Denali. To me the regular women's Denali has more of a feminine cut. The fleece is heavy but not bulky. Overall, a wonderful jacket and a great purchase, not to mention Zappos amazing fast delivery! The North Face -- a definite staple for upcoming fall/winter months! Thanks Zappos!

Great jacket. Comfortable. Timeless. It doesn't do as well in the wash as I wish it did, but I have tried to wash it separately and hang dry it every time, inside out, etc.

This jacket is great! It fits perfectly, and this new color is amazing. I bought it to replace the same jacket which I have had for 3 years. I love it!

I love this jacket so much! This jacket is very nice, super cozy, and Zappos always has my size when no one else does. The fleece is warm and it fits well. I am an 18/20 and it is perfect!

Bought for my 16y/o looks good fits good and is very warm says the kid my Only complaint is a typical mom one why in the world does a fleece jacket cost so much but I did get a whole bunch of cool mom points for it!

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! she has a black Denali jacket that is still perfectly fine but getting on in years. This is just the right shade of pink for her and the gray up top tones it down just a bit so it's not too much color.

I love this jacket, runs a tiny bit small so I ordered a large. It's comfortable and I'm able to wear a sweatshirt underneath - I wear all the time. Also, Zappos made it so easy to return for different sizes - customer service here is amazing - I would never buy from anyone else now. Good selection of colors. My daughter also loves hers!

Finally, I got my 1st North Face Denali Jacket. I purchased a XXL (I wear a 16/18) and it fits great. I hope Zappos starts carrying more XXL in North Face. I ordered the blue but it is more of a Teal color. Love the color.

Well I just recieved my jacket and I love how it looks on. It definitely runs big in size. Haven't had chance to test it in the chilly MN winter yet. 5 stars for Zappos super fast free delivery though! I ordered on Saturday morning & it was delivered Monday afternoon. Awesome!

This jacket is amazing, although, the brown is a lot lighter in person, almost gray, and it runs a little big in size. But it's super warm and cute! Worth the money.

This is very warm! I think the sleeves are a little too short. I wear a medium in all North Face, but this jacket runs big so I had to return it and get the small. Zappos great about the exchange! I like the jacket. It is not what I really expected, but it works for walking the dog, running to the store going to the gym. I think until you try it on and see for yourself it is hard to say! It either works or it does not work! But I do love Zappos!

I love, love, love my North Face Denali jacket. My kids all have them and I don't know what took me so long. This is by far the warmest jacket (including my down ski jackets) that I have ever owned. It is so lightweight and you can't imaging how it will keep you warm, but it does the trick. I went out the other day when it was 18 degrees (actually 10 with the wind chill factor) and had just a tank top under it and I was so warm and toasty! Don't put it off, get yours today!
