These shoes are awesome! They are so comfortable. They didn't hurt my feet the first time I wore them like most shoes do.

I am happy with these shoes. I bought them just so I have a basic pair of gym shoes for keeping up with my toddler. I am very happy with zappos shipping. I expected to wait a few days for the shoes and the day after I order them they were on my pourch the next afternoon!

I just love my new Nike Air! And it fits!! I was a little worried that buying shoes without trying them on would be a problem but it was a perfect fit. I was also impressed on the delivery time, quick! I am now constantly shopping for other things at Zappos.com. Keep up the good service.

I got these to bum around in, not as a running shoe. But I did end up running in them a few times and they were great. Super comfortable, perfect fit! True to size.

These shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. I love that they are not white because white shows so much dirt. I love this color combination and I have gotten so many compliments on them!

I would strongly recommend this product. The shoe is very comfortable. I use them for work and am walking on my feet all day. They have good arch support and did not need to be broken in. I do recommend getting a half size bigger than you usually wear. I wear a 7 1/2, but a review I read said to get a half size bigger. I did, and they needed to be bigger so I got an 8 and they fit. I also have a pair of Nikes for workout shoes, I will wear nothing else. They are the only brand that fit and are comfortable. I have tried other brands and they hurt my feet. My last workout pair of shoes I just replaced I used every day for three years before I just completely wore them out and had to replace them. There are very good shoes.

Really happy with this purchase! Fit true to size, and appear just as pictured. Comfortable and durable. Definitely seems like I\'ll have these Nike tennis shoes for a few years to come!

Shoes felt wider than normal. I bought a pair of Alvord 7 and they were phenomenal. Alovrd 8 was just too wide for me around the toe area, I thought I had received a wide by accident!

These sneakers are a little bit wider than traditional Nike Airs. As always, though, with Nike, order up a size.

I have wide width hard to fit feet (they're wide at the ball of foot area + toes but more normal width towards the heel). Shoe shopping is always a pain and when I find a pair I like - I keep with it. I bought a pair of Nike's 4 years ago that I loved and went from walking shoes/gym shoes to gardening/yard work shoes. When the plastic bottom flap finally disconnected, I had to get a new pair. I looked over every single part of those beloved shoes and found the clues "trail" and "air." They weren't wide width, they were just made in a way that suited my feet. So I purchased these shoes since they seemed to be the closest to my original pair. They are great! They rubbed my ankle a little bit the first week (but not bad enough to give me a blister on a 5 mile trail hike) but they are fine now. Comfortable, solid, nice design. I like dark colored, low contrast shoes and was worried the purple areas would be too bright but they're actually a little more low key in person than in the product photos.

These shoes are pretty cute...but darker gray than in the picture. They are also a bit wider than pictured. But overall, a cute shoe, especially for the price.

The best quality my mom wanted it and it fits her best and she loves it now her legs don't hurt so it is the best. Nike Air!

This is a great looking pair of shoes. I ordered the taupe/red/blue combination and the look is awesome. The colors are exactly as pictured. Other reviewers have mentioned a problem with heel slippage. I also experienced this, but only to a mild extent. The shoes are still comfortable and wearable, but the slight slipping makes my socks pull down a little bit behind my ankle. I marked that these felt wide because of the heel. The rest of the shoe's width feels normal. Like another reviewer, I was expecting more padding, or at least more "bounce" from the shoe. I bought my last pair of Nike running shoes a few years ago, and those were a lot more comfortable out of the box than these are. Makes me wonder if Nike quality has gone downhill a bit over the years. Overall, though, they're pretty comfortable, just nothing special in that department. And, as always, Zappos shipping and customer service is simply the BEST!!

Like the look of the shoe a bunch. It is very comfortable. The reason I give four stars is only that I would like a little extra padding. It does have the normal amount of pad though. I have purchased the Nike Air Alvord line for a couple times now and like the way it works on my foot. I have a long narrow foot - the shoe is of course wide but not in an uncomfortable way. It is hard to fit my foot. I like the toe-bed room and pull the laces all the way tight for a comfortable fit. I use these as my dog walking shoes... the soles have lots of great traction for our sidewalk to dirt, 3 mile daily trek.

This is my second pair of Air Alvords and... yep, still love them. These are pretty bright, but if you can get past that then you will have a great pair of all-purpose comfy gym shoes.

Got the shoes in a timely manner. Ordered two pair, to make sure one size would fit. One size did fit, but the heels kept slipping on me. Put on thicker socks and they still did. Shoes felt very comfortable, but I couldn't stand the slipping...even tightened the shoestrings up harder. Very happy with the company and loved the shoe, but don't work for my weird size feet, I guess... darn, might try another type from them.

These are comfortable shoes and have provided me with great traction on the icy and snowy trails I've been running and walking this fall. And while they aren't waterproof, the fabric is dense enough that my feet haven't been cold and wet in the snow.

The style looks really good, the width is great, but it makes the shoe feel too big lengthwise. You just have to pull the laces tighter.

Absolutely cute shoes. But I ordered mine in wide since I have wide feet. The only problem I had was it being really loose at my ankles so the shoe slips off. So if you plan on getting wide, probably should stick to the normal size.

Very cute and stylish. The tread definitely helps deal with rocks and other debris when running trails. However, the Alvord series runs way small - get at least a half size bigger else you will end up with a black toe and missing nail like I did.

I love the Nike Air Alvord shoes! I have purchased several of them. I love how comfortable they are and there is no need to break them in. The only thing I didn't like was how shiny they were. The stripes are almost like pleather. But they are so comfortable I don't mind the shine.

Cute shoes! I am having some foot issues and I finally decided to order wide shoes. While these are sized as wide they hit my in the widest part of my foot and hurt. The other wides I ordered are just fine. Maybe a Nike thing. Cute shoes for someone with an average foot.
