I was very surprised that it was so snug. I wouldn't trust a full day of nursing with these shoes. I would anticipate very sore feet after a couple of hours and just won't go there for love or money or fashion.

I got these because all the reviews said they were wonderful, and I spend 11+ hours on my feet a day, five days a week and thought they would be a good investment. I don't think these are terrible, but I won't wear them to work again for a while. I have wide feet, and ordered the wide in my size, and these were still not comfortable. They will probably stretch with time but my advice to anyone with wide feet like me would be order wide AND go up a half size, otherwise you will not be comfortable.

I really did like these shoes, however, they run small and I just could not keep them - I could not see myself keeping them and my toes hurting.

I normally wear a size 8 but had to order an 8 1/2. Shoes are very comfortable, but it hurt my big toes. Was unable to use them.

My foot on my left keep slipping forward it's hurting my little toe I will be returning these I wore these for two weeks can't take it any longer!

I took others' advice and ordered smaller than usual. The 7 1/2-8 was too small and the right shoe had a cloudy, oxidized look while the left shoe was shiny like patten. I returned for the 8-8 1/2. These are still feeling a bit tight and since they are not leather they don't 'give' much. The right shoe was again, cloudy looking while the left wasn't. Weird. They have pretty good support and seemed to be fine on wet floors. I always check that since they are for my job waiting tables. I am returning these too. Just don't love 'em.

I wear a 9 1/2 regular width in all my shoes. However, the top of the shoe was so tight it was painful to wear the shoe more than a few minutes. I exchanged the shoes for a 9 1/2 wide and that solved the pressure on the top of the foot. The shoes now slip a little at the back but not so much as to impair my step.

I got these for work at my restaurant, there are time when I need to dress up but still need to be comfortable. These don't work for me. They were comfortable for the first few hours but then my feet started sliding forward and squishing my toes. By the end of the night they are killing me. I put an insert in to keep my feet in place, but it doesn't help much. On top of that, they aren't comfortable, the soles are hard and I have back pain after wearing them. They really aren't very cute but I figured if they were comfy it would be worth it. The good thing is they are easy to clean and they give a slight lift if you're wearing a skirt. The non slip soles work, I notice a big difference over regular shoes.

Disappointed in this new style of my favorite old shoe! I had the 'older style' of this same shoe from about a year ago. Now, they have changed the toe & made it more round, shoe feels lighter and 'cheap'! Now I take from 1/2 to 1 full size larger, and my toes are still cramped! This shoe appears to be of a lesser quality than the same name/style was last year. I'm returning them.

Not as comfortable as I thought they would be. I work long hours, on my feet all day and night. After having back problems I decided to get some shoes made for people like me but these aren't that great. My feet slide down to the front so my toes rub against the shoes. They fit fine, they only start rubbing after about an hour. I've worn them about 4 times, they are already starting to crease on the top of the shoe. On the plus side, they wipe clean. Having a sloppy job, that is really nice. They are non slip (ish). More grip than most tennis shoes but not as good as shoes made for restaurants. The little heel is nice when I have to dress up and wear a skirt. Not the cutest shoe but I've seen worse. It's a good compromise between style and comfort.

I bought these based on the outstanding review from others. For me after wearing 6-7 hrs. My feet are killing me. For me in my job I guess sneakers are the best. I work in food service. I'm on my feet 7 hours constantly. Mostly moving the whole time. Nice looking though.

The heel actually helps relieve back pain! Soft bottom, not much arch support. Despite the wide size, it squishes my feet on the top and sides. If I could get this in extra wide, I think I could wear it. They look pretty and I wish I could keep them.

Almost everyone stated this ran big in size, most saying they bought a whole size smaller, I don't know who these people are but to me it was pretty true to size. Everyone was stating how big they were so instead of a 8 1/2 I ordered a 8. My toes touched the front and one seems a lot more tighter than the other but that could be my feet. I ordered a wide and thought they actually should have been a little wider considering the style and it being a wide width. I have ordered a 81/2 wide see how that fits. I do understand what people mean by the way it seems to be loose at the ankle I think it's because if you have dress socks on as opposed to regular socks your feet tent to slide forward a little. I am going to try one more size even though I felt the quality seems quite cheep and I can see the shine and outer layer coming off and dulling quickly?

These are very comfortable, however the shoes are not very tall. I kept walking out of them and they would not stay on my feet even though the size was correct. I had to return them. The arch is also fairly high on the shoes.

In my regular size these were too short for me. I have wide feet and the width was adequate for my forefoot, but too wide in the heel so I'm not going to try a size up. I'm not crazy about the heart on the side of the shoe, I could have lived with it if they'd fit.

This is an attractive and comfortable shoe The size 8 1/2 run is a bit short on my foot. My big toe hits the end of the toe box on the right side, and irritates the toe. I like the shoe, so I am going to try the 9M. Maybe that will work for me.

After reading the reviews, I purchased this shoe. I do not know why anyone would say these are comfortable unless you are not walking much. They feel very soft and light when you first put them on. I am on my feet for 8 to 12 hours per day, and these are the worst shoes I have ever worn. They are not soft when walking, and my feet hurt. I love the style, I just wish they were comfortable. They are worse than high heels.

These are so very cute and stylish...for a nursing shoe. But, after trying 3 different sizes, I had to give up on this shoe. I normally wear an 8.5 wide. The 8.5 and 8 wide were so wide my foot slid forward and the shoe crushed my toes. The 8.5 regular fit better, but pinched my little toe and my foot just felt squeezed. The "pillow top" helps hide the pressure, but there was very little arch support. Ultimately, I decided to go with the Dansko professional. Definitely not as cute, but way more practical.

My 2nd toes are longer than my big toes and rub against the end of the shoe. Should have bought a half size or the next size up from what I normally wear. Otherwise they fit great everywhere else!

Comfortable shoe for walking or standing around except they rub the tops of my toes. Have to wrap two or three toes with moleskin to prevent calluses/corns from forming. Am still wearing them however as I have a terrible time finding shoes that are appropriate for an office environment, easy on/off for frequent airport travel, and comfortable enough to stand in all day. They continue to break in and get more comfortable as time goes on.

These shoes are cute and stylish, but they are not very comfortable. I am a server and constantly on my feet. With the heel, my foot tends to slide forward, creating discomfort. I cannot wait to take them off by the end of the day. I recommend the Nursemates - Dove. They are flat and much more comfortable.

I got these yesterday and I must say they aren't as ugly as I though they would be. They are about half a size smaller than what I would find comfortable. They hit my ankle bone in a weird spot and am not sure if that will be bothersome after wearing them for hours. I think I will order them in half-a-size up to see if they feel better, but all and all they seem to be comfortable and would recommend.

I'm not totally thrilled with these. They are a bit loose throughout the whole shoe, and it feels as though my foot slides down toward the toes, thus resulting in my toes curling down. I'm not sure also that the sole and the heel are the best thing, I think it might be bad for my low back to have a heel like that. I'm a doula and bought these for the 12 hour hospital shifts, and wouldn't wear them for that long again.

All of the reviews about the wide heel are accurate. My heels slid up and down when I tried to walk in these shoes. Everything else was comfortable. Disappointed because the shoes are cute.

I wore these for 1 full shift at my nursing job and my feet were exhausted and blistered by the end of the day. Will be returning them
