This is a great jacket. I bought it for my 63 year old active mother with the matching gloves and scarf along with a pair of great Skechers boots for Chritmas from Zappos. I got it all the next day instead of running from store to store at the holidays. She always loved all of mine and my daughter's North Face jackets. She absolutely loves all of it. It is very lightweight but very warm. It does shed a little bit in the very beginning. But nothing too bad. I will always be a Zappos shopper.

Love love this jacket! In my opinion you can never go wrong with North Face. I am from Illinois and I believe this jacket is warm for our winter weather. Zappos is an awesome online store with much to offer.

I liked your jacket and the fit was good. But I talked to co-workers and they told me the jackets come in degrees set for the weather. Such as 30, 20 or 10 degrees. I did wear the jacket once when the weather was 36 degrees and windy. I found that it was not warm enough for me. I could feel the wind through the sleeves. I am 74 years old and it seem the weather colder for me than the younger group I work with. I am not sure what the 300 tag means. If there is a jacket the has the lower degree temp for it I would like to exchange it for that one. If not, I do have a Columibia jacket that has the zip in jacket, that I can use in the spring and fall. Thank you for your help. Ellen Robinson

This has been my first Northface, and the minute I got it I put it on and fell in love with it! Absolutely amazing. Talk about warm and its like a windbreaker. In the winter, though you will have to wear a couple layers, but when its windy in the fall its perfect. For all those ladies who have hips like me, its a little snug on the bottom and won't adjust, but other then that its amazing! Definitely worth every penny!

My daughter is thrilled with this jacket! It's very warm, but not bulky. Very stylish too! Plus I got a great deal by applying for a Zappos credit card!

What can I say about a jacket that everyone already owns! I ordered this one for my mother, now she understands! It's a must have if you can possibly afford it! It also washes well and lasts forever, if you don't loose it or just want another color!

Warm and my teenage daughter will wear it (everyday!) as do all her friends. Peer conformity but at least they are kept warm so I'm on board with this one.

My daughter loves the fit. She is 5'1" and the adult small fits her perfectly. She likes the drawstring at the waist to be able to adjust the fit.

Loved the way it fit & looks but in really cold weather I think I should have another jacket that is warmer. I'm from S. Florida and was traveling to a cold climate, I didn't want to buy 2 jackets so I choose the Denali. This jacket will probably be good for those few cold days in S. Florida.
